Quite a modern style rooms. Reasonable walking distance to the cathedral and to the main train station. Less crowded area with few places to eat out, but Florence is relatively small and can easily walk around. Loved Florence town, so beautiful and very charming streets. Room sizes are ok, won’t get a noisy or any other disturbance and a good night sleep guaranteed. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here. Our beds were super comfortable, room was clean, the place was quiet, breakfast was amazing, the walk from the station was a beautiful walk seeing the sites, and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel Firenze was not exactly super close to downtown, but the fact that it was super clean, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was a great deal and the internet was free with a decent computer to use made up for the walk to the downtown core. It's showing its age and could use a few more things in the room (we felt like we were staying in a space hotel), but overall it was a nice place for a great price :)

This was a great place to stay. The only problem was the phone service was out but a fellow guest called a taxi for us. I would recommend to hotel to all my friends. The location was good and withing walking distance to what we wanted to see and a short taxi ride to the train station.

This place provided very clean, nice, modern rooms for the price. The beds were especially comfy. Everything seemed to run smoothly at this hotel. The only problem was that they forgot to get our passport info at check-in, and then proceeded to knock on our door and call our room numerous times at around 9 in the morning (we were planning on sleeping in past that hour). After that, the cleaning lady knocked on our door a few times although we had the "do not disturb" sign up. The check-out time is not clearly stated anywhere, so when we tried to leave at around 12:15 they called our room in a huff and seemed very annoyed that we were leaving just fifteen minutes late. However, I'm making too big of a deal of these small negatives, because overall I enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to a friend. :)

Nice, clean, modern and well located. No parking, no breakfast, no smiles. I would stay here again just know now I'm just a guest and they do not care about making you feel at home.

The room we had (a triple) was rather large. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main sites (Ponte Vecchio, Duomo). But: the service was terrible - quite rude at times. The bathroom also had a large strip - about 40 cm x 5 cm - of visible mold. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty throughout our stay and there was no soap available for the sink, or any toilet paper holder.

We spent two hours to catch the right bus, and we shouldn't had listened to google map at the first place. There is a bus 23A or 23 will go to the hotel at the left handside of Firenze SMN, it takes about 15 minutes. The place is contemporary and clean, the staffs are helpful and friendly, spoken decent english. We booked a triple room, but they mistakenly gave us a king bed. After informed the font desk, they changed the room right away. The petite lady in blonde long hair is extremely helpful and nice. Everything is good except the shower has no certain and it has slow drain, so the water flood out. BUT turn the water down will keep everything under control. There is a good Italian restaurant by the round-about "Trattoria", excellent beef brew. Coop supermarket is 5 minutes away. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes walk to Duomo, but the walk is pleasant as you explore the true neighborhood. There is a #14 (a,b,c) all go to SMN station just 1 minute walk from the hotel. Buy your bus ticket in advance cuz it is hard to find ticket points nearby and during rush hour, the bus is likely to be full, but it runs every 5-10 minutes, so it isn't that bad.

The hotel is locate about 20min from hotel to centre, the room is very conformatable, also the staffs are very nice and can speak English(Italian Engligh)

Clean enough but I wasn't entirely taken with the comfort of the beds or the cold clinical feel of the place. It was sort of like an Ikea inspired Holding cell/ Office cubicle . Some of the front desk staff staff was cold and might be happier in a different setting where they don't have to put up with the inconvenience of having to deal with the public. I guess you do generally get what you pay for but I wish I had paid a bit more and found somewhere more central and friendly.

The hotel is excellent. Good location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and affordable price! Keep your eyes out for deals on the breakfast - they could save you a lot of money.

We found the front desk staff very unwelcoming on the day of our arrival. Didn't get much help trying to log on to a computer using their 'Wifi'. I was not impressed when I was asked for 3 euros/person/night, when the law states 1(one euro). When I questioned that, the staff member insisted that she was correct, and I was misinformed. Room was great, but only a soap liquid dispenser in the shower!

This is my second visit to this hotel. On the previous occasion it was owned by the US chain Best Western. The then reasonable standards have been maintained, though the breakfast now has tobe paid for separately but still inexpesive. Staff are helpful and thehotel is well served by local buses and one can walk to the central area within 20mts.My overall assessment is it is very good given price location and service. I will recommend it. Nihal.

This hotel was the worst experience ever for our Europe trip. First off the receptionist did not speak English we had a hard time communicating with them. They even hung up on me when I complain about how slow the Internet was...their response I don't understand I don't speck English...click! Second I read reviews that they have high speed Internet it's more like dial up or even worst...when we first arrive my husband and I was wondering why everyone was in the hotel lobby all the time...we finally figured out why it was because the room Internet was so slow they had to go to the lobby to even use the Internet. location its about 20-30 min walk to a plaza or tourist area. Lastly the air condition in our room was linking water and the most important that people need to know about there is no shower door so water will be splash everywhere on the floor after you shower.

The customer service of the front desk was so poor. I have stayed in several places in Florence and have never been treated as such. The shower wasn't draining on our first night so we called the front desk he came to look at it but said the house keeping would fix it the next day. He would try to change our rooms but he wasn't sure. Next day same shower problems, and it was raining. This hotel is far from all the sites walking distance if you like to walk (we don't mind). I asked the front desk if it was to rain the whole day and if he knew where I could be get an umbrella. In a rude fashion told all day and NOPE! :( So sad Florence really has gone down hill from the last time we were there 4 years ago. Save your money and go to Naples instead, Pompeii is gorgeous. ;) Breakast was okay & beds were comfy!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean, comfortable and convenient!

Although the hotel is a little bit far from the train station, it is not a far walk from the city center and there is a bus stop right around the corner. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke English pretty well, and our room was clean and had a nice little view of the neighborhood. The room was not very big, but large enough for two. Free wi-fi is always a plus, and there is a little refrigerator downstairs where you can buy drinks from the front desk. I would stay here again for sure.

Overall very good. Breakfast was ok. I did note there seemed to be a warmer perhaps for boiled eggs or similar but never saw any food in it. staff were friendley spoke English and were very helpful with booking tours, internet access etc. Bit of a walk from the city centre where the rail station is if you are carting luggage but fineto walk from here for site seeing. Watch the taxi drivers should only cost about 7euro from station another doubled the meter as we pulled up at 9am in the morning when I returned to station to leave Florence.

I was way impressed with this hotel for the price - it was the cheapest hotel we stayed at in our 9 nights in Italy and was very modern, clean, and friendly. It was a bit away from the center, but only a 15 minute walk or so from most of the major sites (Accademia, Duomo, etc.) I would definitely without question stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, newly renovated with a "fun" colour scheme. Close to attractions. Immediate surroundings not exactly inspiring, but fine all the same. A good choice while in Firenze.

We wasted around 15 euro because of their unhelpfulness. The staff told us that there is a discount for the guest in the opposite parking lot. They gave us the discount card in the last moment after we checked-out. However, it's too late as we must insert the discount card when the car first parked inside the parking lot.

El hotel esta muy limpio y con instalaciones nuevas, muy bien ubicado puedes ir caminado a cualquier sitio

Pas loin du centre ville, accueil correct et aimable, chambres propres et pratiques, parking payant à côté (20€ environ les 24 h)

Ottima posizione, all'inizio dell'area pedonale. Parcheggio coperto convenzionato. Camera spaziosa con king bed spaziale, doccia grande. Colazione scarsa. Lo consiglio per la posizione se si viaggia in auto, per il prezzo e l'arredo moderno.

Bem atendido. Somente uma pessoa fala português, no caso o brasileiro Aurélio. Próximo das atrações de Florença e Cantinas e Restaurantes próximo. Estacionamento pago em frente.

从火车站坐公交车坐了挺多站 下车之后又走了一段路终于找到了 不过酒店房间的环境挺不错 住的很舒服 浴室也挺大的 比较满意

L’hôtel est assez bien situé, un peu à l'écart mais à proximité du centre, environ 10 minutes à pieds. Malgré l'aspect extérieur, l’hôtel a été rénové récemment, l'ensemble est très propre et moderne. Un petit point négatif, la douche!! Elle est vraiment minuscule et pour une personne de gabarit normal, c'est déjà très compliqué de s'y doucher. Dommage puisque tout à l'air tout neuf.

dommage que l'hotel ne soit pas entretenu correctement dans les couloirs d accès aux chambres : moquettes tachées, portes abimées - bon petit dejeuner buffet - la chambre était bruyante car les joints de la fenêtre méritaient vraiment d'etre changés

Bom, não tem estacionamento, imdicam um próximo mto caro, colocamos na rua ao lado tb por indicAção da recepção qur custou barato de sábado a tarde até 2ª de manhã, domingo é grátis. Café da manhã pg mas vale a pena, mto bom. Wifi no quarto.Recomendo.

In generale ottimo, molto disponibile e cordiale il personale. Struttura ben curata e rifinita nei dettagli. Camera e bagno molto puliti e sistemati. Consiglierei ad altri lo stesso hotel.

ottimo hotel, bella camera, situazione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi in poco tempo sia lo stadio (per concerti e partite di calcio e non solo) sia il centro, per visitare monumenti e musei oltre che per fare shopping. La signorina dell'accoglienza molto simpatica, educata e disponibile. Colazione a pagamento ma completa per soddisfare i gusti di tutti. Bel design dell'hotel, il che non guasta mai. Ho soggiornato in tripla, molto ampia. Raccomandato.
