We loved the hotel, everything was great from staff, to the room, and the continental breakfast, the one thing that would of topped it off is if the pool was heated. We also were not given the correct room because we were told that it was sent over on the fax booking that they received from the site we booked from, but that was okay we were given a discount. And they did not also receive the special request. So I am not sure who dropped the ball the hotel or the booking company, however our stay was wonderful. Close to the mall, just 2 freeway exits away and plenty of places to eat. The patio area by the pool was nice and clean. Very pleasant stay, will stay again very soon.

Great place for the price. Clean room. Friendly staff. Great Breakfast

wasnt expecting much due to price. We were pleasantly surprised! Great value and service for the money :)

A nice motel for the price and location. I stay in the area twice a month and have been to a number motel/hotels. This one is the best value.

This is a terrific hotel if you need to stay near the Ontario Airport. I was expecting a lot less, given the very reasonable nightly rate. But it was worth twice what I paid. The staff were so nice, sending the van over to get me immediately when I called, and setting up a 5 am departure the next day. The hotel grounds are spacious, with a pool and a big green lawn and palm trees. To the north is a beautiful view of the mountains. I didn't have time for breakfast, but it looked really nice and was freshly laid out by 4:45 am.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I made reservations at the Ontario Airport Inn but when I arrived I was pleased. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There were little unexpected extras like the complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and fruit. We even got our choice of chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin cookies for checking in and free breakfast. Most important there were a variety of channels to watch.

Great hotel, The comp fruit is a nice touch, great location if you have business in Ontario, California, very close to the airport. very clean, friendly staff, excellent Internet connection

Stayed here to attend NASCAR. The check in/out was quick, The breakfast was decent. The wifi did not work very well and limited TV channels. The area seems safe. 10 min drive to the race track. I would stay here again. OH, they gave me a cookie at check in.

It was by no means the best hotel I've ever stayed in but for the cost, convenience, service and the ability to park my car it was wonderful.

Room very clean. Bed very comfortable and great customer service.

Our bed was very uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that my husband ended up sleeping on the floor. When we sat on the mattress, it simply sagged so much it was more like a hammock. We think the mattress was complete worn out. The view from our room was beautiful, palm trees, nearby swimming pool, but two large plate glass windows on the main building were broken, giving us the impression the hotel was not well cared for. We trusted hotels.com's rating but were quite disappointed.

our stay was excellent thany for such good work

Everything you would forget on a business trip, you will find included in your room. Clean and comfortable!

You are basically paying for what you are getting. It isnt bad, just not a place to spend an anniversary or anything like that.

Not the worst but was good 1 nite.

My stay at the Inn (my second) was again a pleasure. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive. The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. The location is conveniently near dining and shopping, as well as Ontario International. I will stay here again without hesitation, and I genuinely look forward to my next visit.

Hotel in need of renovation or at the least routine maintenance. Carpets, paint, elevator (scary), plastic (yuck) cups, marginal breakfast especially for the price. On this trip, we stayed at the competition for relatively the same price with markedly better accommodations.

The hotel is a little old but the keep up is just excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, they even give you cookies at check in. Free breakfast in the morning and free coffee, tea, and fruit all day. The courtyard is beautiful and if it was hot outside when we checked in I would of got in the pool.

Awesome hotel. 1st time staying here, will come back again.

I've stayed here two times and I'm very pleased with the friendly customer service. My only complaint is that the 2nd time I stayed over, I did notice some cleanliness issues (e.g., strands of hair on the "clean" hand towels). But the fridge and microwave were clean and in good functioning condition. Also, there are train tracks nearby so you may encounter loud train sounds at night. But overall, I was satisfied.

Very nice motel for the price

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is totally a great place to top and rest.

I chose this hotel due to the best rating for the price, and to avoid a nasty morning commute due to weather. The outer buildings and door are looking a bit run down, as well as the dated heating units with flimsy controls. The house phone had no audio from the handset, which I reported the next morning. The beds are comfortable beyond most hotels, and I was pleased with the morning breakfast.

It was a very nice location close to the convention center. Very clean and well kept. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything about our stay was great. We were in town for the NHRA Winternationals. Front desk service was very good as well as cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Our hotel choice was based on price and proximity to the convention center in Ontario. I did have trouble when I tried contacting the hotel directly to make a reservation. I was hung up on 4x. I gave up and went to Hotels.com, booked for the same rate and printed out my receipt. Check in was quick and friendly, even offered a complimentary cookie. They do have a pretty good continental breakfast with a waffle maker and other regular cont breakfast items. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER: Remember that the executive building is completely non-smoking. Not on the balcony or just outside the building. We had to get a smoking room just to be safe because when I did talk to the front desk prior to making my reservation, she told me it was a non-smoking property.

Well located near Ontario Airport. It has security and barriers to protect your vehicle from a not too safe neighborhood. At the entrance they advertise with gigantic letters $59 per night, and prolonged stays, if you paid more makes you feel cheated, if you're bringing a date makes you look cheap. The place is complete with coffee maker, mini fridge and breakfast in the morning.

PROS: Conveniently located off freeway, courteous, helpful staff, many little in-room amenities, very comfortable beds. Staff was great about looking into and following up on phone charger I thought I'd left in room. Nice continental breakfast. CONS: Threadbare, stained blanket with cigarette burn holes and hairs, stained threadbare sheets, intimidating bullet-proof glass in lobby and gated parking lot made us uncomfortable and wondering about safety. Broken chain lock on daughters' door.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel, everything worked as it had to and the bed and accommodations were very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and had a good amount of options. Only problem I had was that it was supposed to be 6 miles from Chino Hills center (according to this website), but it appears that it was 6 miles if you drew a straight line from this point to the hotel. I ended up driving 30 minutes everyday to Chino Hills and 30 minutes back. Aside from that everything else was perfect.

The rooms are simple but clean. The staff is courteous and friendly. Within a few minutes of shopping and some attractions. It's not luxurious or anything, but the Ontario Airport Inn is a very decent hotel.

I stayed over night at this hotel. Clean rooms, upgraded bathroom and tubs. Comfortable bed, big screen TV, in room coffee & hairdryer. Everything you could possible need for an overnight stay. I booked the room about 1 hr. before arriving. The staff was very professional and helpful. We asked for 2 addtional pillows, the front desk answered the phone promptly, and within 10 mins, there was a knock at the door with the pillows. The only downfall is the furnshings are a bit outdated. But for an overnight stay it was Aces! Thank you,

It was fine.

We stay here often because of the location and it has room for pets. We sometimes travel with two labs. The room was okay,but somewhat small. It had memory foam beds (some have regular beds) and a nice flat screen. The only problem we had was that the heater unit didn't have an auto setting. Usually not a problem in SC though. The pool area is nice and big. Great for kids. Large grass area surrounding the pool which is nice for our dogs. Breakfast is very good.
