The pillows and linens smelled liked unwashed body odor the first night. In fact, the room where the bed was reeked of it. The housekeeping staff was great, but the laundry needs some work.

Enjoyed our short stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace.

Great stay. Enjoyed it and location to downtown Gatlinburg directly on strip. Contenital Breakfast should be expended. Room needs to have a 4 cup coffee maker ...only has a 1 cuper...takes forever to make coffee. Need to add area that has coffee all the time ..like lobby or something. The only big complaint....is that there was only 1 luggage dolly for the whole hotel....very bad ...had to wait on it ...slowed down checking out ...having to wait for a luggage dolly.

Hotel registration staff very accomodating when we had difficultiies with our reservation. Beds very hard.

There was very poor sound insulation between rooms. The vending machine took a dollar from me. The parking was horrible over the weekend part of the stay.

We stayed 2 nights this past weekend. The hotel was in a convenient location for restaurants, shops and hiking in the Smokey Mountains. The one minor thing that was disappointing was the choice of items to eat at breakfast. It was a very basic breakfast with no sausage or bacon to go with the scrambled eggs provided. All-in-all, we were satisfied and had a great stay.

My family and I loved our stay at Best Western Crossroads Inn. I travelled with my mother and two young children. The room was excellent; much larger than expected. It was clean and had everything we needed: beds, bathroom, closet, TV, refrigerator, microwave and AC. The hotel is in Gatlinburg right within walking distance to Ripley's Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe and right beside Atrium restaurant. The staff was excellent and accomodating. We even had a hot breakfast that came with our stay. Thank you Best Western for making our stay wonderful!

The ease of getting to everything

loved gatlinburg, had a great time,, beds were execellent. all in all just had a wonderful stay at Best Western Hotel in Gatlinburg Tenn... Breakfast was a great.. Biscuit and Gravy.. ... great stay.

Overall, the stay was great, and the hotel was in a great location. It was within walking distance of many restaurants, the aquarium, and the city of Gatlinburg. Although they didn't have roll away beds available, which would have made the stay more comfortable because my sister-in-law had to sleep with both of her daughters in the queen sized bed, they did offer to bring us extra pillows and blankets to make a bed on the floor. The pool was clean, but located in the center of the parking lot, so everyone walking to their rooms could easily see everyone in the pool, which was awkward.

Beds were not comfortable and air conditioning did not woork properly. Older hotel that could use some updates. It was however, in a good location and walking to all Gatlinburg attractions was not a problem.

It was ok, nice on the outside, dated on the inside. Staff were ok but I probably won't stay there again.

Room was very comfortable and clean, We enjoyed the fireplace.

the hotel was wonderful but the pictures of this hotel are not of this hotel there is no indoor pool and no indoor period all rooms are outside and it is not one big building

Older style motel. Clean. Condition fair.

Clean, no frills lodging. Another good thing is the location ia at the beginning of the strip so you don't have to fight traffic getting to the hotel or going to Pigeon Forge. Great location because I enjoy walking. Go up the strip on one side and come back on the other. If you're price shopping there are motels for $25 in Pigeon Forge.

Rooms are the old style LARGE rooms. Furniture was a little old and drawers did not work 100%, but other than that all was good. Room was clean, bathroom was new'ish. Had to request extra blankets because comforters were removed. Excellent location to everything. Staff was friendly. Low price was a BONUS!

While this little hotel doesn't have balconies over looking rivers and creeks-- it's nice enough for someone who is a bit of a clean freak. There's complimentary coffee. Beyond that it is a no frills hotel that is just off the main drag of Gatlinburg where there isn't quite as much chaos.

Great location! Very rundown though. Borderline creepy. I took a self defense weapon with me to walk to the coke machine. Room needs updating. Had a peeping Tom. Staff is super helpful and nice

older hotel but clean and nice for the money

This is not a place I would ever go back to. The queen size beds were actually doubles. The room was dirty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was very limited parking. Not worth what we paid.

The room was a suite that could sleep 8 people. Full kitchen, 2 full baths, living room. The only issue was a little mold on the ceiling in the master bath/jacuzzi area. Told the staff about it and they stated it would be taken care of. All I can really say is "WOW", I will always ask for this room when I return.

We had an initial problem with our jaccuzi suite, but the friendly staff took care of the problem right away. The location is close to downtown, but just enough away from alot of the traffic. The pool was nice. Would stay here again.

Room was clean, mattresses were new and comfortable, the tub and sinks were new and very nice. It was nice to have 2 sinks, one in the bath and one out. The carpet could have been cleaner, but overall the room was very comfortable. The maid left plenty of towels, and they seemed new also. The outdoor pool was nice, and very welcome after a long hot day hiking in the park.

room not cleaned stains on sheets tabled had plastic on it dirty. lobby smelled of pinesole. musty smell in room an elevator. small bathroom. checkedout one day early.

Close to all the action but not right in the middle of it. We had a king jacuzzi suite and it was huge! It was so nice to be able to spread out between the two rooms.
