This is a medium-sized hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very generously sized with large, comfortable beds and plenty of storage, and the bathrooms are very well-appointed. The only thing that could have improved the room was more frequent replenishment of the minibar and also a kettle with tea / coffee making facilities. Breakfast was a very generous buffet and the breakfast waiters were impressively attentive. The hotel's only downside is its location on one of the main roads out of the city. Double glazing kept traffic noise out, but there are no views. However, it is only one block away from the beach and it's only about 10 minutes' walk into the city proper.

The Hotel Bedrooms while very roomy lacked comfort. We were out most of the time so it wasn't a big problem. What was most disappointing was the Bar/ lounge area. Seemed to cater for local trade rather than hotel guests, the condition of that area was very shabby. The best thing about the hotel was the very friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel was not a 4Star rating in our experience.

We stayed two nights the hotel was easy to find and reception staff most helpful, the room was a good size and there was free parking in the nearby streets. The walk in to Cadiz was along the sea front. Not a particularly Spanish hotel but it worked for us.

The abiding memory of this hotel is the excellent and friendly service offered by all of the staff we encountered. Room was spotless (even when the TV remote fell under the bed it was still spotless!). Easy to find on the main road through town and they offer a very easy to use parking service (10 euros per day). Its a pleasent 15 minute stroll from the old town...just enough to build up an appetite for your evening meal! Will definately use this hotel when I return to Cadiz.

This hotel stay was very pleasant. Staff were friendly, and did well to accommodate my poor Spanish. The room was exceptionally sized, but fronted on the main street and could use a little more sound-proofing. The beds were very firm, which is not my preference. The included breakfast buffet was broad, and included eggs cooked to order. There is also a supermarket next door and a mini-bar frig in the room for those more budget conscious. The location was very good. It was close enough to walk to the old part of town for sightseeing and shopping, as well as a very, very short block to the beach. Parking cost extra, but we were able to find street parking at no cost. I would recommend this hotel, and stay here again.

Nice hotel in central location-walking distance to bus, train, old town, beach. Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with made my stay very easy, nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was on the compact side, suitcase had to be stored in wardrobe with poor lighting in the hall. TV/Radio shut down at 11 and view was not impressive.

With all the beautiful places to visit in Spain, don't bother wasting your time visitning Cadiz or this hotel. The staff was friendly enough, but if you are used to four and five star hotels this place is not for you. The rooms smelled of smoke, the bathrooms were lacking and the "view" was of a rotting roftop and sides of surrounding buildings. What a waste of time and money.

The hotel was easy to find, extremely comfortable and close to sights. The staff was helpful and friendly. We'd highly recommend it.

The hotel was absolutely fine for the price. I wouldn't say it is really a 4 star hotel, but it was clean and very comfortable. It's a bit of a walk into town, but a good excuse for some exercise. The buses into town are easy to find and cheap. The area around the hotel is fine and there's some really nice restaurants within a short walk. The staff at the hotel are lovely, particularly the breakfast staff.

the bed was very uncomfortable and hard to get a good night rest. the cleaning was not done daily and was very disappointing. the hotel is in a good location to the old city. very walkable. i would not recommend just because the bed mattress was sooo bad.

2 mins walk to the beach, about 15 mins walk from the historic area of Cadiz, good hotel for a city visit. Hotel is a little old, but well maintained. City bus stop directly outside if required. No problems during our visit and would recommend.

buena ubicación, amplias habitaciones, limpieza...Y detallista!!! en el check in se dieron cuenta d q era el cumpleaños d mi novio y cuando regresamos a la habitación tenía un presente y una felicitación. Simplemente, perfecto

Frukostbufeen och personalen där bland det bästa som går att hitta. Ett minus dock för cafe/baravdelningen,som serverade en ceasarsallad som var under all kritik.

Hôtel confortable. Petit déjeuner moyen. Proximité de la plage ; très agréable baignade. Le cœur historique de la ville n'est pas très loin à pied.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias.El hotel está limpio y bien situado, el personal de recepción es amable... Todo bien; sólo haría una petición: que ofrecieran más habitaciones con camas de matrimonio. Nosotros, por ejemplo, la habíamos solicitado con 3 semanas de antelación. Aún así, como no quedaba nos dieron una con dos camas.

We hebben 4 superdagen genoten in Cadiz,hotel Puerta Tierra! Ligging vlakbij mooi strand.Op 15 min. loopafstand van oude centrum.Ontbijt heel gevarieerd,vers en uitgebreid!Bedden ruim en goed matras.Mensen van receptie staan altijd klaar met vriendelijk woord.Zeer de moeite waard daar uw vakantie door te brengen!

an einer großen Straße, ca.15 Min. zu Fuß entfernt vom Zentrum (Altstadt). Bus hält fast am Hotel. Positiv: Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr gutes Frühstück. Negativ: Balkon ohne Aussicht bzw. auf eine Wand. Kein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage frei.

Decent hotel (one of the Monte hotel chain) beside the main street towards Cadiz old town. Car park is available insite, just next right turn from hotel and after the Carrefour shop, ring the bell to get the door opened. Location is little bit far away from the old town, (~1.5km) but if you'll walk beside the shore street, you'll have good view to city and sea.

Muy bien la situación al lado de la playa. La zona es tranquila y se puede ir al centro andando.

Merece especial comentario la enorme amabilidad de todo el personal. El desayuno es copioso y muy variado, Como pequeño comentario menos positivo, las habitaciones están un poco necesitadas de actualización, aunque el cuarto de baño es muy amplio y presenta un aspecto en consonancia con la categoría del hotel.

Personale gentilissimo, hotel impeccabilie. Difficoltà di parcheggio nei dintorni ma c'è il park interno comodo ed abbastanza economico. A due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Hotellet er sentralt plassert i nybyen og kort vei å gå til sentrum av gamlebyen. Det eneste vi hadde å sette fingeren på var trafikkstøy på de rommene ut mot hovedgata når vinduet var åpent. Men det var aircondition på rommet så man trengte ikke ha vinduet åpent. Store rom, stort og greit bad.

Hôtel bien équipé mais sans charme. Très bien localisé, entre les grandes plages et la vieille ville.
