Hotel Verona-Rome - روما

كان الفندق مريحا جدا وفي مكان لطيف في جزء متوسط من روما. فهو يبعد مسافة 10-25 دقيقة عن الأماكن الأساسية(collosseum, و trevi fountain, و spanish steps الخ). الفندق صغير والغرف كذلك(لقد كنا نسافر بطفلنا البالغ 7 شهور وكان سرير الطفل لا يوجد به مساحة كافية للتحرك)ولكننا لم نكن هناك من أجل الغرف. لقد كانت المشكلة الوحيدة في الغرفة هيا ضغط المياه ودرجة الحرارة المعتدلة للدش. كان ضخ المياه ليس قويا ودرجة الحرارة تأتي بالحظ إما ساخنة جدا أو باردة. كان الإفطار المتضمن جيد جدا, ولكن يجب أن تذهب مبكرا قبل الساعة التاسعة صباحا. لقد كان طاقم الفندق رائعا ومتعاونا جدا بكل الطق, وأنا أوصي بهذا الفندق الذي يعد جوهرة صغيرة لأصدقائي.

موقع الفندق ممتاز وطاقم العمل ودود. إنه نظيف جدا, والغرف كانت صغيرة. سعر الواي فاي معقول. كان الإفطار مناسبا ولكن ليس جيدا جدا. ساقيم هنا مرة أخرى.

Too expensive but fairly convenient and friendly

Hotel location was great but traffic noise and hardness of bed made it difficult to sleep.

Hotel Verona was okay, we were disappointed that there was no lobby to relax in. The room was typical European maybe a bit larger than most. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was very friendly.

The location is good: close enough to Termini but in a slightly nicer part of town, towards everything you want to see. Room was fine but small, as seems common in Italy. However, breakfast was uninspiring, the 10 am checkout was too early, and the internet did not work in our room.

The hotel was nice. Across the street is a nice resturant with great pizza. The hotel staff were very helplfull in assisting us in changing our plane reservations. It is also within walking distance to the train station.

Room was very clean and good location but very dated decor.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful. We were made to feel like special guests. I wish I could remember all their names. Their recommendations of restaurants and places to go were most helpful. The room was a little cramped but nice. We had planned couple of day trips so being located within a five minute walk of Termini Station was plus. We are already planning a return trip and would stay at Hotel Verona - Rome again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, economical price, and super locatin are what makes this hotel an excellent choice. The only fault I found was that, it could be my imagination, but the floor in our bedroom felt a little dusty(?) underfoot. But that's really nit-picking. Everything else was, for the price, perfect!

The hotel was in a nice clean neighborhood. The breakfast was wonderful. I would suggest picking an earlier breakfast time since they may run out of bread for toast. We rode the sightseeing bus around the city and one of the stops was 1/2 block from the hotel.

Walking distance from Termini (train station). Close to restaurants, in fact; restaurant next door was outstanding! Front desk was great, rooms were very clean and had all the bells & whilstles for the price.....we would highly recommend this little hotel.......well located! Bathrooms were tiny, but who cares!

The absence of blankets on the bed a little concerting with only a sheet and a thin bedspread to combat the absence of heat during the night and rising early in the morning to a chilly room and bathroom did not start the day well.

We had a good time and the breakfast is very good. For the price and how centric is the place to everywhere its worth the money.

Breakfast could be better with more variety however if you're looking for a room to stay to explore Roma it is the perfect choice.

Can not complain at all

The hotel was in a great location but breakfast was not as great. We only got one portion of ham and cheese and was not allowed more even thought it was supposed to be a buffet breakfast. Overall experience at the hotel was good.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location - 5 minutes to the Palatine Hill.

We stayed at the hotel twice with a trip to Florence in between. The first room was very small with a tiny bathroom which was not as comfortable. Our second room was large with a balcomy and more modern bathroon. The staff were excellent and very helpful for all our needs. Would recommend this hotel.

Small hotel with friendly helpful staff. Great location - 5 minute walk from Termini and 7 minute walk from the Coloseum. Buy your own drinks to take back to their terrace. Free wifi also a bonus.

I liked the location of the stay, about a 15-20 minute walk to the colleseum, about an hour walk to the vatican museum, everything was walkable... The comfort of the bed was not good, I like a med to soft bed and the bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor, so I didn't get much sleep, but overall the cleanliness of the room was excellent and the breakfast was just crossants, salamie, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, coffee, and juice was just okay compared to other hotels we stayed at...

Small hotel but it worked for us. Only stayed one day with 3 people and the room only had one bed with a chair that made a small bed. Breakfast was good and had a good location just down the street from the terminal.

Hotel Verona was the perfect hotel for our requirements, and we had a great stay there. Travelling with 2 small children is never simple, but the quadruple room at Hotel Verona was spacious, and the staff made our stay that much simpler. The hotel is a quick walk away from the Colosseum, and conveniently located if one wishes to spend time in the central areas of Rome. Piazza Navona, Via Veneto, the Spanish Steps and the beautiful areas around the Trevi Fountain were all within short distance, although we opted to take cabs quite a lot so as to preserve the energy of the children for as long as possible. Everything was very easy, and Hotel Verona was a good choice.

Seize of thé room, too small.

Hotel was in good location for exploring; not far from Termini Station. Room quite small and not particularly friendly for young children - hard tiled floor for example, but not bad and very clean. Breakfast was very basic and although there was a member of staff in the kitchen the only hot food offered was a boiled egg or toast and they were not very helpful. Was good value for money for its location and would recommend as a base for sightseeing in Rome and would consider staying there again.

Nice location, relatively close to train station and sightseeing,, good service and good value..

Excellent service from guy on reception as the first room we were booked for had a problem with a non-stop running water from the cistern of the toilet! We were moved to another room which was quiet and roomy. Very clean bathroom, free wi-fi. Breakfast was good enough, though the muesli tasted of cardboard! Rather a lot of cakes... and tinned apricot.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this a very nice hotel with HUGE bathroom and an actual tub/shower with GLASS instead of a stinky shower curtain (rare in Italy in this price range). The room was clean and very quiet. The A/C was clearly not powerful enough for the room size. That said, we were there during a heatwave, so under normal circumanstances that might have been ok. But if you need your room cold, do not book this hotel during the summer! Breakfast was served by a very sweet young lady that was so concerned that our children ate enough and liked the food. The reception staff was unremarkable, except for one Egyptian staff member at night reception that was incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. Overall, our entire group thought this hotel exceeded its 3-star ranking.

It was great!

The hotel is 5 mins. away from Roma Termini station and very close to one of the basillicas and hence location wise it is really a good place to be. The rooms are decent size and have air-conditions in it. The mini- bar was an empty fridge. The breakfast is ok but ham/salami and eggs are only provided if you ask the lady in the kitchen. Since it is also very close to Colosseum and a few other landmarks...10 mins walking distance....I found the hotel convenient. Overall you may be able to find better options in the vicinity but if not then this is a safe bet.

The hotel is small, with a small elevator and small rooms, just what you would expect. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Within a few blocks of everything you need, a supermarket, lots of resturants, the subway and the Colosseum.

Outstanding location for Rome's main train station. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff very helpful and sweet. I highly recommend this as a location in central Rome - Enjoy!!

Breakfast starts at 7:30am.... Too late.. No wifi after first day... Also there is limit on wifi

The hotel was conveniently located minutes away from Santa Maria Maggiore and easy to navigate back to when out walking. A short walk to many of the famous sites around Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and room comfortable. Would definitiely stay there again.

I booked a quadruple room for me and my friends, for 4 adults. But the room was a double room with one king size bed and one sofa bed. The sofa bed was so bad, that after laying on the bed for a few minutes my leg went numb. We had to sleep on the sofa bed sideways, but that way the bed was too short. But it was the only option. Immediately when I saw the room, I asked the man in the reception for a mattress or better bed, but he said that it would have been only possible if ordered in advance. This was of course impossible to do, because in advance I thought there were beds for 4 adults, as ordered. 'The room was tried to clean well, but some more effort could have been taken.The price was relatively high compared to other hotels in Rome. And the Wifi did not work, and no courtesy slippers were offered… The bed sheets were king size… I mean one big sheet for two people. It’s ok, if you are sleeping on the bed with your boy/girlfriend or a close friend, but I was with a friend of a friend and it felt quite unconfourtable.

We will return!

This place hardly qualifies as a "hotel", despite the price and the stars. However, it's located within a walking distance from the Colosseum etc. Rooms are tiny (room for "quatro" sure doesn't mean 4 people - it was like the Marx brothers in the closet), old basic furniture, no air, uncomfortable bath. Poor service. Unfriendly.

Very good location! Very clean rooms although they are a bit small! Staff very nice and welcoming. Good breakfast. Would defo stay there again!

We enjoyed are long weekend. although a budget hotel it was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff very helpful. they let me use the internet free of charge on my penultimate day so I could book in for my return flight. the breakfast although only continental was plentiful and of good quality. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a good hotel in a good location at reasonable rates. Its only 10 mins from train station and easy to find. only 15mins to the colosseum.

Very convenient location. Staff was friendly. Room was very small, but very clean. Wi Fi was very affordable, but had to go to desk everyday for new password. TV was almost on ceiling and difficult to view. They were performing maintenance on room across hall which was very loud during the afternoon. Breakfast was poor, but staff was extremely friendly and willing to help and answer questions. Would stay again.

On the positive side, the Verona hotel is within walking distance to all the sights in Rome city center, the front desk staff is very friendly, breakfast is ok and the rooms are clean. On the negative side, our room was worn down, teeny-tiny, very dark, and very noisy (window facing busy street). The hotel is ok if you're planning to stay for just a couple of nights, we stayed for a week.

Friendly reception staff, very helpful organised a people carrier to return us to the airport in comfort and cheaper than using the express train. Breakfast a bit haphazard ok if you were in early but not so great if you enjoy a long lie. Rooms immaculate had the benefit of a balcony so could enjoy the early morning/late afternoon sun. Stairs very steep and only a small lift but still would recommend this hotel, ideal location for transport and sight seeing shops and food.

The hotel staff were all very kind, curteous and helpful. There are some good restaurants nearby and it is within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colleseum, etc. I would stay here again.

The lokation is very good. Near to railwaysation and the centrum of Rome. Service was very good at hotel, friendly and professional people. Brekfast was good and roomcleaning very good.
