Fairmont Monte Carlo - مونت كارلو

My wife and I decided to book New Year´s Eve at the Fairmont in Monaco for a romantic break. The hotel was very nice - well kept and with attentive staff. The location is perfect for whatever you plan to do in Monaco, situated just bellow the Casino, overlooking the sea - with walking distance to almost everything. We had dinner at Yoshi at the Metreopole, 5 mins away, which is highly recommended - the food and staff absolutely fabulous, and with the best Irish Coffee.We will definitely come back to the Fairmont!

We had a wonderful and relaxing experience at this hotel. Loved every minute of it and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great Hotel and good Casino. Be aware of the prices though... £17 for a Vodka & Diet coke and £15 for a pint. A bowl of chips in the bar is £15! Drink are free in the Casino

The hotel is well over-due for a full update, its over priced for the dated deco & condition.I have stayed there many times due to its Location & room sizes, given another option, I would stay some where else if they don't give it an update soon.

Amazing location, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants..Beds very comfortable..Verrry expensive but worth it for a once in a lifetime must see location in the South of France.

The best positioned hotel in Monaco more or less directly on the sea next to the casino and a short walk to the beach. Location perfect. Hotel has a casino built in which is much more lively than the Grand Casino and there is an equally impressive collection of cars outside the hotel! The service and rooms are generally excellent, the spa, the pool and the restaurants are top. Great breakfast too. Internet connection is ridiculously slow almost unusable and incredibly expensive at €20. The car parking is also incredibly expensive. Go to the next bend up the hill and turn right parking in the public parking and save over €12 per day. Generally very happy although there was a mix up with our booking which was eventually sorted out.

Elegant hotel in a great location with a very helpful staff and good food

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we were overlooking the Mirabeau on the corner of the grand prix circuit, the room was very comfortable and had the essential coffee making facilities and an iron, something not all european hotels have. The room was always cleaned and the staff were more than friendly and helpful. Top marks to the rooftop pool which was gorgeous. The location was spot on and was a 5 minute walk to the casino or down to the local beach. We did prefer the hotel's casino to the famous Monte Carlo casino. I cannot praise this hotel more we had a fabulous time and did not want to leave.

This hotel stay was not what we expected.the few times wE dined in the restaurants we had very poor service and he prices were greatly overpriced. At the pool I requested a drink, received it in a small plastic cup and was charged 22 euros, about $30. The service at the restaurant was awful, and for 3 cheeseburgers and 2 sodas 1 glass of wine,the bill was 135 euros about $200. The attention from the wait staff was pretty bad as well.

Hotel was nice. Be prepared to spend a lot of cash though as it's pretty pricey in Monte Carlo - even by my standards. Be sure to take the 'Hop on Hop Off' Bus tour, it was great and only $17.00.

Great Hotel great location great service. Generally all round an excellent hotel!

Booked the trip at the last minute for a Honeymoon vacation. When we arrived, they had upgraded us to a suite and had a bottle of champagne waiting. Our room was fantastic & the location is without question the best in Monte Carlo. We were within walking distance of everything. Each night, we walked to the Cafe de Paris - next to the casino - for drinks & car watching. The walk took less than 5 minutes. Also, we were able to rent a Ferrari from the hotel and drive along the Cote d'Azur to Cannes & Nice for a nice day trip. The hotel arranged jetskiing, dinners, etc. A truly, great place to stay if you are going to Monte Carlo.

We chose to stay at the Fairmont to celebrate my husband’s birthday due to its position on the Monaco Sea Front. We were not disappointed as the view from the pool and restaurant on the top floor was amazing. Not only is the view amazing but so are the staff. We were late arriving and tired due to our flight being delayed, but from the minute we walked into the lobby the check in staff made us feel welcome and at ease. Our room was at the rear, away from the traffic, and had its own terrace where we were able to have coffee or breakfast. The bed and linen were fabulous. We can honestly say every member of staff that we spoke to or dealt with were most pleasant and eager to make our stay a happy one. To top it all a half bottle of champagne and a small gift for me was delivered to our room to make my husband’s birthday even more enjoyable. Well done Fairmont – we will be back!!!!

WOW! This hotel is fan-tas-tique! Situated right in the heart of Monaco alongside the Casino and on the hairpin of the F1 circuit, every need was satisfied by the incredibly friendly staff. The facilities were 1st rate and the whole experience superb. The food, whether by the pool or in the beautiful roof top restaurant was excellent and our room, overlooking the Med, had every thing needed for an amazing 6 night stay! No point converting the Euro's to £'s (after all this is Monaco!!!) Just go with the flow and pretend to be a millionaire for a few days. We will absolutely be returning...stunning!

Great hotel! Right next to the historic Casino. Staff could not be more welcoming Room large, cool and very comfortable. Big hotel with a lot of rooms-- a little hard to find your room at times. Great fitness center and rooftop pool. We ate at the pool and at The Horizons and the food was very good. I felt the pricing was fair for the quality and atmosphere. Views are unbeatable!!! Bus #1 stops right in front of the hotel for sightseeing. We did not need internet service but I did feel it should be free there.

The best hotel ive ever stayed for position,cleanlines,friendlyness of staff and views.

Under our budget it matched all expectations and the best part was the location. Employees had good knowledge about the restaurants surrounding the hotel and it was close to the good night life / bars (got to see Lady Gaga close up!) Highly recommended because the quality was top notch and the location was perfect.

Although we loved the Fairmont, I had stayed there many years ago when it was Lowes. They have done a nice rehab job; however, there was mildew in the bathtub, and I had to ask them to do something about that, and when it did not disappear, I actually went out and bought bleach and cleaned it myself. Other than that, we were given a nice upgrade to a larger room (it was our honeymoon), and when my husband had a back injury, the staff went out of their way to help us.

Admittedly we were lucky to get this room during a "half price" special, but we would even pay the normal price and return here. Everything was amazing. The service was impeccable. The decor was appealing. Great selection of restaurants. Lovely pool. The room was a comfortable size and the view (we did upgrade our room for a relatively small fee) of the Mediterranean was something we'll never forget. Stay here at least once in your life!

Everythings excellent! The only hard part is the Casinò inside the hotel, which is not at the same level of the hotel

繁忙期でない10月の平日にもかかわらず、中庭に面した非常に景色の悪い部屋に通されました。「お客さまの料金体系ではこちらが最良の部屋です」という言い方でしたので、おそらくHotels.comで安い料金を選んで宿泊したのが原因かと。 フロントから一番遠い部屋、嘘ではなくて本当に一番遠い部屋(3310号室)でした。 アメニティや食事は問題ありませんでしたが、部屋の景色の悪さにとってもがっかり。

Très bon hôtel avec piscine à un prix abordable pour Monaco. Bon petit-déjeuner. Evitez toutefois les chambres du 6 étages qui sont sous la piscine et les restaurants sur le toit, ce pour cause de mauvaise isolation phonique de la dalle du toit. Nous avons passé une nuit au 6ème et sur notre requête on a pu être déplacé au 5ème. Je retournerais toutefois sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.

Fint hotell med toppen läge. Frukosten som ingår är inte den stora buffen på toppvåningen. Dock har den i stort lika fin utsikt och är i baren på lobby plan (fransk frukost).

Séjour parfait - acceuil parfait malgré le retard pour la préparation de notre chambre à naotre arrivée à 15h00, mais nous avons eu une autre chambre avec une retard moindre (3/4 d'heures). Personnel parfait politesse gentillesse etc... Parking trop cher

На крыше удачно размещен бассейн, с которого открывается красивый вид на море и сам город Монте-Карло. Там же находится ресторан, где подают очень вкусные блюда. В Лобби размещается казино, где можно коротать вечер за игровым столом или аппаратами с бокалом вина, шампанского!!! Всем своим друзьям рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле и брать номер с видом на море, что рекомендую и читателям этих строк, поскольку цена-качество полностью оправданно..!!

Fairmont Monte Carlo is a fantastic hotel. Perfect surroundings while in Monaco and the friendly staff will do their outmost to satisfy your needs. The rooms are large and very comfortable. But be sure not to stay on the 6th floor below the bar-area. It is very noisy because of trolleys and "high-heels" walking around in the night and in the early morning. The restaurant facilities are fine too. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace on the rooftop with a fantastic view of the sea, Monte Carlo and across to Italy without leaving the table unless we had to go to the buffet for choosing among the best breakfastbuffet we have ever had. And we are travelling a lot so have a good platform to compare to. We also went to the newly openned SPA; a great experince. Actually we stayed at the hotel twice this summer and had our 3 children aged 6,8 and 10 years with the first time. It is also a fine hotel for children with a nice swimmingpool area. All in all the hotel is a place where you feel at home and never want to leave. So be aware, it is a hotel you can get addicted to.

Vi hade rum mot havet med underbar utsikt. Mycket bra läge bredvid kasinot. Ett minus var att hotellet inte bjöd på mineralvatten som andra hotell i den prisklassen gör. Trevlig takrestaurang med god mat.
