Springhill Suites by Marriott Williamsburg - ويليامسبورغ

Everything was GREAT except for a false fire alarm early in the morning that forced everyone to go outside in a drizzle. The staff though had coffee waiting for us. Nice pool and gym. TV had HD and was a 37", the one in Fairfax only had a 32" and was not HD. This was a good experience.

Everything abouy this hotel was perfect. Close to everything and excellent location.

Great location! Friendly staff, coffee stations, clean. Large rooms with micro/ fridge and wet bar Hotel in need of renovations Very small bathrooms, Toilet is located infront of shower making it difficult to maneuver even for a small person. Not enough outlets. Window Cooling/heating system very loud

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and courteous.The hotel location is very close to all tourist areas in Williamsburg, plenty of great restaurants close by.

As always Marriott is the best, I became familiar with Marriott when staying in Norman Oklahoma at the Postal training center run by Marriott.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and was very pleased. From check-in to check-out, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and hotel overall.

The hotel seemed a little under staffed at the front desk. The lady @ the desk was in charge of towels, phones and guest check-in & request. A lot for 1 person. Over all it was a very nice stay.

Incredible! Staff was excellent room was immaculate and the location is ideal. If you want luxury and need to stick to a budget, then this is the hotel for you. I highly recommend this hotel. The free breakfast was a perfect kick off to the day.

Springhill Suites was a pleasurable experience. My room had the best shower head that I have ever used. Everything was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and service was friendly. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. The associates were very friendly. Didn't like the fact that we had to let the water run about 5-10 minutes before it got hot.

Staff was very friendly. For the price, amenities can't be beat. Close to Colonial Williamsburg, outlets, tons of restaurants.

Overall experience was very satisfactory.We thought the size and layout of the suite was very good and all of the hotel employees were very nice and helpful!The buffet breakfast was very well laid out and a nice variety.I made a comment to the lady in charge of the breakfast about the fact that one other dish would have made it even better.And to my surprise within a few minutes she returned to our table and placed that dish right in front of me!!Once again I would like to give her my thanks!!

This hotel was a very nice hotel. It was way better than the much more expensive Holiday in that we stayed at the night before.

My husband and I came to this hotel to handle some business that we couldn't seem to get done at the office. There was ample space to work, and the decor was lovely.... it actually made it easy to work. The lobby was beautiful and there were no problems with the room. We will stay at this hotel again.

Stayed the week after Christmas with a family of 5. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. Breakfast very well maintained throughout the morning every day. This hotel was booked to capacity for at least 3 of the days we stayed but it was run so well you could hardly tell.The pool was closed suddenly one evening due to a light bulb issue but was fixed the next day. Main complaint was the exercise room was was very lacking. The room only had two treadmills and a weight bench, but only one treadmill was working our entire visit. I have never seen such a bad exercise room in an otherwise very nice hotel. Maybe I should have checked this out before I booked, but I mistakenly assumed it would be up to par with other Marriotts I usually stay in. For this reason I would stay somewhere else next time. Otherwise the property and service were excellent.

We were in town for one day and night and Springfield Suites provided excellent service and the accomodations were great too!

The hotel was attractive and clean, the room spacious, with a good layout. the kitchenette came in very handy. there were a few details that were off, like not having tissues in the room, our glasses not being replaced by room service, not finding the right temperature to sleep and a broken hot tub. but there were just details, overall it was a good 2-night stay.

It was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. I liked the excersice room and the pool was very clean. Have already recommended it to some of my family and friends and will be using them again when I come to Williambursburg.

Pros Nice big rooms with sitting room and kitchenette. Large bathroom Polite staff, though not very attentive Free hot breakfast with nice eating area. Lots of restaurants nearby, 5 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and 15 minutes from Busch Gardens. Cons Heated pool was not very clean. Hot tub out of order. Bed much too soft, and air conditioner literally 3 feet from my face at night. Rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6:30 pm - we were given rooms close enough to each other, but in a very noisy location near laundry and elevator. Ice machine did not work.

When we arrived our rooms were not ready, and we had to wait about 20 minutes while they located others - not as close to each other as we would have liked and very noisy location in hotel. Beds were much too soft for comfort, even when you like soft beds. Free hot breakfast. Pool is heated, but not very clean. Hot tub out of order. Desk clerk was apologetic when we arrived. Hotel is near MANY restaurants; five minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, fifteen minutes from Busch Gardens. Room has kitchenette, sitting room, flat screen TV, and large bathroom. Parking is free, but late arrival can cause a long walk.

We were so pleased with our stay. My daughter loved the indoor pool and we all enjoyed the elaborate breakfast each morning. Internet access was easy. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was in a great location but not the cleanest. While most of the staff were great, there was one staff member who worked at the Front Desk who was extremely rude to not just us but others as well. That was definitely a negative experience given her constant attitude.

Nice to the eye but looks are deceiving. In my first room on my bed found found both a carpet mite and sewer fly. Changed rooms and all seemed well till my daughter woke up with a carpet mite in her bed. Was not very happy. Counter person was not very sympathetic to what was happening and just kind of brushed it off. Wouldn't stay there again if you said it was free. Kids still freaked out some.

The hotel was wry comfortable. The front desk crew were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was clean its a little old, part of the carpet had a run so needed to watch that while walking around. Microwave and fridge helped a lot for sterilizing baby bottles and food storage.

I just stayed there for one night but did not have any concerns. The room was very spacious. I would not hesitate to return. A buffet breakfast is included. While i did not use it the indoor pool was open until 11 pm

I have to say the exterior of the hotel is very nice, then upon entering the lobby i was very disappointed. The curtain outside the pool was falling apart and quite distasteful. Also the table cloth on the coffee/tea table was very poor. Also, the breakfast at other Springhill Suites has been much better. Other than that, our room was wonderful and who ever cleaned it did the best job! excellent! Also, the location was perfect! I think a few dollars spent on new curtains, a new trash can outside the front entrance and a new table cloth for the Coffee/Tea table will make a HUGE difference to the hotels overall appearance. Also, removing those 1980's fake flowers from the tables wouldn't hurt.

I loved the location and the room was nice and clean. My only complaint was the beds where very soft. When you sat or layed you just sunk in and it was hard to move around. Other than that it was great!

It is close to everything and was a beautiful place to stay. The pool was a plus! I loved how the bed room is seperated from the sitting area rather than getting stuck sitting on a bed the whole time. All the employees that we came into contact with were very friendly!!! If you need a hotel to go too this would be the best one to pick!!! We were there for 4 days and 3 nights while trying to look for a house in the area and I have to say I picked a great one to stay at!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My only real complaint was that the jacuzzi had a pretty nasty oder to it.

We stood in a King Bed Suite. It was smaller then any suite I have ever stayed in. I think it was the size of any hotel room. They just jamed everything in. It def. needs an up do. The rugs and furniture are ancient. The bed was pretty comfy. I was surprised to see one tv.. but I guess the room wasn't big enough for 2 tv's. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and employees where very pleasent... but I will be staying at The Hilton next door next time. We had friends stay there and there King bed room was about the same size as our suite.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! I usually stay at the Hampton Inn - this was nicer - lots more room. It was clean and comfortable.

This is a very comfortable hotel near lots of shopping and restaurants. We had a girlfriend get-away in Williamsburg, the warm pool and hot tub were an unexpected bonus. The price was very reasonable and the Sunday breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We plan to return next year.

We were staying to see colleges and if any of my children choose colleges in the area I would be happy to stay with you again.

The cleanliness of my room was not ideal. The microwave in my room did not work, the TV in the fitness room did not work, and the bike made a horrible noise making it intolerable to ride.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms and service were great. I would stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very polite and the room, Internet, and basic quality of the room was very adequate for the price. They advertised a breakfast and it was available but the seating was not adequate for hotel. By the second day it wasn't worth waiting for to find a table. Overall it was a good value though.
