It was good - about as good as it gets for a one night stay.. Thank you.

The showerhead did not work so there was no way for me to take a shower. The places was difficult to find at night and Mapquest gave really really bad directions. You had to be in the right place to see the sign.

Had a great stay in Portland. If you stay here, you'll need a car or taxi. It's not near the max rail system. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean. Breakfast consisted of the standard Comfort Suites items, waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels/toast, etc. and breakfast ran until 10! Upon arrival, we were asked which floor we wished to stay on and if we wanted to be close or away from the pool! I thought this was great as we had a lot of luggage this trip-not to mention we are never asked WHERE we'd like to room! :) I would stay here again, the rooms were comfortable, the beds were soft, however it was off the beaten track. Not easy to get in and out of being right off 99. It was perfect for the area's we were visiting and we had a car.

I liked their rooms, they are very spacious. The location was also good for me, just off the interstate and close to my client. The only thing i didn't like is that the front desk staff wasn't adequately trained. She tried to charge my credit card even though I had already paid via hotels.com. Took her a while a figure things out. Anyway, except for that good place to stay.

We had a long drive and had to stay overnight so I could have surgery the next morning. We ordered room service and then slept most of the evening. It was dark & quite. The discount for being a hospital patient was a surprise too. Thanks Comfort Inn

We had a very nice and comfy stay there and we loved the area.

Arrived at 10pm in the evening and left at 10am in the morning. Easy parking, easy check in, good clean and well laid-out room, good bed, good sleep, good breakfast and then on my way. Location seemed to be in the middle of nowhere in particular, but satnav took me straight there without a problem. Perfect for what I needed.

The hotel is very clean and even being next to the highway, was quiet. Great people that wanted to help. The breakfast was good and one person spent the entire time ensuring everything was clean and stocked.

Great location and ammenities. Our only complaint is we left our room at 8 a.m., returned at 3:30 p.m. and our room had not been cleaned.

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel. The room had a few spots in the carpet when we checked in. When I asked for them to be cleaned it was taken care of promptly. Room was your typical suite room and was cleaned on a daily basis. Mattress was very comfortable. Although our room faced I-5 we did not hear any road noise. It is located a convenient 15 minute ride from downtown Portland so the price was very good with free parking compared to staying at a downtown hotel. The free breakfast was the usual fare and seemed to be on a 4 day cycle. Would definitely stay there again.

nice and clean. worked well for a family. not much in the area, but an easy 10 min drive to downtown. We actually wanted to stay in the SW area, so the location was just right for us. Big roomy breakfast room with hot food. would stay here again.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. Rooms were big, the place very clean, the staff helpful and relatively quiet if you get a room on the backside. It's a little north of where I expected Tigard to be, but it worked. If you're going to Portland, this is a little far away from where you want to be ... especially at rush hour.

Best place we stayed in Portland

Great hotel, great room, great pool area, great breakfast. Minutes away from Washington Square, you must eat at Thirsty Lion!

Great location in SW Portland; next to I-5 and a quick drive to excellent shopping (Bridgeport Village) and restaurants.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This Comfort Suite was similar to my other Comfort Suite experiences. It is a good value. Clean, comfotable, not fancy but just good basic services. I did not use the pool or hot tub, but the area looked welcoming and clean. The continental breakfast was nice. Comfort Suites has once again met my expectation for what they are. A good basic, familiar, clean, and comfortable place to call 'home' for a day, or a week.
