Mercure Astoria Reggio Emilia - ريغيو نيل إيميليا

The room was extremely small and dark and the receptionist was quite rude, and made us feel very unwelcome. I had booked this for my father's birthday and was extremely upset by our treatment. I live in Reggio and would definitely not recommend it to other visitors, as although from the outside it gives the appearance of a high quality hotel that was not the experience we had there.

We have stayed in Reggio on four occaisions in last four years and we were extremely happy about every aspect of this hotel. We will be back.

Hotel was nice, the staff was helpful and some knew English. The breakfasts were very overpriced but decent (typical Euro breakfast). There wasn't enough parking in the hotel lot, but having it available was nice, and the parking around the hotel was available for a small fee. The room itself was nice, but like all Euro beds, it was hard and just two smaller beds pushed together, with flat pillows. The TV was small, like all Euro hotels. The bathroom and shower was very nice, but not much lighting. All in all, the place was nice and I'd recommend it, but it was overpriced.

Smart Clean Hotel. Spacious room and clean

This hotel is not near the old center of town, but in the middle of what seemed to be a college, shopping and park. Extremely nice hotel staff.

Why does my internet and e-post work at all other hotels but not at this one. However, the reception staff were very kind and allowed me to use the computer in their office in the evening. Everything else was great, room, staff etc.

The hotel is great, clean,spacious. The shower is fantastic, in fact the bathroom is spacious and clean, towels are big and soft. The service was great. The only complains : No coffe maker in the room (I understand Italians do not drink instant coffee but would be nice to put something for the foreigners), I cannot function well without my coffee in the morning. Secondly the mini bar is extremely over priced, I am not referring to alcholic drinks. I suppose you have the option of not having naything but my son opened a drink(juice and water) before I realised the prices.

Within minutes walking distance to the main piazza and shopping streets of the old town. Comfortable, quiet, and safe for a single woman traveling alone. Great restaurant around the corner. It was very convenient to have free parking on the property.

Per un evento speciale abbiamo trovato un'ottima sistemazione che ci ha permesso di trascorrere due giorni magnifici.

Problem med Internet under den tiden vi besökte hotellet. Personalen försökte åtgärda det hela men det tog lång tid och arbetstimmar gick förlorade. Hotellet ligger dock väldigt bra till, enkelt att gå ut på stan. Skulle åka iväg tidigt på morgonen och bad därför om att checka ut på kvällen. Vi gick igenom alla kostnader och jag trodde allt var klart. Men ändå när jag gick ut på morgonen fick jag vänta 15min för att de skulle skriva ut ett kvitto till mig som jag inte alls behövde.

Nice, clean rooms, good location

Camera rinnovata mail bagno no !!!! In questo week end non avevano tagliato il riscaldamento a faceva 28°C nella stanza impossibile di staccarlo !!!! in piu quando c'e l'abbiamo detto non si sono necahe scusati, hanno detto di aprire le finestre...

E' stato un vero piacere restare al Mercure Astoria, situato su un bellissimo parco, vicino a ottimi ristoranti (raccommando in particolare "Il Sipario"). L'unico elemento meno positivo era il servizio Internet, non sempre affidabile; usare la tastiera allaa TV era particolarmente frustrante.

Ett super fint hotell med fantastiskt läge och trevlig hjälpsam personal. Ligger i anslutning till en mysig park och det är inte långt att gå till centrum. Nära shopping och restauranger.
