Not pleased with the service or accommodation.

Hot tub was nice and staff friendly! I came back from a long day, and was greeted in the lobby by a young lady offering warm chocolate chip cookies from a tray! Never had that at a stay b4! Day of sales meeting was good and this was a great ending for the day!

great looking hotel until you got to your room. my room had a funky smell to it. the ac didn't work that well. poor quality t.v. and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

It was a nice location.

Motel was clean and comfortable, ample parking, but continental breakfast was minimal; toast, cold cerial and donuts.

very disappointed. no refrigerator, no microwave, who does this when most people want drinks in there room and want to at least heat up left overs from dining out.

While I did not find a way to request a handicapped room when registering through Hotels.com, Econolodge staff was gracious in providing me with one for my temporary disability - even offered to help me get out of the hot tub if I chose to use it. Only a few minor inconveniences: the bathroom sink was far across the room for someone with a bum knee, the light switches were difficult to find in the dark, the blinds let light in from outside (where they met), and there were no fresh fruits available for breakfast.

Didnt expect alot and it didnt disapoint. Front desk clerks very helpful and curtious. Room was very worn hadnt been updated since the early 90,s it looked. Drapes on window missing hooks huge stain on corner box spring SCARY! Luckily i packed my own blanket the one on bed was thin and felt like it had a rubber backing i wont use a bedspread in any hotel for a blanket. plenty of hot water and good pressure when i showered at 330 am to be on the road Ice machine made pop taste funny. I checked in at 5pm hot tube was luke warm and had floating strings and hair in it so i declined.

The staff was nice and the room was comfy. A good place to rest your head for the night for a low price.

the stay was a good stay but there was no shampoo or coffee and it could of been much cleaner of a room. price was great

Nice room, good location,

Nice accomadations, clean room, quiet everything I was seeking! Just wasn't happy with 11am check out time :-(

Room was comfortable. Air conditioner was very noisy. And could not lower the temperature of the room. Other than that, it was good for a one night stay.

Stay was good. Air conditioner needs maintainence - noisy with vibration at times. Good staff. Enjoyed the little wildlife outside our window, keep them safe.

The showers were difficult to use. Would prefer a closet to hand clothes. I thought it was pricey for what we got.

I didn't create for the room, smelled like mold and lotion.

It was very hot outside and the air conditioner took 5 hours to cool the room. The door handle didn't work well. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.

Our room was insanely hot all night. We ran the air conditioner on high but the temp was still above 80 all night.

overpriced for what it is, convenient and clean and not alot of options in valley city. stayed at another hotel the second night for less and equal accomodations.

I made my reservation online thru hotels.com. I reserved a non smoking room with king bed. When I arrived they couldnt find my reservation. After looking for about 10 minutes they found it, in the back on a printed page, but we were not in their computer. They then just made up a reservation to get us into their system. We got a stinky smelly smokey room with 2 beds. It was late and no other hotels had rooms by then. we were stuck. the front desk help was pleasant. If you make a reservation online, call the hotel to make sure they got it.

The hotel was run down and over priced.

Charged $10 per pet and was not nice about it

Beds were comfortable but the ad for the Econolodge are misleading (i.e. the pool) my kids were looking forward to swimming but they didn't think that lily pad of a pool was for real :(. I as an adult will probably stay there again because of the soft cushiony beds but other than that my family likes staying where they have a pool big enough to splash around in. I also liked the price of the Econolodge since we were paying for my daughter's boyfriend stayed with us.

The room and bathroom was dirty, looked like the bed was just made and not cleaned.

For the cost, we felt it could have been more comfortable and clean. But, it was adequate and the pet fee was reasonable. There was some mildew in the bathroom, dog food & other stuff behind the bed stand where we had to plug in the clock (it was a little irritating for everything to be unplugged when we got there).

One Clerk did not know how to regisrer me, the other one coughed continualy, did not respect the confirmed room number, charged for a small pet when we were told pets are no charge, blanket on the bed was not clean, the refrigerator groaned and moaned all night, the room we were to be in was on the south side of the building turned out to be on the north side close to the freeway, room was suposed to be a no smoking room but smelled of cigar smoke. I will not stay here again!

When we got somewhat settled went to turn on TV and remote wouldn't work called front desk and they said they would bring batteies. None of the lamps were plugged in and there was hair in the bed. The front desk never brought the batteries and when asked the nest morning how things were and we told them the issues they simply told us sorry and that they didn't bring things to the room Poor quality of hotel and the service was horrible and even when I called the manager they just didn't seem to care. Will not ever stay there again and will certainly never recommend this hotlel to anyone. The sad thing is my husband travels back and forth alot and we were hoping to find somewhere clean and reliable to use several times a month

Hotel room and hallway kind of smelled funny (rotten food). You can tell that people have smoked in the room (even though it was non-smoking)

We wanted a non-smoking room, and our room smelled of smoke so bad that I worried about the health of my family. The bathroom was too small for 4 people. I would not go back.

I will never stay here again. I chose this hotel because it was the least expensive and it was just a one-night stay. No matter the cost -- it was too much to pay for such horrible accomodations! The room was run down, smelled funky, the box spring had a gross stain in full sight, the mattress was terrible and so were the pillows! There must have been some unattended youngsters in the next room -- their noise went on until after 2 AM. We left our room at 5:30 AM. So much for sleep!

I booked this room at the last minute and loved the comfortable bed! It wasn't too hard or too soft...just right!
