Beautiful hotel, close to all sights. Amazing breakfast. The staff was polite and very helpful. Ten minutes walk from the train station. we were very pleased.

Comfortable and very clean room with balcony in a hotel that deserves its four stars. From good breakfast to very friendly and efficient front desk the Firenze was everything we expected and needed. And all just an easy ten minute stroll from the Arena. Recommend it to anyone visiting Verona. Added bonus is hotel being just five minutes from main rail/bus station so a trip to Lake Garda (20 mins away) was easy.

A good hotel - spacious and comfortable room - great bed and good bathroom. Very good selection at breakfast and convenient location between the station (train and bus) and the centre of town. Staff very professional. Was in a superior double and my only issue ( minor) was that my room was on a lower floor facing the street and therefore a bit noisy from early in the morning. I would definitely stay in the hotel again though and recommend it to others.

Best Western Hotel Firenze is a nice clean hotel close to the train station. Walking time with luggage is about 10-15 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a little small. They have a lot of gadgets in the room. The room we had had a computerized shower system, and electronic blinds. From the hotel, it is easy to walk to most sights in Verona. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the area where most cafes and restaurants are. Although there are cafes around the hotel, they seem to be mainly for tourists. There are no reasonably priced restaurants or cafes frequented by locals nearby.

5 min walk from the tain station, 10-15 minutes to just about all the sights in Verona. Definitely recommend.

Loved it!! Stayed there with 2 kids (a teenager and a baby) in a suite, everybody was comfortable and happy.

We only spent one night in Verona on a two week trip in northern Italy but this hotel was a gem. The Firenze had an excellent location for us with an easy walk to and from the railroad station and it is located on the main boulevard in Verona. It was a short 10 minute walk to the old city. The hotel is extremely well maintained and the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent and most sumptuous. We had problems with our wireless connection upon arrival. A technician was sent to our room within minutes of a phone call and he discovered that their system was having a problem. I received a phone call from the desk to tell me that the problem was reported to their server and was being worked on. When we returned after a day/evening of sight seeing the service had been restored. If we go to Verona again this will be our choice.

The hotel itself was fine but a bit of a walk from the old town and the sights.

Its not a 4 star hotel but the location is GREAT and they were friendly.. PARKING is off site and expensive

The hotel was well situated, 10 minute walk to the centre of Verona or 10 minutes to the train station in the other direction. The hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful. Not a luxury hotel but great for a city break.

The Firenze is ideally situated in easy walking distance of the sights and the station. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with efficient air conditioning. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and spoke excellent English.The breakfasts were excellent. We would happily stay there again.

A nice hotel in a good location. Parking was convenient. The staff were friendly. A delicious and big breakfast.

We received a very friendly wlecome. The staff could not do enough to help us settle in quickly. Breakfasts were very good, and the room was very comfortable. We will definitely return to Verona and when we do, we will definitely stay in the Hotel Firenze.

Lovced little chocolates on the pillow each night and breakfast was superb. Close to station & healthy walk to centre of town-7 mins. All staff were pleasant & very efficient. Great place

This wasa very short trip to Verona, and hotel was a really good location, a 5-10 min walk to the train station and 10-15mins to the main piazza, which is gorgeous!!! The hotel staff were very helpfull and helped us with train times by checking the web and printing times out. They were also very friendly too. Breakfast was pretty nice and again staff were very friendly and helpful. If we were ever to return then we would consider this hotel first!!! The room was well appointed and had electric roller shutters which provided a nice dark room and virtually no road noise, and our room was streetside!!! Bathroom was gorgeous with a jacuzzi bath and multi spray shower, nice toileteries too and a very comfy chair and footstool fro resting tired feet.

Well located in a quiet area - good standard 4 star hotel. All staff were extremely friendly. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Although rooms were not that large they were more than adequate for a City Centre hotel, and were nicely decorated and had an expensive feel. There was a modern multi-jet power shower which was a new experience! Air conditioning was effective without being too noisy. Our room was in a very quiet location. The original pillows were extremely hard for us but were changed to softer feather pillows on request. The breakfast was first class with abundant fresh fruit, self service with a choice of hot dishes. Also, free cocktail on first day and chocolate on pillow. There was was option of using hotel's free bikes. Would not hesistate to recommend to others and definitely would return if we visited Verona again.

We stayed here for one night in May. We didn't expect much, but were wonderfully surprised. We got to the hotel early, and they kept our luggage for us free of charge until we could check in. The staff was extremely nice. The room was large, clean, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom shower was great and had jets (if you could figure out how to use them). There was a free drink in the early evening, and I had mixed up the time, so when I asked about it at the front desk, she said we had missed it, but then she made a phone call, and told us there was extra if we would like to go to the bar. So, we got the free drink and ended up getting a few more since the bartender was so nice. The breakfast was great. We got there a bit late, but the cappuccino and croissant hit the spot. There looked like there had been a decent amount of food. Too bad we didn't get up earlier! Overall, I wish i had stayed more than one night here. It is an excellent hotel. The one issue some people might have is that its a decent walk to the main sites (10-20 minutes depending on how fast you walk).

We would highly recommend the Hotel Firenze. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean (which is of the utmost importance to us). The breakfast room is cheerful and bright and the food selection is very good. The hotel's close proximity to the train station and town center make its location very convenient to everything yet far enough away to be quiet at night.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really great and convienently located. Breakfast buffut was nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are fairly small but with the high ceiling its unnoticeable. Comfy bed, great spa shower, comp WIFI AND BREAKFAST. a short walk just MINUTEs to bus stop for hop on-hop off tour, and a computer for gust use in lobby. No complaints.

Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Hotel Firenze is conveniently located close to the bus/train station yet close to the town centre and attractions too. You can easily walk everywhere. Room was beautiful with a touch of character, everything perfectly clean and new, bathroom was spacious and shower very good. There's a free wi-fi, and if you don't have your own laptop there's a computer downstairs free of charge. Breakfast was superb with eggs, bacon, bread, croissants, lots of different meats and cheeses, cakes, cereal, yoghurt etc. and they served us cappuccinos to the table. I wasn't expecting breakfast that good for the price we paid for the room! All in all excellent value for money, wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again if I returned to Verona.

It would be fair to say this hotel was the nicest four star that I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. And no, I don't work for them! The staff, breakfast etc was everything it should be. But the superior double room was something else. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was very large and the TV was massive. The steam shower was very nice and the decor was pure luxury. What more can I say?

We chose this hotel for 3 days as part of our honey moon. We were upgraded and given a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. It was conveiniently located a short walk from the centre of Verona and is a 10 minute walk from the train station. Breakfst was lovely and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. the only downside was that our room looked out over a pretty industrial run down area, not really a romantic view!!! That being said we weren't in our room very often as we were out exploring lovely Verona. I would recommend this hotel for its location to all the main sights.

HOTEL FRIENZE was great to stay in ,lovely rooms very quiet ,excellent beds and friendly staff all made our trip to Verona very enjoyable.The position is excellent with parking garage next door and short stroll to the Arena and other attractions

We very much enjoyed staying at the Hotel Firenze. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable. Our bathroom had a jacuzzi shower, full free breakfast, a bed-side chocolate each evening, and free internet access. The staff even supplied a converter and cables. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and easily accessible to the University of Verona as well as all historic sites. All in all a fantastic hotel--I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and we enjoyed staying there. Although staff were generally polite, they should have explained why they needed to keep our passports at check-in, and when they didn't understand our English and poor Italian at breakfast as we tried to explain that we would like gluten-free food, they should have made clear that they did not understand. Ironically, in response to our e-mail, the hotel had arranged for gluten-free food and put it out, but we never found it until we had finished eating.

This is a very nice hotel with everything in right place. Clean, high standard and nice staff. convenient location for all purposes.

My partner and I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Firenze for 1 night. Very much a business hotel, it was clean and the staff were generally professional and pleasant with the one exception mentioned above. We were given a room on the 1st or 2nd floor, facing the front of the hotel. The rooms on this side have a balcony. I was concerned about potential noise from the road outside in the morning, but I needn't have worried as doors to the balcony are well glaced and also have the added soundproofing and protection of metal shutters that are controlled electronically by pressing a button on the bedside - quite impressive, I thought. Overall, the room was quiet, which was most important to me. The room was not large, but clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable. The 'jucuzzi' shower which had sprays all around the inside of the shower to massage various parts of the body was rather novel, but unnecessary. A simple but good standard shower would have done the job just fine. I might also mention that one of the spray functions (perhaps a seldom used function) gave off a bad cheese-like smell... The buffet breakfast was excellent and included a large range of cold meats. I would recommend the hotel and would turn.

Loved this hotel. Verona is a great, quaint city to relax in - a good rest day for a tour of Italy. The room was wonderful. It was large, clean comfortable, and decorated refreshingly nice. The hotel gave us a free drink a piece at the bar. 10-15 minute walk from train station. 5 minute (appx.) walk to the arena.

If arriving by car ensure you contact the hotel well in advance if you wish to secure a parking space as there are limited numbers. Parking costs 15 Euro per night and a member of staff will escort you and your car to an underground car park in the adjacent side street. On arrival, for checking in, there are three car parking spaces directly outside the front of the hotel reserved for guests. We chose a superior room, very comfortable and with all of the facilities expected in a chain hotel. A large widescreen TV dominated the room and there was certainly no scrimping on the freebies. One minor downside was the wooden flooring. The guests immediately above us chose not to wear the courtesy slippers and noisily clopped around like a herd a cattle in stilletos. With the station only 12 minutes walk it is easy to access the fast Trenitalia rail services. Within an hour and a half of a superb hotel breakfast we were in Venice for the day. On route to the rail station form the hotel are two small cafe bars which are half the price of eating and drinking in the tourist areas of Verona. Beware that at night the local down and outs gather in the park near the rail station. If you want to stay in a typical quirky Italian hotel then the Firenze may not be ideal. But for the guest seeking Euro style very close to the sights of Verona with that extra touch of luxury then the Firenze is perfect.

The hotel is centrally situated with easy access to the old part of town and the bus and train stations. We had a day in Verona including the Opera and a day at Lake Garda. the hotel staff were very helpful - Lake Garda was an hour by bus, Verona truely magical - it was great to be so well situated and able to walk everywhere.

Trés bon hotel, mais un petit Hic....Il ne doivent pas connaître Le Français, c'est un problème pour ce genre d'hotel, qui je pense doit avoir du personnel parlant le Français, nous n'avons quand même pas une langue morte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super Frühstück, auch dank Ana. Sie war stets zuvorkommend und hatte den gesamten Frühstücksraum im Griff. Es wurde immer alles sofort aufgefüllt. Nur ein Glas Sekt zum Frühstück hat noch gefehlt. Zur Arena zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Wir hatten das Dreibett-Superior-Zimmer 204 im Nebenbau mit großem Balkon. Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt und das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt. Können wir nur jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war ruhig, komfortabel ausgestattet (Jacuzzi, Möglichkeit, warme Getränke zuzubereiten) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal zwischen Stadtzentrum (zu Fuß ca. 5 Min.) und Hauptbahnhof. Der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfekt beliggende i forhold til Arenaen og Sightseening i Verona . Dejligt med parkering i forbindelse med hotellet.

Een echt stads hotel, met ontbijt in de zaal "beneden". Prima verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel! Locatie is perfect voor een dagje shoppen in Verona en een bezoek aan de opera in de Arena. Wij hadden een geweldige studio, met zicht op de hoofdstraat en van alle gemakken voorzien.

We had a wonderful time in Verona. The hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. It was an easy walk along a wide, very safe street coming back from the opera late at night. The room had AC which was wonderful! Very nice room and great service. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone especially those going to the opera.

nous avons été logé dans l'annexe dans une chambre spacieurse, côté cuisine, salon, côté chambre, entrée. Très propre - nouveau- Nous avons pris une chambre triple tout en étant 2. L'annexe paraît meilleur que l'hôtel et loge les chambres triples apparemment. se renseigner cela vaut le coup
