I think that the Adam's Mark needs to start a room renovation project. The room was basically clean, however, getting very old. The heat was not working well and needs to be fixed. The hotel staff were nice and accomodating.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in to bad they hadn't checked the sheets - had to have them replace the soiled bed spread...

Very nice rooms, and convieniently located for what we wanted. I littte pricey but because of the event we were attending I suspect this would be typical for any hotel.

My stay at the Adams Mark was great. The room was clean, the service was great. My only complaint is that the hotel was full, and it seems the restaurant was under staffed. The service, although slow, was friendly and professional. The staff did a great job to serve the customers as fast as they could. My only recommendation is to have more people on duty when an event (like a concert) is in town.

The hotel is a great property in a great location. The only issue I had was that I paid for the $10 parking in their garage and was given a parking card to get "unlimited in and out" rather than using the parking system. When I went to drive out (already fully packed into the car, ready to make it to my meeting right on time) the garage gate card-reader wouldn't accept the card. I had to pay *another* $10 to get out of the garage, since I didn't have enough time to re-park and trek all the way back to the front counter. I plan to request a refund for the initial $10, but it's worth noting that in my experience the system was flawed.

Our stay was fine because of the location. Easy off and on of I-190. Walking distance to local, State, and Federal buildings. Our only issue was that the grout in the shower needed a better cleaning.

Within walking distance to the FNC. Other than that, not much to brag about. $5.00 draft beers; $15.00 for a buffet with chicken fingers, and pizza; another $15.00 for the breakfast buffet, plus the room charges all add up to a damned expensive night

The rooms are very small and dated (to put it nicely). I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

key cards were a problem and long line to ge omelettes on sat. other wise a pleasant stay employees were great

heater did not work in the room

My second time staying in past year when going to hockey game. Within walking distance to Arena and restauarants, will stay again

The hotel was conveniently located near the First Niagara Center. ( We drove to Buffalo to attend a hockey game at the Center.) We reserved an Executive King room and were informed that there were none of these rooms available when we checked in. There was no attempt to rectify the situation. The room was dated. Evidence of former towel racks etc. were not covered up. The doorknob on the bathroom door was loose One of the parts to the coffee machine in the room was missing. Service found it behind the desk. We had to pay to park, but it was quite a hike to the garage from the hotel. My husband's car was parked in the garage and some sort of deposit landed all over the windshield and body of the car. He had to take it to the dealer to have the material removed. The price of the room seemed very high. After all, this was Buffalo in the middle of winter! Overall, not a pleasant place to be.

There were urine stains on the toilet and hair in the shower when I arrived in my room. Food was gross

As we arrived there was no help in the drive or in the lobby. The garbage cans outside of the main entrance were overflowing with garbage. There was a huge line because they were behind on turning over the rooms. Even after the designated check-in they had few rooms ready, so many people who waited in line could not check in. I fortunately had a great receptionist who got me checked in to the next room because I needed to get ready for a wedding. Other guests were left waiting in the lobby. When I got to the room there were traces of cigarette ashes on the nightstand, a peanut m&m on the floor and a nice whistle coming from the window. I feel bad for the employees of the hotel because it is clearly in need of new management. If you are looking for a great experience, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a great location and a place to crash at the end of a long night, it works.

Upon check in to my room, it appeared as though it had not been cleaned. There was residue from beverages on the night stand, the beds looked as though they were recently sat upon, there was no soap at the sink to wash my hands and there was chipped paint in the bathroom, all very unappealing upon walking into the space I was prepared to stay for 3 nights. The front desk did accommodate me with a room upgrade when I expressed my displeasure. After my first day out and about the town when I returned to my room at 4:30pm exhausted (I had been gone since 9am), I discovered my room had not been serviced, I called the front desk and took quite some time before anyone answered and explained the situation. They advised they would let someone know, so my room was cleaned after 6pm. Lastly, on my final day in Buffalo there was a snow storm something that I assumed the city would be prepared for, the walk of the hotel was not cleared nor was the driveway. I was walking to my destination and it was extremely dangerous conditions. I was very dissatisfied with the stay and I will not stay at this location again.

I don't think hotel patrons should have to pay for parking. With all the rooms that were available, we ended up with a room that had a view of a cement wall. The furniture was scratched up and one of the doors of the wall unit was missing. The converter for the TV did not work properly. There was hair in the bathtub. The shower head was too low as well.

I'm not one to complain, but the service at the hotel restaurant was the worst I've ever experienced. The indifference and lack of service by the waiter was unbelievable. Food cost was pricy for what you get.

Great location, great service. I was able to reserve adjoining rooms well in advance. Very friendly front desk staff and bar. Don't tell too many people but the wings were better than at the Anchor Bar. Plus if you're lucky you might run into some Bills players -- we did.

The adams mark in buffalo , is very friendly to the quests. very informed on what is going on at the hotel or around buffalo. The bartender interacted (talk) with us and that was a nice added plus

Good location if your going to the hockey game. Maid service was poor . Sheets didnt fit bed and place was under construction. Good price good food and good people though

DIRTY!

As we approached the hotel I was impressed by the gorgeous lobby and courteous staff. But, upon checking in, it went downhill from there. Said that refrigerators were available upon request,....did not state it was a $10 fee. Parking was an additional $10. Floors were very dirty and needed a good vacuuming. Very confusing layout of the hotel with elevators, stairs, parking garage entrance. Room was about 40 degrees when we checked in. Took an hour or so to warm up to 68 degrees. Not too bad for what we needed ( a place to crash after a concert) but would not recomend for business stays.

The Adams Mark has very kind, friendly, HONEST staff. They were helpful with every aspect of our stay. We were in a rush to check out and I left my diamond wedding set in the bathroom. I had taken my rings off to do my hair. I did not realize this until we were about an hour away. My husband called the hotel. They immediately sent staff up to check the room. The front desk called my husband back a short time later and said that it had been found, and that we could come to the front desk to retrieve it. I was very impressed. Our room was also very clean. As was the indoor pool area and the dining atrium. We will defintely return.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. Room was clean but had no view- room looked out onto back of another part of the hotel. Was unable to adjust the heat in room. Pool was heated which was great. Location is convenient to transportation. It is walking distance to Greyhound bus terminal or a short bus ride from airport. However, not many places to eat within walking distance. We ate in the hotel. Breakfast brunch was very good as was dinner in the pub.

just was not satisfied with room,alarm clock cord was cut , lots of construction, pool was cold,had to ask for towels in our room,can tell what the difference is between a excutive room and a normal room ,but there is definitely a price diffference

Found a fake eyelash in room, when housekeeping came to change sheets did not tuck them in. Room also smelled like smoke and heater did not seem to work well. Breakfast at hotel restaurant is atrocious, the food was cold at the buffet line and the items that are suppose to be cold (milk, fruit, orange juice) were warm. However, guest service and staff were friendly and welcoming.

we had to vacate our room at 2.30 am.some alarm. All assembled in the main lobby. Nobody told us what the problem was and there was no leadership of the situation. We all returned to our rooms and hoped all was ok and I guess it was. Other than that all was very good

enjoyed the hotel with the following reservations. presently is being renovated. when done will be exceptional, but at present one must put up with dust & noise. one lasting problem is the antiquated heating system in the rooms. in order to maintain temp. the unit came on and off all night, very noisy and not conducive to a comfortable sleeping condition. constant noise from the heating woke us up. needs to be updated!!!!!!!!

We stayed 2 nights for back to back Sabres games. Hotel was under construction but did not interfere with our weekend. Very close to First Niagra Centre,,we walked both nights to and from. Always an excellent stay for the $$$.
