3different nights 1st stay was great the next night the tv would not turn up could not hear it, the 3rd time the shower would not even warm up at all

The experience was great! I believe his name was Brandon, was very kind and helpful. Great job guys.

The Hotel was really nice I enjoyed my self with my family especially my grandson, he didn't want to leave. People comment on the reviews and some maybe right but you need to see for yourself. Everyone was polite in the front office and I didn't see nothing wrong, the only thing it needs upgrades.

overall it was great but my coffie maker was never cleaned out and no coffie was there

I was charged additional fees for wifi and resort fees. We were there for three nights our room was never cleaned. We requested clean towels and never recieved them. The pool n waterpark were an additional daily fee. I would not recommend.

Pleasantly surprised with hotel. A little rough around the edges on the initial apperance driving up, although the inside was great. Service Fantastic. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Water areas Clean and tons of fun. The breakfest buffet was fabulous and staff very attentive. An expected surprise. I would recommend this hotel and visit again.

Water Park hours are terrible but a nice place. Great for smaller children as water park water is 2 1/2 feet deep all the way around.

Where do I start?! Well to start off we had to take Tolls to cut our time in half. It showed 15mins away from the parks, well i dont know what stop watch was being used but it needs to be thrown away. It took forever to get anywhere. Once we did arrive we passed it TWICE! The name has changed and it failed to mention that on the website. Its back in the cut and oh yeah, is being remodeled also.. (something else that was failed to be mentioned). Our room was...ughhh. We couldn't even walk barefoot, and it has carpet. I understand that it is a water park so people may come in wet but there were stains everywhere on the carpet. we had kids that wanted to play but we didnt let them. The wireless internet would not work and when we called they sent someone to the room that asked us where the modem was. HUH?! We're guest not employees! Overall the stay was disappointing.

The hotel was okay the only things were you have to pay extra to use the waterpark. The hotel is far away from international drive and all the theme parks. And we had to call to get blankets for are room because you only get a sheet to cover up with. We will not go back only because we were so far away from everything.

terrible place, out of the way. Dirty unsafe. unclean. Looks nothing like its website.

The kids loved the water park

The only thing I'd Chang are the hours of the waterpark! I'd open earlier and stay open at least till dusk!

Upon arriving staff was helpfull and friendly. The pool and waterpark were nice (you do pay separate for the waterpark $15.00 for all three of us) breakfast is available which was good (buffet) for about $6.95 for adults and $4.95 for kids. Minor problem was the remote did not work on the TV, they need to upgrade to flat screens, but for the price I will not complaint. Overall good location and good stay.

Friendly staff..good stay. It is time for the entire pool deck to be pressure washed

After reading scary reviews i wanted to cancel my reservations but miss the deadline but upon arrival hotel look old but once inside it was nice front desk service was pleasant,room was nice also only had one problem with my room but the hotel manager took care of it immediately so that was great my kids love the water park they stay all day it only cost $4 a person all day pass which was awesome no long lines to stand in to get on a water slide i was able to watch my kids from the balcony of my room down to the water park and the resturant prices was reasonable so all in all if you want a decent hotel rate with great ammenties this is great for the family to relax its not a 5 star but its budget friendly. Also hotel is under contruction but it was not noisey i believe it will be even better in the future

Front desk staff very friendly. I would of liked to use the heat in our room Friday and Saturday. Hotel room had a problem with the ceiling. The room itself hadn't been dusted in a long time. There was a piece of candy wrapper behind the small table near the armoir. Called the front desk to see if someone could fix the heat. Heat was not fixed so asked for extra blankets. Hotel was busy for the weekend so when our room was cleaned, our dirty towels were picked up and we got some of the items back except wash clothes and bath mat. Took a shower Monday morning after the hotel cleared out and by the end of my shower I had warm water. I didn't have a problem the previous two days due to the other guests using the water and warm water being in the area. I believe my room was too far to get to from the boiler to get a nice warm shower in a timely manner. Front desk was aware of all the situations that took place during my stay prior to my check out and the respone was that the manager would be informed.

We rsserved one night initially. Then days before our stay we called the hotel to extend another night. All was confirmed by phone but not when we arrived. Also we were disappointed that the water park costs extra. Didn't see that when booking! The water park had lots of fun activites for the kids! But they were out of towels. Good thing we had our own. The rooms were tiled...the beds made noise.... And the floors didn't sems that clean. Convenient location near Osceola Heritage Park. Not sure I'd stay again. Happy we only stayed the one night.

We have stayed here several times when either taking a flight out or picking someone up. The location is very conveinant to the airport. Someone originally had this hotel at one point that obviously loved children. The rooms were nicely updated at one point and this was a great place to take young children. The ownership has changed and they are going through some of the painful process of changing. The staff is very nice and hopefully they will come out in the end with a great place to stay but right now it isn't what we were used to.

not tv remote control, no wifi, no atention, no phone line, no towels in second day, we paid very good, for godd sevice, and we didnt have, i think in a motel is better service and cheaper, i dont recoment u. no towels in the pool.

the kid's loved it and the food was very good.

The reason I booked up this hotel is because we want our kids to have fun in waterpark, the pictures shown on the hotel's website are completely different than what the hotel really looks like. When we arrived, I stood in line for 25 minutes,  Water park area is in very, very horible condition, The facility just looks completely run down and wore out, the building is dirty and outdated. and ontop of all that in order for my kids to be in the watetpark I have to pay an extra fee of $8.00 per child We requested nonsmoking room, there was loud shouting and noise, people next door were smoking, our ac was on so it's smelled like smoke in our room, I couldn't fall a sleep. Will never ever return to this dirty place!!!!

Room was extremly dirty...

The waterpark was nice for the kids, they loved it! The hotel rooms were clean and confortable but the check in was painful. The front desk lady was not helpful at all and she was rude. The charges were different from what hotel. com explained to us. Also, the rooms were not together as I requested and confirmed by customer service the day before. Our check in took 1 1/2 hour and there were more people having rooms issues like us.

I was really concerned after reading all the bad reviews. After staying 2 nights for our Disney trip, I must say it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I wouldn't call it a Resort but the rooms were a basic hotel room. The waterpark part of it was nice, we did not get to use it but it was just like the pictures showed. We were charged for the use of the pool even though we did not use it. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the location was a little run down but overall it was nice. the kids wanted to play at the waterpark but it closes at 5pm. overall my stay was nice. game room was small but nice for the kiddies and it is 30 minutes away from Disney.

I booked this hotel for the access to the water park for my kids to enjoy for the day. First of all, I did not know the water park was a separate entity from the hotel and charged separately from the hotel booking. We stayed only 45 minutes before they closed the park at five. Money wasted! Kids disappointed! The hotel is in serious need of a paint job and a pressure wash! Staff unfriendly. Hotel door did not lock, cable went out and barely hot water for us to shower! And it's not 20 minutes from attractions! Whoever decided to write "20 minutes from attractions" was dead wrong! Try 40 minutes due to traffic and numerous traffic lights! Don't waste your money on this hotel!

The hotel was decrepit on the outside and they charge you extra for the waterpark portion of the pool. RIDICULOUS! Too far from Disney and Kissimmee.

Staff were very friendly. Cleaning people did a good job in the room. While the exterior of the place was not great, the rooms were surprisingly nice. My boys had a lot of fun in the water park. I liked that there was a washer/dryer on site and a business center. The negative: I had prepaid my room so I thought I was good for my stay. Once I arrived, my credit card was used and staff secured a 50$ deposit without telling me or asking me. There was also some 6 dollar/day fee. I am still waiting, several days after check out for my deposit to be returned. While there is a fee for the water park, but I am glad that I had the choice to pay the fee per use. The arcade was nice but smelly. The activity room was great, when you could get into it. It was rarely open, and when it was, it was hard to get staff to be there so you could take your kids. I asked THREE different staff people to clean the elevator between building 3 and 4. For four days I looked at this flower on the floor, and went up and down in an elevator that smelled like a stinky hockey bag. It was GROS, and no one seemed to want to wash it down. Overall, it was okay but did not make me want to return. Next trip, I would look for a cleaner hotel.

Good place for family and kids. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The beds are springy. Staff is very pleasant, especially Julio. Waterpark is great, when weather is nice.

This was one of the worst hotels me and my wife have ever stayed at. First, the sign that is at the entrance is very small and can't even see it from the road. The flamingo is not even the name it is actually the clarion. When we checked in their guarantee was that it was 100% smoke free, but when you get to the room they are all facing out and they have ash trays outside the doors leading into the rooms. So it smelled like smoke. Smelled like mildew, the paint was peeling off the walls, looked like the up keep had not been looked been taken care of in years. We where supposed to stay two night, but after the first night we left. The location was very bad, felt very unsafe. WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

it was being fumigated for bed bugs or some type of bug. the water park is not included in your stay. you have to pay separately. they checked me in an occupied room. not pleasant at all

Stayed here twice and the second time after the changed to the new horrible management. Unfriendly staff, non working tv, no hot water, and they closed the water park without notice, which was the whole reason to stay there.
