The room was very comfortable and clean. Service prompt, excellent selection for complimentary breakfast. Olive Oil "Olly" was an extra treat!!!

Great room, great breakfast and fabulous pool

Every thin was excellent. Especially good if traveling with dogs.

The breakfast was one step better than prison food. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a nonsmoking rm. They charged me extra for my small lap dog. It should be more explicit if pets are more instead of only saying we are pet friendly. I think they should charge smokers $10 more instead. It was further from the highway then I expected. It was about a motel 5.5 I would have went elsewhere but they had already charged my CC a reservation fee and it was too late to check out other hotels nearer to the highway.

For the price this a great deal - hotel was better than acceptable, not amazing but great for thee price. If you're close stay here.

Value for the price was great! People very nice. It is about a mile further off the road. We are repeat stayers at this hotel.

I cannot think of one negative thing about this hotel!! The customerservice was top notch...the rooms were comfortable and clean...the location was convenient and safe. Every need we had was met and exceeded! In fact I have already reserved this hotel for another stay we havig coming up in 3 weeks!! Thank you Palmer INN (americas best value) you guys are what the hospitality industry should strive to be!

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel while in York to visit family. The location was great, close to town and close to the restaraunts on the interstate. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. A great stay for a great price.

This is our second stay at The Palmer Inn, and both times we were very satisfied with the rooms and service. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the pool could not have been better to relax in after a hot day of Nebraska humidity. This is such a great place to stay and rates are very reasonable. We will Definitely stay there again and highly recommend Americas Best Palmer Inn in York Nebraska to others.

We found this hotel very clean and well kept. The breakfast was exceptional, and was on till 10:00.

I was very impressed with how clean the room was and did not have any mold smell. And the towels were soft. They were better than most Motel 6's and Super 8's I've been to. The price was nice and the room was even better. I'm very pleased. My only complaint would be with the hot breakfast, specifically with the waffles: it wasn't that tasty. But everything else was fine.

We were in town for a dog show in a neighboring city. The motel was clean and rooms and bath were recently redecorated. There is lots of grass surrounding the motel to walk dogs. They served a nice continental breakfast. It was a pleasant experience.

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. It was beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. I definitely will look for Americas Best Value Inns when I travel. It was the best place we stayed in six states!

This hotel was close to places to eat and a Starbucks.

This was one of the better places we stayed in during this trip. From the warm and friendly professional staff to the clean and comfortable room, we felt we had made the right choice with this one. The room had two queen beds, small fridge and microwave, coffee machine (fully stocked), hair dryer, and working TV. For some reason, the WiFi was down, so the hotel desk manager lent us a cable to get into the internet. All rooms were first floor, and easily accessible. There were several eateries nearby, one within walking distance, and a retail store about a mile or less away to get supplies for the next day's journey. The hotel is located about 2 miles north of the freeway and set back from the highway we took to reach them, which made for a quiet evening. The breakfast the next morning was great, with various fruits, cereals, juices, and even waffles, and served in a comfortable dining room area. All in all, we got what we paid for, and then some. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay that is hassle free, and you want it at an affordable rate, this is definitely the place to stay.
