Days Inn Spokane - سبوكان

I was disappointed. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke; breakfast room constantly running out of things and taking too long to get replenished; room was OK, but we never had coffee for our machine, our towels didn't get properly replenished, and the bathroom floor wasn't washed before we checked in since there was dried blood on the floor. Receptionists were nice and friendly though. Overall, it did the job, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and we won't be staying there again. Live and learn.

During my 3 nights at this hotel I saw 2 police busts taking place. On top of that the wifi does not reach all the rooms and I had to be moved so I could send important e mails. The area outside the hotel was littered with everything from broken eggs to empty liquor bottles.

To start with we were shocked when we noticed as we pulled up that the pool wasn't open! The ad on line said there was pool. It didn't say it was closed during a certain part of the year. After all, it was June and other hotels had working outdoor pools! Then I had booked a room with 2 queen beds with a refrigerator and micro and there was suppose to be a fitness room. We had 2 doubles, no refrigerator, no micro, to work the tv you had to put your finger through a hole in the front. On the map of the hotel it didn' t show a fitness room. Very disgusted!!!

Service was lousy. Locks not working. Heater not working correctly. Very dusty. Hard beds. Would NEVER recommend this dive.

I enjoyed my stay as it was conveneint to the Convention Center in Spokane. However the bathroom floor was in need of a real good scrubing. The bath mat after I stood on it with wet feet picked up the dirt from the grout in the floor. One window had a couple of cracks in it with a metal pole being used as a safety feature. The continental breakfast was very nice & when we commented that the hot water for tea was lukewarm, it was quickly replaced.

To attend a professional conference at the city's convention center, I stayed at the Days Inn, to walk six blocks every day. The room was fine: TV, refridgerator, microwave, phone, plenty of hot water, reasonably quiet. But the door key card would not work, regardless of how many times I exchanged it. I put up with having to visit the office to gain entrance to my room each time for five days before staff got a mechanic to come and fix the lock.

The room was up to par with the exception of the overwhelming smoke odor which made the stay unpleasant. We did specifically book a nonsmoking room. The bed was a little uncomfortable. However, it was very affordable and, all things considered, was acceptable for the price (except for the terrible smoke smell). I consider the Days Inn in Spokane, WA to be an acceptable crash pad but nothing more.

It was place to lay our heads for the night. Wouldn't want to stay here if I was going to spend anytime at the hotel hanging out. Woke up to voices in the middle of the night, couldn't tell if they were coming from the street or from the downstairs room. Kept the fan running on the heater to drown out them out. Breakfast was good.

I called ahead to make sure there was an airport shuttle that would leave around 4:30 am to get my daughter to the airport for a 6am flight, and to calculate hotel cost with and without taxi fare. I was told there was. I chose this hotel based upon their claimed airport shuttle service included in the price. Upon check in I was told the first shuttle run was at 5 am. Since it was an early morning flight we thought that would still work. That night about 8pm I received a call from the front desk that the earliest shuttle would be at 6am - missing her flight- but that they had an agreement with the taxi service for a $15 ride to the airport - now making the price of the hotel uncompetitive. That morning the taxi took her to the airport, but when they got there the taxi driver said the fee was ~$23. My daughter told him about what the hotel staff had said, he called dispatch and the agreement was actually for $20 not the $15 the hotel promised. She paid him $25 - now well over the reason for choosing the hotel! The room was sahbby with stains on the chairs. The room and floor was freezing cold even with the heat on as high as it would go. We soaked our feet in the tub to get warm. When talking at breakfast with another couple they had done the same thing. The shower head was stuck in a small trickle of water position (no spray kind of like a 1/16 inche diameter gardon hose, but it was hot.

I wrote the review up at the check-in area. It was not a good review and I'm not fussy.

This hotel is inexpensive and offers a breakfast room with several options (cereal, waffles, fruit). We have been using it for about a year now when we travel to Spokane and it has been in remodel the whole time. We are curious when they will be finished but the staff are friendly and the room is sufficient, since we don't spend any real time there other than to sleep.

Do yourself a favor and don't check in this hotel/motel. The management says they're "under renovation" but honestly they're not. I don't think they actually did maintain the place since 5 years ago. The best renovation they can do is demolish the place and start all over again. The clerks are rude when you complain about the state of unkemptness. I don't think Day's Inn should consider this a part of their line-up either. It totally ruins their standard.

Kinda dirty, cleaning staff left dirty cups behind. Furniture was broken, bed spread had rips and tears. Beds not overly comfortable. Bathroom okay. Neighborhood isn't kid-friendly. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap place where you don't care about cleanliness and comfort, this place is your best bet. If you're traveling, it's really easy to get on the freeway from this hotel, which is nice.

But it's pretty cheesy right now. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood, too - while it's walking distance to Riverfront Park I didn't want to do so after dark.

If you are looking for a place to just lay your head down at night this is a good cheap place. Not in the best of conditions and not in the best part of town. But it did its job as far as I am concerned, a cheap place to get a nights rest.

The bed was very hard and the traffic noise was very loud. The hotel has alot of rooms and I can see how some wouldn't have a noise issue as they are away from the street but our room was next to a very busy street.We wont be staying there again!

The motel wasn't bad considering it was under construction. I didn't feel safe because of the shady looking characters having a party down the hall from us. There was no parking but we survived. The hotel staff was nice for the most part which can be more important than a lot of other things.

This is a little bit run down but for the price it was ok, easy to get to and comfortable.

This hotel is more like a Motel 6 with a continental breakfast (biscuits & gravy, waffles, pastries, cereal). The bathroom had mildew in the tiles around the upper tub area. The beds were okay. The breakfast room was busy and counters messy from guest use, but the staff member was trying to stay on top of it. The ice machine is outside. Drive slow in the parking lot as it is a rough one!

The hotel was about what we expected for the price. We could not hear the freeway as someone else had mentioned. The network channels didn't work on the cable, though all others did. Called the front desk, they sent someone up to check, he blamed it on the stormy weather and told us it should clear up, it didn't. But we really only used the room as a place to stay at night and it worked fine for that. Not fancy by any means, but for the price, we would stay there again. Close to everything and a nice diner next door with very affordable prices.

Good location for my stay, but run down. Room was not very clean - hairs in bathtub, and dirty carpet. I didn't expect much for price, but it should have been cleaner.

Plenty of pillows and the recliner was great. Could read or watch TV

I'm super noise sensitive, so if that isn't an issue for you, disregard this! You're very close to the highway, so you hear trucks going by all night. However other than that, my stay was great. The hotel offers a discount at the restaurant next door (great prices, portions, and food). Clean room, friendly staff.

While its location was ok there was hair in the bed. I chose to sleep with my clothes on. The staff put us in a corner by the staff room. Like they were trying to hide us.

The hotel was good for what we paid.

There was nothing really special about this hotel, but it was a good place to stay for the night and it is a dog-friendly hotel, which was important to us. It also had everything that I needed, including an iron and blowdryer. The staff were friendly and helpful even though we were very tired when we got in. There is also a continental breakfast available in the morning.

Rented a room with a king bed. Bed was uncomfortable and seemed short. Continental breakfast is in one of the hotel rooms, so it is very crowded even with 6 people. Location is very nice though. Right downtown, close to both hospitals and Riverfront Park.

This isn't a new hotel...it isn't even kind of new...it is old, and shows its age very acutely. It was great for what we needed it for: a cheapish hotel near the Spokane Arena, but I wouldn't have stayed here for any other reason. The hotel was completely full for a convention, and everyone tried to take their showers at the same time...water pressure slowed to a trickle. Same with breakfast. I was early to breakfast and they were already out of pretty much everything. Advice: If you see the hotel is full, get up early to shower and grab some breakfast. And adjust your expectations...this is a cheap hotel (near a Starbucks, BTW). Good if you just need a fairly clean place to sleep, but if you're looking for a really nice place, better look for somewhere else.
