It was fine. Functional and convenient for the Conference Centre.

The room was not very clean, but since we were only there for less than 10 hours we did not bother to complain.

Second time staying at this hotel, again it was as good as the first time, friendly staff, great meals and service at the ZaZi's Restaurant and Pub. Clean room. We will be back.

Clean rooms. Shuttle convenient except for calling for airport pickup. Restaurant disappointing.

Chose this hotel because it was close to airport and I thought I can book a room before and after my trip to Orlando and receive free parking for the days before and after my trip. When I checked in tge lady was rude in saying that I could not park my truck there during my trip, she didn't even offer any kind of parking besides park and fly. Not impress with the service. Cancelled that room and went elsewhere for a better hotel with much better front desk service. I chose this hotel since it advertissed free parking but not so.

was a great place for the night before our flight.. rooms were cheap and clean and breakfast was great. they had a shuttle to the airport every hour

Very clean, easy check in and out great service

From the ignorant driver of the shuttle bus, to the lousy attitude of the receptionist, to the bed bug powder smell in the hallway walking towards my room, which I was given no direction in how to get to by the one who checked me in, to the lack of menu from the pub in the room, to the ATM that didn't work, to the parking lot view from the room window, to the gang of hoodlums hanging out the front entrance, to the promise of breakfast and got nothing, Stay Away! This place is like a run down Bates motel. Just awful!

Not impressed all at. We were using this hotel as a stop over hotel with the assumption that because they offered an airport shuttle that we would have parking for the week. Not the case. When we arrived there was very limited parking available and when I checked in and made inquires about the parking for the week, I was advised that their parking was sold out. They said we only had overnight parking and would then need to go to park n' fly. Now tell me, what is the point of offering an airport shuttle if you don't have parking available for people to use the shuttle? Not impressed and would not stay here ever again.

What was pretty good but the bathtub was rusty and there was no plug.Thanks kw

The hotel and the room were fine. We were only there for a short overnight stay before our 6:00am flight but enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and pub for dinner.

1. I pre-arranged Park & Fly through hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel, they said that in fact I had not been booked for park & fly, and that hotels.com regularly deceives customers about this in order to get the booking. Hotel said park & fly can only be obtained directly from the hotel itself. Both the hotel itself and the hotels.com rep were very unhelpful in rectifying the situation. It caused me a great deal of time and stress and extra money to resolve the problem late at night with an early flight waiting for me in the morning! As well, there was a party in the neighbouring room so when I finally got the matter resolved, it was impossible to sleep in the very few hours remaining! A brutal experience!!

Pros: great value, free parking, free breakfast, excellent service, convenient location very close to Pearson cons: old carpet and cigarette burn on bed sheets (non-smoking room).

We were pleased at the location, close to Air Port, free shuttle, to and from. Great breakfast included. Staff friendly, and accommodating It was great and we will definitely use again. No elevator so if you are not on the main floor, you do have to get your bags up a flight. .

Close to the airport, the pizza place attached to it was great. Found a few gross hairs in the bed though

Older Motel,nicely renovated,very clean. Close to the airport, restaurant in the building with very good reasonably priced pizza. What the point in a free breakfast when it doesn`t start until 6:30 am. Good Value for your money.

Simple, clean and comfortable. No complaints and nice and handy for the airport.

Close to terminal, great continental breakfast which speeds up the morning routine. Nice to have access to decent food in house when we arrrived. Be aware there is no elevator, which makes taking luggage to the second floor a large task when you have children. Good value for cost.

We used the Park,sleep and Fly option for our parking. We had the peace of mind,knowing that we would be at the airport for our early departure,and wouldn't be jeopardizing the trip because of weather or rush hour traffic.The accomodations were a great value and the staff were always available to assist you.Our flight arrived back just after midnight and they came and picked us up at the airport right away.(24hr availability for pick-up).I feel Comforts' service at this site is outstanding. I will definitely use their services again.

The hotel was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good. We enjoyed breakfast as well but wished there was yoghurt available. The shuttle service was good and prompt. Parking was fine.

The Comfort Inn Toronto Airport hotel is conveniently located near the Pearson International airport with hourly shuttle service. The rooms are small with few amenities (no microwave), but clean and well appointed. Parking is VERY limited because people use the lot for park-and-fly. We could not find parking the night we arrived. Additional parking is available next door; however, the hotel clerk did not make this option available until we had spent 30 minutes searching for a spot.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pub downstairs had great food and great atmosphere...it hit the spot after a long day on the road. Room was very comfortable and clean and has all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was good... just the basics toast, waffles, cereal and some fruit. It would have been nice to see some yogurt and real coffee cups (not the paper kind). Parking outside the hotel was a little tight for our truck but the hotel gave us a pass to park in the lot at the adjacent building ...no biggeee!

hotel is clean. rooms are comfortable. staff is pleasant good food available at restaurant on site. good atmosphere at bar on site. free shuttle leaves on the hour for airport, call when back at airport and pickup is fairly speedy. hotel close to airport, 5 mins. adequate parking for vehicles.

Pleasant staff, comfortable, clean room, great location.

There was a smell in the hall way. There was no power outlet for the lamp near beds. The central air conditioner in the fitness room was turned off. I called and went down to the front desk. Finally, the mechanic came and said he does not know how to turn on the AC. The manager on duty said they will lock the fitness room till the real mechanic come back to work.

rooms were a tad aged but clean , not the most modern but did the job , resturant was very good

The hotel offered cheap accomodation for those wishing to find a place to crash after a long flight. It is only a 5 minute walk from the arrival lounge, but you need to walk along a carpark at the edge of the terminal and then across a set of traffic lights. If you are loaded with luggage, a 5 minute walk may not be your ideal way of arriving, but be warned, the hotel courtesy bus only comes when called, so you need the hotel number to call when you arrive. Our mobiles did not work and we only had the hotel.com number on our confirmation slip, so it might pay you to get the hotel number in advance to be safe and use a payphone when you get there. The breakfast was OK, but you will need to ask someone on the staff to make the waffles for you, it is quite an art form.....but well worth it if you want to engage in the local culture.

Problemas no café da manhã: o muffin deve ser o mesmo por 3 ou 4 dias!!! Minha irmã só conseguiu comê-lo no primeiro dia, depois... sem comentários e foram 4 diárias. O waffle tinha 1 sabor só, mesmo sendo natural e morango (por exemplo!). O encerramento do café da manhã é 9h durante a semana e 10h nos finais de semana, mas você precisa chegar com no mínimo 30 minutos de antecedência, pois quando dá o horário guardam e desligam tudo em questão de minutos. Tive problema com o "shuttle", fiquei quase 1 hora esperando no aeroporto, e era quase 2 horas da manhã quando liguei.

Totalmente funcional a mis necesidades.
