Great for conventions, families, first time Nashville visitors.

We went to Nashville for shopping and nightlife. The shuttle downtown is significantly cheaper than taking a cab and drops off/picks up in the heart of downtown. Our room was very nice. They lost a point on cleanliness only because we found trash behind the nightstand when plugging something in. The beds are worth every penny. We slept like champs.

Great hotel if you want to stay in this area. A short drive fromt he must-see and must-shop and must-eat places. Central in Nashville, so an easy drive to all of the bigger sights, too.

Everything was great. No complaints from anyone in our party.

While the hotel was clean, there was a smell from something they used to clean the room that was awful. They did come and cover up the smell with something when we called. The bathroom and tub were very small. The Comfort Inn the night before for half the money was larger. We went to the lobby to get coffee to find out that you had to pay about $1.50 for it. At Comfort Inn in Ga,a full hot breakfast was included, again for half the price. It was close to the mall and Gaylord convention center which is awsome, but a long way from the downtown night life. You could take a bus downtown for $15 to $20 round trip depending on when you went. Overall, I think I could find a better value in the same area or even closer to downtown. Would not stay there again.

We stayed here for a wedding. I travel really often, and have honestly never been in a more inconvenient hotel. Their "services", such as valet and luggage delivery, seem geared more toward charging additional fees than making their customers more comfortable. Self-park is $20 and very inconvenient to the hotel entrance. We waited nearly 40 minutes in valet lines. Luggage is then brought to your room for you (you can't bring it yourself in a cart), which takes more time. In all, it took about and hour and 15 minutes and about 35 bucks in tips and charges to check into our room - something that normally takes 15 mins. The room has no coffee makers and there is an $18 "resort fee" for items that are normally free. Lot's of other good hotels to stay in nearby and still experience Opryland....

The hotel rooms were very nice and maid service was good. Didn't leave coffee stuff though. Customer Service at the front lobby was good except for Roderick. I spoke with him about the lack of parking and his attitude was basically so what. A local prom was there and no parking was available. He told me to park in handicap slot but couldn't guarantee that we would not be ticketed. Also wanted us to park at a Shoney's restaurant near by and walk in the pouring rain that day. Found out he was loudly bad mouthing me after I left. (My daugher was in the lobby and overheard him saying not to nice things to the other lobby personnel -- crazy and psycho.)

The stay was great, the only problems were the a/c in our room didn't work very well & the sleep number beds aren't very comfortable! Staff was very helpful & everything was nice & clean. The hotel located within has some great food & live music!!

We chose this hotel for the comfort, quiet, and safety of the interior rooms. Upon arrival we were told by a woman at the desk that the interior was "full" next morning Herold said there was plenty of room! The stay inside was great..if Herold is there we will come again! PS..the girls really wanted to play some music on your stage!:) next time!!

Although we encountered some booking problems through a third-party booking agency, the front desk staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and accommo-dating. The hotel is tastefully decorated, our room was very clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast in the atrium (not provided) was reasonably priced. Free shuttle service is provided to Opryland, Opry Mills, and a very few f dowtown attractions. One thing that should be in the rooms and is not provided, is a refrigerator in the rooms. We missed that a lot!

Swimming pool should be enclosed so that the noise does not disturb quests in their rooms. A Starbucks that is open 7 days a week would be a great addition.

It was over priced. It had outside hall enterance, no refridge or microwave and restroom was very small.

We had a great stay at the Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel. My only issue was that there was not a refrigerator in the room. Other than that, it was wonderful.

The help were all very friendly and helpful we enjoyed are stay and would stay there again

Great location. Free shuttle to Opryland was nice especially since parking there was $20 a day and I had to attend meetings there 3 days in a row.

We enjoyed our stay - nice room - modern matress - good location to Grand Ole Opry - reasonable price - nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site.

We were dismayed to find that our room had an outside entry. It was not mentioned while making reservations that the room was not an inside room. We would not have stayed here had we known.

Would recommend to anyone:)! Loved it for our family of four! Clean...friendly staff...comfy beds...nice pool:)!

The rooms were nice and clean. The biggest disappointment was I booked the hotel because I have two, 2 yr old grandsons that love to swim. We stayed two nights we were able to swim only one day. When I called to ask why the pool was not open the front desk could not give me a straight answer, they then said we could swim the next morning. The morning came n still no answers unfortunately the boys only was able to swim one day. The did offer a shuttle to another hotel to swim with Tim restrictions of course.

Pros: close to Opryland, restaurants, and Opry Mills Mall. Cons: Everytime I stay here, I am assigned an outside room, which is inconvenient because you must go inside thru the hotel to the outside (no outside stairwells). Beds in double were standard, not full--not comfortable for two people. Tub was incredibly narrow. Always a pain to check in here. Usually two or more people standing around behind counter, but only 1 or 2 actually checking in guests. Gift shop adjacent to front desk but items must be brought to front desk to purchase which further holds up check in. Will not stay here again.

Excellent location and good price. Did have sleep number beds in room though and did not like. Great amenities for families

The pool area, located in the atrium, was very noisy from early morning to after 10pm. Kids playing in the pool create a lot of noise that echoes throughout the area. Difficult to catch an afternoon nap, or early bedtime.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Since I was only there for 1 night i did not use all of the services but eveything was handled very well. Front desk staff very helpful and no problems with check in or check out.

We stayed only 1 night here, wished we had of found this place the previous night. Although it was just the two of us, it would bea fantastic place for a family holiday, outside was snowing, and the kids were still all having a ball in the beautiful indoor heated swimming pool. Excellent location, easy to drive downtown to check out nashville. Also the shuttle bus across the the mall was so convenient, staff were so helpful. A definite thumbs up on this one.

It was a lovely hotel and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We travel to Nash. once a month while my daughter is recording .. have stayed in 10 diff. places ... this is the nicest for the money by far!

They need to mandate no swimming in In-Door pool until 8:00 or 8:30 AM because all rooms are adjoining the indoor pool area and kids staying in hotel all were in the pool by 6:00 AM waking everyone up from both rooms we stayed in. There were no hours posted on pool being open.

Bussing runs every 1/2 hour back and forth from the Gaylord Opryland. The bed was most comfortable with the adjustments that could be made with more or less air in the bed. Location is excellent. Very quiet. Help desk was very polite and helpful.

The hotel was fine and the staff was very friendly. All in All a very nice place to stay.

This hotel is a must stay if you're wanting around the Opryland area. The place is clean and the service is excellent.

The room was very clean. The staff is the friendliest I've seen. They take time to remember your name and to be as polite as can be. I will definitely stay there again. I love the atmosphere of the whole building including the Backstage Grill.

The hotel itself was ok. The beds were awful!! This is the 2nd time in less than 2 months that we stayed here. We were hoping all the beds weren't like the ones the first time. WRONG! The price is way too high to not get any sleep.

The name of the hotel was changed just hours before our arrival, and thus "The Radisson" was nowhere to be found. The first room i was given was situated on top of the air conditioning units, which disrupted the TV signal, and would have been unbearable to try to sleep in it. The replacement room was not much better. An outer room facing the highway and truck traffic that seemingly never stopped. The sleep-number bed was awful. I awoke after a short 4 hours with pain throughout my back and body. What a disaster. The staff was friendly and helpful though. Proximity to the Opryland Resort was excellent.

Good location for going to ICE and opry mills mall, VERY noisy bc of closeness to traffic.Heated pool was not very heated :/ Could have put more than one small packet of coffee in the room at least my hubby had his morning cofee lol Room was clean, Beds not for us.However they did let us chick in a little earlier check in/out was fast an easy.

The hotel was nice. Clean. Staff was pleasant. Check-in and check-out no hassle. BUT - we did NOT like the sleep-number beds. Part of it was that we are used to a KING size bed and these were DOUBLES (yes I knew that going in). We could not get the beds to settle on a good number. Jets in hot-tub were not working on the last night of our stay - but stuff breaks. Pool was getting dirty (lots of hair in drain) by the end of the week. We were given a room just above the bus-stop and was asked if that was OK. They would have relocated us if necessary. Bathroom is TINY. Location is good for easy access to Opry Mills, Grand Ole Opry, and Gaylord Opryland Resorts. Downtown is about 10-15 minutes away via freeways. I would stay again for Business but not for family. Rooms and furnishings are just a bit too small.
