The service and amenities were typical of a Hampton Inn but the updates (bathroom looked a little dingy) were lacking compared to others of the same chain. Regardless it was a comfortable night's sleep right off the interstate with a good free breakfast.

Very impressed with the service folks-all very courteous and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend to friends.

Great value, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast offered was a great benefit. Out of the way and a bit hard to see sign until on top of it. But well worth the money.

It was positive. we would go back again without hesitation. The breakfast was not up to the standard of the rest of the motel.

Front desk help very nice and professional. Good ,basic free breakfast. Nothing to do near hotel. Need to drive about 15 minutes to get to a restaurant or store.

Absolutely everything at this place was first class. You certainly can't go wrong with staying here. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel overall was excellent. I'd surely recommend without hesitation.

Considering my purpose for my trip was to go to University of New England, it ended up being a short, easy drive to the school, and worked for me. The hotel itself was quiet, pleasant, with an attentive staff. There was nothing around the hotel, no where to eat, nothing to see. However, for my purposes, it was convenient, easy, low priced and a pleasant place to come back to. I would consider coming here again for a return visit.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff.

My wife and I stayed here for a night after spending the day at the Fryeburg Fair. We found the whole hotel to be clean, neat, and very comfortable. The room was quiet and the AC unit was also quiet. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of food available. Apparently everybody else enjoyed that too, as there were a lot of people there and seating was too limited for the crowd. We will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

i have stayed at tis hotel several times, this time as was the last time the hotel was still undergoing renovations. this was somewhat disrupptive. also the pool , although listed as heated was cold.

It was great. The hotel was very nice. It had everything we expected.

Very clean property an easy to find, short time to beaches an water park. only reason not to give 5 stars was a long dark hair in clean white sheet.. but that was maybe from person making bed ..sheets were clean! Pillows way to soft so if like firm bring yours.. very good size queens for adult an child to share.. We will go back .. recommend A++

This hotel is due for a major upgrade. They ask way too much for the quality of the rooms and although not far from old orchard, it is in the middle of nowhere near the airport. Not worth the money! Spend $20 more and stay at the beach.

One of the best things about Hampton Inn's besides their pool, exercise room, breakfast, etc. is the cleanliness of their properties, this Hampton Inn is no exception. Quick drive to the beach and sites. All pluses.

Service was great and hotel was very clean/very nice. They were sold out the night we stayed but the service was still very very good. The only problem is that we could not get near the breakfast buffet....no seating available and huge line.

The room was very nice and clean. The only shortcoming was a small closet. The included full breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed our stay here.

had a great time. Hotel was clean, staff was professional, free breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. Would stay at this hotel again.

Service was very good, but that is the only thing I found positive. Bed & pillows are uncomfortable. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and made noises so bad we had to shut it off. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. And the location wasn't really convenient.

desk clerk at night was clueless fire alarm going off at 1130 till 130 rude workers will never go back

Hotel staff was very helpful in providing directions to surrounding area and activities for the family :) Will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

We stayed for one night. The hotel while a few minutes drive from the main attractions was easy to get to from the highway. The room and overall hotel were very clean. The staff was also very friendly. We did not use the pool. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Of the several hotels we stayed in, this one had the best breakfast. The hotel is also dog friendly which is convenient for some. It was a little weird to hear a dog bark, but wasn't much of an inconvienience.

We've stayed here a couple of times. It's clean and convenient. Close to the areas we wish to visit and the breakfast is great!! i would suggest an upgrade to the fitness equipment as some of it may not be safe (walker tread slips). Overall very good value and service

The front desk clerk (Debbie) that checked us in was AWESOME. So friendly and helpful. A real joy to deal with. My only complaint was the "heated" pool was FREEZING!! I lasted 25 seconds if that...Otherwise, GREAT experience.

Right off highway but need to look carefully for sign to find driveway. Good variety for breakfast. Near Orchard Beach and Kennebunkport.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and are looking forward to our next stay. If I could give higher than a 5, I would.

I would say overall an average hotel. Desk attendant was okay didnt seem to want to do anything but bare minimum. Room was average, nothing spectacular, fairly clean, so-so comfortable. Outdoor pool only, hoping for inside pool. Breakfast buffet, better than most hotels would have liked to see more hot choices.

Despite it's remote location, this place was a wonderful place to stay. We were told they have new owners and there was plenty of renovation being done in the lobby area. The desk clerk noted that the guest rooms were going to undergo renovation next, although they were still in good condition. Comfortable bed, great breakfast. I'd stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprise that our stay included breakfast. The room included a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board and a couch. The hotel also had a swimming pool. The hotel location was right off the highway close to many different sight seeing locations, amusement parks and Old Orchard beach is only 10 minutes away. We visited Portland about 20 minutes away at a time when the Old Port Festival was occurring. We were close ET (Eastern Trail) which allowed us to walk off all the excess weight we were gaining by spoiling ourselves with seafood dinners at the Clam Bake in Pine Point. For the most part our stay was quiet and we were pleased with our accommodations. The only inconveniences we had that the hotel was renovating and the ice machine was not working on our floor and that the door to the stairway was always slamming. The door slamming issue could be fixed easily by adjusting the piston to allow the door to close slowly.

Hotel renovations were a slight inconvenience, but otherwise a nice overnight stop. Kids enjoyed hotel pool and excellent breakfast.

VERY NICE PLACE AND VERY CLEAN AND QUIET ROOMS, HOTEL WAS FULL AND THE ROOM WAS QUIET AND PEACEFUL. LACATION IS FINE, WOULD PREFER IT ON ROUTE 1 BUT STILL CLOSE ENOUGH TO ALL SACO ATTRATIONS. DID NOT CARE FOR THE $50 PRE-AUTHORIZATION ON MY CREDIT CARD THAT TOOK 3 DAYS TO CLEAR F MY ACCOUNT BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS VERY ENJOYABLE

The room was clean and up to date. Very quiet location, no road traffic noise. Lots of privacy too. Just no mini frig in the room. Served a very nice breakfast too. A real breakfast too. Good brand of coffee too. Plenty of parking. I'll stay there again.
