Habtoor Grand Beach Resort & Spa - دبي

Very disorganised Hotel Reception on both Check In & check Out. Lot's of staff but seemed to be jumping in on each others guests. Laboured the point that check in was normally 2 pm and that I had arrived early - the fact of the matter is that there was a room available that I was given straight away. I'm sure that due to varied flight arrival times people arrive at all times of the day or night but total stay is less than 24 hours as indeed mine was. Couldn't sleep - Room 247 was very noisy - bar/nightclub activity until 2 am - lot's of outside noise continually throughout the day. Very strange smell in room, grouting needs cleaning in bathroom - generally very tired & dated room in comparison to other hotels. Beach service non existent - gave up trying to get a menu & moved to pool area where service was much better. Can't believe there is a charge for Internet use. All other hotels I stayed in on my trip offered free WIFI.

Great located hotel. Service absolutely not at 5 star level. We were missing towels or other bathroom items every day. Poolbar sevice to slow. To get more coffee at breakfast was a struggle (understaffed)

We booked this hotel for 8 days. In daytime it was nice but in the evening it turned to a nightmare. The owners are driven by money and almost every night there was a disco outside on the 3.rd floor so we and our two small kida were not abelto sleep until 02 inthe morning where it stoped. We asked the reseption if they could arrange to turn down but nothing happend. We were so tired after not sleeping well so of course we complained. they moved us 3 times during our stay. One night they moved us at 12 a clock into another room where the music was even louder. The next morning the manager first didn't want to speak with me but after making a scene at the reception he came out from his office and i was trying to explain to him how anoing this moving around was. He didn't seem to care. Money talks!

The owners of this "resort" opened an all night outdors night club between the guest rooms and the beach. The result was that it was almost impossible to sleep as theere was no attempt to keep the volujme of either the disco or its many drunken patrons down. One night there was a near riot right beneath our balcony with yelling and chair throwing involving about 40 people. I didn't see a single security officer until the next morning. On the upside, the staff were very apologetic although it is clear that profit rules the management - not the comfort of the guests. I will not stay there again.

We stayed at the Habtoor for one night and would have happily stayed a fortnight. Though the hotel itself wasbeautiful it was the courtesy and friendlieness of the staff that made our short visit so enjoyable. We arrived well before our check in time with a small child and the reception immediately found us an available room at no extra charge. I should also mention the quality of the in room arabic breakfast - superb!

There is 2 hotel inside the hotel The new hotel is the 2 tower is good ,,not bad BUT the old hotel is name resoret hotel is very bad and very old befor 11 yres !!!

The highlight of our stay in the habtoor was breakfast. Very welcoming and helpful staff, very family orientated. Easy reach to everything in Dubai .this is our third stay in the hotel and I would definately go back. Very good value for money.

...with great rooms and a very nice Hotel! The bars and resturants in the hotel are offering all what you can ask for and more. A bit pricy on the drinks but well worth it...

A nice hotel with a helpful staff, how take care and rebook all needs for me when my flight was delated. And show me all facility in the surroudings.

Resort rooms were cheaper and really nice because they were closer to the pool and beach. Really had great prompt service from the staff. Would definitely stay there again.

I can consider myself to be lucky to have been in most major hotels in Dubai. We stayed in a club sea view room that comes with excellent facilities - Club Lounge, Internet Access and Breakfast/Afternoon tea and Drinks throughout a day in a lounge. Staff was excellent: very hospitable and friendly. However, the hotel is outdated. The club room floor needs definitely a change of decor and carpets/curtains; and writing accessories in the room. They were old and had strange smell. Writing accessories were not cleaned for a while. The only positive about the room were excellent bathroom and accessories provided; as well as good quality pillows and bed blanket (goose feather). I was expecting a bigger and cleaner room considering it is a club level; but was a bit disappointed. The premises of Habtoor were nice with nice gym and spa area but it has only 1 swimming pool outside of the hotel. The second swimming pool is on its 3rd floor. Inclusive breakfast in the Al Diafa restaurant includes only a limited variety of dishes. Overall the stay was pleasant and the ratio of value provided and services granted was good. However, I would only stay in this hotel again if I can get extra perks or special deals.

The room we booked was supposed to have two twin beds and non-smoking. We were given a smoking room with a single bed. The counters were dirthy and the room smelt horrible. We complained and were offered a suite at a higher price with partial sea view.We did not want to spoil our holiday since we had limited time and paid the upgrade amount.For the rates we paid, this was definitely not worth it.

Very nice, comfortable and would stay again. Only thing I would suggest is that they put a clock in the guest rooms

For a five star hotel we were extremely disappointed with the service, room size and the environment. The room is nothing like what is displayed in the pictures; instead it’s small and cramped. We were promised a balcony but after being moved twice we were given a ledge with railing which they refer to as a balcony. The main issue we faced was the size of the room. When we raised that we got moved twice to similar sized rooms. Where the managers expected us to “put up and shut up” rather than fulfil their promises. At booking we were promised a bed for our 2 year old child but after a polite reminder we were given a baby cot (crib). The disco in the hotel during a weekday pounding on till 2am which ensured that our two year old child was kept awake who in turn kept us awake. There is nothing personal about this hotel. It’s all very aesthetic and there is no credibility behind any of the faces and any of the promises. We stayed one night in this hotel and that one night in itself ruined our holiday. We were left no choice but to abandon this hotel and go to another more comfortable and family orientated environment. We had a number of complaints which we raised with the managers there locally. Upon our return to the UK we still feel so strongly about the negative impact this hotel had on our holiday we wrote a letter to the general manager. The manager must have a real good sense of humour as he offered us a free night complementary stay at his hotel. Four weeks on apart from the initial acknowledgement we still await a response to the questions we raised. Hopefully this demonstrates the quality of the hotel and the level of customer service should you stay at Habtoor If what you’re after is a clubbing environment where you don’t mind the loud bass being drummed into room then the Habtoor grand resort and spa maybe suited for your needs. However if like ourselves your travelling with a family and children with certain standards and expectations then like us you may

Resort rooms are dark and depressing....the tower rooms are spacious but the bathroom had a bad smell...very weak water in the shower and FREEZING cold water! there was no hot or warm water! Very dirty towels in the rooms, check in took forever, service especialy at the reception is very slow and unwelcoming. First and worst hotel experience I had in dubai so far.

I stayed in the "resort wing" which is cheaper than the new tower wing. This is my third time there, and I love the older resort wing as it has more of a resort feel than the other wing - and a lot cheaper! Ask for room with pool view

Great hotel in a great spot on Jumeirah Beach. It''s not the best hotel in the area ( Ritz Carlton and Le Royal Meridien for starters) but it offers a reasonable option at a slightly lower price. My main gripe was that you have to pay for wi fi which I don't expect in a 5 star hotel, paying 5 star prices.

The swim up bar was one of my favorite features that the hotel had to offer, although the drinks were very pricey (110.00. AED for 3 Heinekins). The food at all restraunt locations inside the hotel was excellent though (Club sandwiches were on point).

This hotel was outstanding service was spectacular. The beds were so comfortable.

This is a beautiful property with multiple restaurants, free shuttles to ALL the area malls, several pools including a swim up pool bar, and RIGHT ON the beach. The neighborhood is still under construction, so other than the incredible resorts all lines up, the rest is a year or two away. From my balcony I could see the entire Palm Islands including Atlantis and the Sail shaped hotel that has become Dubai's symbol. All in all an incredible stay at an incredible hotel and SURPRISING reasonable! (Maybe because it was the heat of the summer)?

このホテルを選定した英国人の友人一家と合流する為にこのホテルを２泊。タワー２棟とガーデンヴィラがある大きなホテルの為部屋の案内は不可欠なのに、チェックイン早々、人手不足なのかフロント担当から４度担当者をたらい回しにされ客室にたどり着く迄３０分以上かかった。別のオーストラリアの友人も同様、皆がフロント対応に憤慨。　宿泊した部屋はファミリールーム（４階４２１号室）と称していたのに、下層階、直ぐしたの３階にクラブやデイスコがあるとはチェックイン時に告知されず外部の車関係の騒音等、騒音が酷かった。２泊目のよる午前０時からデイスコの音量が最大になり部屋の家具や、ミニバー上のグラス類がジャンプする程部屋自体がデイスコ化し、フロントへ苦情をいうと騒音は承知しており、子供は熟睡していたがガーデン棟の部屋へ午前1時頃避難させられた。ホテル内は兎に角グループ客のみで、フロントやコンシアージュサービスは大変稚拙であった。２５階の中華料理店も常に大音量で、夜景はみれるがクラブの様であった。プールはウオータースライダーがあり、ガーデンビラあたりには孔雀もいてそれなりにリゾート感有り。　朝食も兎に角グループ客（主にロシア等東欧系の迫力有る方々）でごった返し。サービスもキャンテイーン並であった。 このホテルの宿泊直前迄に、全てにおいて素晴らしい宿泊体験をしたThe Palace Down Townに３泊していた為、その差に驚愕した。

sehr lautes Hotel, jeden Abend irgend eine Disco die bis sehr spät nachts hämmert obwohl nichts los ist. einfahc nur laut. lage ok, aber def. kein 4-5 Sterne Hotel. würde dieses Hotel sicher nie mehr wählen. voller Russen. stört nicht aber macht es auch nicht besser. summa summa rum, nie mehr.

Meget bra hotell og veldig barnevennlig! Topp mat og god service. Bra beliggenhet og flott Strand.

Das Hotel ist auf der besten Lage. Viele Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe (Dubai Marina, JBR). Ausserdem gibt es die Transportmöglichkeiten mit dem Shuttle Bus jeden Tag vom Hotel zu Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Outlet Mall etc. Die Zimmer waren 3x/Tag geputzt und diese waren sehr sauber. Das ganze Hotel was sehr sauber und bietet viele möglichkeiten - 3 Bars + 1 Beach Club, Main Pool + Pool auf dem 3 Stöck...Alle Angestellte waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollte ich nochmals nach Dubai gehen werde ich sicherlich im Habtoor übernachten. Diese 10 Tage waren wirklich toll!

建物、設備がしっかりしており安心して滞在できる。クラブタワーでの宿泊は朝食、アフタヌーンティー込みの価格でバトラーとまでは言わないがあらゆるリクエストに対応してくれるサービス、コンシェルジュには感激した。 　後ろに高層ビル群、前に白砂のビーチを配したガーデンプールは広さも深さもほどよくチェアーも十分に備えてあるので快適であった。　また三階のプールも大人の雰囲気で過ごすには最高！但しビル風が多少強いかも・・・・富豪ハブトゥールは儲けより「こだわり」を追求しているのかも・・・？？

Hyvä ja tomiva hotelli upealla paikalla Jumeirah rannalla. Huoneet isoja ja kaikki toimii hyvin. Allas ja ranta-alue ei ollut liian ruuhkainen. Hotellissa paljon venäläisiä turisteja.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage - direkt am Strand, unweit der Dubai Marina. Leider ist das Hotel an sonsten weit vom 5 Sterne Standard entfernt, insbesondere der Service ist grauenhaft. In meinem Zimmer fehlte eine Fernbedienung. Um das zu beheben brauchte es 4 Anrufe beim Empfang (und mehr als 3 Stunden Wartezeit). Der Zimmerservice versprach die Lieferung des Essen innerhalb von "maximal 25 Minuten" - es dauerte 45 Minuten (eine Standardbestellung, nichts ausgefallenes) Das Einchecken dauerte lange, dazu mußte ich 10 Minuten auf jemand warten, der mich und mein Koffer zum Zimmer bringt - und es kam auch erst jemand, nachdem ich nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit noch einmal beim Emfang nachgefragt hatte. Das Zimmer war OK, aber kein 5 Sterne Standard. Fazit: Das Hotel wird seinem Anspruch nur im Preis gerecht.

macht erstmal einen schönen Eindruck, aber an diversen Tagen (speziell Di+Do), wenn man Zimmer zum Meer hat, teilweise Ohrenbetäubende Musik bis 3 Uhr morgens, mann kann nur Fenster zu machen, allerdings dringt das noch durch. Sehr kleine Balkone, Zimmerservice teilweise nicht gut, da Handtücher fehlten etc. Um den unteren Pool stinkt es leider sehr häufig (wie alte Füsse), wo mir aber keiner richtig sagen konnte, woher genau es kommt. Am Strand kamen auch mal sehr komische Gerüche. Strand sehr weit vom Hotel weg + wenn Strandbar läuft, sollte man sich weit weg setzen, es sei denn, man liebt diesen konstanten, durchdringenden Beat.

Super Hotel. Als wir ankamen hatten wir die Wahl ob wir kostenlos in eine Suite umgebucht werden möchten oder lieber in einem normales Zimmer (wie gebucht) übernachten möchten (und dies in der Hauptsaison). Wir hatten meistens eine Limousine (zu normalem Taxitarif) zur Verfügung.

Vi var meget fornøyd med vårt opphold på hotellet. Service, fasiliteter, rengjøring, beliggenhet m.m er upåklagelig. Absolutt verdt et besøk!!

Très bon hotel qui mérite son 5*. Service parfait. Le personnel est à votre écoute. Nous avons réservé une chambre club et nous avons été surclassé en chambre club avec vue sur mer. Les parties communes de l'hotel sont irréprochables. Nous recommandons cet hotel sans hésitation. De plus, il est situé près de la plage à Jumeirah.

Perfekt service och skick. Hotellet har att fantastiskt läge med egen strand och härliga grönområden. Känns som om det funnits där länge. Trivsamt och elegant på samma gång.

För att vara ett 5 stjärnigt hotell i Dubai är det mycket som saknas. En del av rummen är förskräckliga. Största minuset får hotellet för sin nattklubb vid poolen som som dunkade musik hela natten. Oavsett var man bodde på hotellet kunde man inte sova.. Inge vidare frukostbuffe heller. Am

Mysigt och trevligt hotell. Stora ytor och rent och snygggt överallt. God mat på resturangerna och bra service. Glad och hjälpsam personal. Poolen var underbar och trädgården runt om vacker. Stranden var lång och vit, med massor av solstolar. Fitnessrummet på hotellet var välutrustat och det var ett nöje att träna där. Intillliggande området The walk at Jumeriha beach , med resturanger och butiker i massor gjorde att läget på hotellet var suveränt. Lite hårda sängar på rummen, lite hög musik ett par dagar i veckan från nattklubben till kl 02.00 gjorde att kanske nattsömnen inte alltid var på topp. Men överlag var detta ett jättefint hotell och vi åker gärna dit igen. Nästa gång tar vi barnen med oss då det var bra uppbyggt poolområde samt bra barnmenyer på matsställena.

Dette er andre gangen vi bor på Habtoor Grand Resort and Spa, og vi er kjempe førnøyd med oppholdet denne gangen også:) Et fantastisk resort rett på stranden, infinity pool med nydelig utsikt over Dubai Marina og Burj Al Arab. Området rundt stranden er og veldig flott med gressplener og restaurant/barer. Veldig stort basseng med pool bar og godt utvalg av restauranter og barer. Det er barne basseng og sklie for barn også. Rommene er veldig store og flotte. Vi hadde rom i tårnet med utsikt over stranden og hotell omtådet. Kan virkelig anbefalest. Vi spiste både på den italienske restauranten og i baren ved bassenget. Veldig god mat og ikke minst service. Her på dette hotellet kan man virkelig slappe av og nyte ferien. Det er og gratis shuttle bus til alle shopping senterene om man ønsker det. Bedre beliggenhet finnest ikke i Dubai!!! Vi kommer nok garantert til å reise tilbake for tredje gang.
