Overall a great place to stay. Employees are great. Sleep number beds are nice. Elevators are slow if the hotel is packed, so stay on a lower floor if possible. Will definitely go back when in Fresno

Loved the bed. The restaurant was awful. My steak was pathetic.

Good hotel for the price. Very convenient for anyone doing business in Fresno. Food in Hotel is average but everything else is nice and comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel.

All was great - except the sleep number beds... The softness of the beds were hard, either tall and hard or short and hard! Everything else was great!!! I'd stay here again...

The overall hotel has potential but there were some issues: 1. The reception was a bit abrupt when I checked-in. 2. I could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom and entry of my "non-smoking" room. (The remainder of the room was odorless). 3. Someone knocked on my door at 6:45am when they slid the check-out slip underneath my door. This unwarranted "wake-up call" was completely intrusive and should never have happened.

Nice rooms at very nice rate.

The hotel is nice and was close to our appointment with government office in down town Fresno. The is loud train noise at night. Also the resturant has a limited menu and the food we had was not pleasant. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

this is a great hotel, my favorite in Fresno.

The check-in staff at the Radisson were very polite and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is nice with a very open lobby, although the front entrance was being remodeled so only the side entrances were open. The room was nice and quiet, although the bed was a Sleep Number bed and the remote didn't work very well, so the bed ended up being way too soft. Overall for my purposes, the hotel worked nicely and if in Fresno, I would certainly consider staying at the Radisson again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. Will definitely recommend and will definitely go back! Thank you.

Great place with the price that we paid; we shall select this hotel again for our next trip to Fresno.

Spent 2 nights, the first night our bed you could feel the springs and the bed squeak ! So they gave us a sleep number bed the second night, but didn't work properly! My nightly rest was NOT comfy! Over all the Hotel is very clean and well good staff!

The location is perfect (directly across the street) if you are attending a convention, concert or other event at the Fresno convention center, arena or Saroyan Theater. The room we stayed in was clean and had all of the basics plus a King size Sleep Number bed. The inflating mechanism did not work on one side of the bed, so that made for an uncomfortable night for me. My wife was quite comfortable on the working side. The hotel is located in an area adjacent to skid row. I would not recommend walking around at night other than across the street to the convention center complex. There is a cafe inside of the hotel that serves decent food and has a better than average soup and salad bar. Other than that you will need to drive a fair distance to find something to eat. We booked our room in order to attend a concert at the Saroyan theater. I would definitely do this again and recommend this arrangement for an overnight stay to anybody who has business at the convention center annex.

Although the surrounding community (downtown-ish) seemed deserted, the area seemed very nice. It was conveniently located near the freeway. Most of all it seemed like a luxury Vegas hotel minus the casino in the middle of Fresno. The staff was very nice and the room was beautiful and up to date!

The bed was the worst I've experienced. They need to rid themselves of the dial a number beds and go back to real comfort. Would never return nor recommend to any friend.

Its a nice hotel literally across the street from the arena its a very good location.

Everything was in great condition and would continue to use this hotel again for any future stays!

I was so pleased with my hotel stay. The rooms are large and very accommodating. For the price of the room I felt like I made out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here every time I am in the area.

Best hotel in Fresno if you need to be near the city center. Very comfortable room with nice amenities. However, the restaurant is average at best.

We are a family of five adults. We were okay in a room with two queens. As we stayed for one night, the size of the room was tolerable. The staff were very responsive when we asked for extra towels and a rollout bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only other complaints were that the coffee/tea making amenities were in the bathroom and it was pretty noisy with the trains and what not going past right till the early hours of the morning. Otherwise, it was pretty good. the highlight was the excellent water pressure in the shower.

Overall, great property. Couple of exceptions.....there was an event so parking was horrible and you had to get past Security to get into the lot. But it is conveniently located next to the Convention Center so it goes with the territory. The reception staff was very nice and the hotel is nice looking, clean etc. Rooms typical Radisson, nice. BUT the bed, oh the bed. I called reception telling them the bed was horrific, she said is it sinking in? Yes. So she told me how to operate the Sleep Number bed (perhaps a note next to the bed would have saved reception time explaining). It sounded like the neighbors had a chain saw going when I hit the numbers to blow it up (yes it is an air mattress) and I could not get it comfortable, it was really NOT GOOD. The bed manufacturer’s fault I imagine, but don’t get a room with one is all I can say.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The wait staff in the restuarant could not do enough for us. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay

The only issue we had was the rudeness of the bartender. She continued to make rude comments towards my group and I. I was there on my birthday (53) and my children joined me. I had a package leaning on the post on the bar. It slid down and knocked over my drink. She stated she had to go get something to clean it up and said "try not to spill anything else while I'm gone" in a really rude manner. Other than that our time there was very pleasant and all the other employees were very nice and helpful

We ate breakfast at the hotel. I didn't eat at the buffet because the stack of clean dishes had food on them. Not a little bit of food but a whole pancake sticking plates together. It was gross.

I love this hotel. Really comfortable beds, great air conditioning. Fabulous roomy lobby/ground floor. We met friends and sat downstairs in the great open lounge area. The sound of the waterfall was very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Fresno. We ended up staying an extra night and the staff gave us a great rate.

From arrival to departure, the staff was on their game, quick, curtious, and knowledgeable, and the biscuits and gravy from the vast, fresh, breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant were, forgive me, better than Grandma's!

For the price, there's no way this hotel is worth it. There were holes in the sheets, burn marks on the curtains, and mildew all over the shower. We could hear what was going on in the rooms around us and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The pool area was also in poor condition, hot tub didn't work. Breakfast was not included, however, if you wanted a crossant and some orange juice, for $9, they were yours. The only upgrades that have been done to it since it was built was flat screen tvs and sleep number beds.
