Very pleasant. But was hoping to meet Gloria Estefan; oh well, maybe next time.

This is a great little hotel--so unexpected in Vero Beach. The restaurant is amazing, and the service from all the staff was 5-star. I definitely recommend this as a South Beach alternative.

When we checked in the staff had trouble working the computer system. New employee had not been properly trained. You really want the first impression to be first class. This was no where near this expectation. The location is great, but the decore was a little modern for my taste. All of the drawers are very low. Thankfully I'm still young enough to bend down and utilize the drawers. For older travelers it is not well designed and Vero Beach is a retirement destination.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable. I never got a light changed that was out but it really was no big deal. Don't stay in the smallest room they have it is too small for one person. I changed rooms and it was great. Location was awesome. You couldn't get any closer to the water! I hope to be back again next year.

I found the resort to be very comfortable for one traveling alone. Quaint bar, spacious room and bath and walking distance to many restaurants and high end shops. Very pleased with staff and cleanliness of the facility. Would love to stay there again.

I had a nice experience, was happy with the location and the service. Our room needed to.be retouched and things needed fixing. The i.ds were broken and they did come to fix it.but.it broke.again. Not.happy with the room view, they told us that we would.get a pool view, instead we had a view of the dumpsters. Overall, it is a nice hotel, friendly and in a great location.

To mimulistic. The rooms are too small sand on floor and we didn't even good to the beach. No place to sit. One sink in the bathroom is not enough. Resurant and bar close way to early, Robin the Bartendar re-opened the bar she was wonderful. Mini bar had no juice or snakes in it except for chocolate. Priced way to high for what you get.

A nice boutique hotel on a very nice beach. The decor is excellent. The service at the front desk and the restaurant inconsistent. Had dinner at restaurant twice. First night was very good. Second night poor. The hostess was very distracted both times. Not very welcoming. Food and drink service at the beach is atrocious.

The hotel is one of the best in the area. DJ's play on the weekend evenings and can get noisey for small children. Breakfast service a little slow. Overall would rate it highly for it's entertainment value, cleanliness and its good service.

Exceeded expectations! One small issue....no coffee pot in the room.

This is supposed to be a 4 STAR hotel, but in my opinion it is more like 2 STAR. Small lobby, small rooms, we were booked into what was called a Modern Studio, it was so small my husband could touch the wall stretch his arms out and have the other arm reach the middle of the bed. Didn't even have a chair to sit in. After you opened the door there was a small hallway, one wall of the hallway was the frosted glass shower. Had no vanity space and the toilet walls were also frosted glass. Toliet seat was broken, door handle was broken and our view was a dumpster. We did complain to the front desk and were moved to a bigger room, but we would never stay here again.

Every room has a balcony with a view of the ocean. Great pool and outdoor bar area with a very quiet beach. Perfect!

I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The atmosphere was calming and serene. For example there was iIncense burning in the lobby-nice touch! The only issues I had was; the pool was too warm. Two bartenders were not friendly, a little on the expensive side but all in all I loved it and would revisit for sure.

Nice place, great location, only 2 moderate complaints: (1) Our room was not ready when we arrived (late afternoon), and we had to wait several hours for it, but they did make up for it by a drink on the house and a reduction of the room rate. (2) There was live entertainment 2 or 3 of the evenings, which was a bit loud up in our room, but it didn't go too late, and there were quite a few people down there enjoying it. All in all, we enjoyed the place and would stay again.

The hotel was wonderful, comfortable rooms, nice view, great service, right on the beach, pool was beautiful, Staff was exceptional (alittle slow at the pool bar- but being from Jersey I expected it) Lauren on the Beach was Great, very attentive and helpful. I can't wait to come back would definitely stay there again and tell my friends and family.

Went on a "staycation" in my home town of Vero Beach to The Costa D'Este on Ocean Drive. What a great hotel. Extremely clean and right on the Ocean. Within Walking distance of EVERYTHING. The pool is saline and crystal clear. Had a wonderful time and met very interesting other guests there. Will definitely "staycation" there again soon!!

We stayed in the Modern King room for two nights. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. We had a partial ocean view room with a partial view of the parking lot. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool and the beach were beautiful. Overall, my stay at the hotel was wonderful.

This hotel is wonderful, the desk staff and housekeeping were terrific. We spent a fair amount of time at the pool, and the service there for drinks/food was not very good. The bartender and waitress seemed to be having some serious issues one day, and it wasn't good! Not very professional. Other than that though, I absolutely would recommend this hotel. It's beautiful, the location is great, as are the rooms and pool.

Beautiful modern room. However nothing worked. Bottle of water had been opened and refilled with tap water. We had to wade through loud music to get to our room. Staff extremely indifferent. Told Internet had been out for a long time. Had to use cell phone to contact front desk. They need to stick to singing and let someone else run the Hotel.

The young man at the front desk when we checked in was Juan and he was OUTSTANDING!!! All the valets were terrific. Our housekeeper, Yule, was so wonderful, she came to refresh our room whenever we requested her services. Mike, the bartender at the Pool, was so helpful and gave us many suggestions that we truly appreciated. Amber, a server in the restaurant, was also very professional, kind and always had a smile for us, morning, noon and evening. We had a wonderful time for our entire stay at this property, it was a beautiful setting and very well maintained. Nice rooms with comfy beds, pretty bathrooms, thick towels, and a gorgeous view from the balcony. Thank you all for making our "getway" so much fun and so very relaxing. We will surely try to do it again.

The service was excellent . Very friendly and helpful. The location on the beautiful beach, was perfect.

This was our first trip to this area, so it was a shot in the dark finding a good room. We went with the reviews on the Hotels.com website as well as Trip Advisor. They were spot on, giving the Costa d'Esta a 4.9 out of 5. We had an oceanfront room, which literally was 50 yds from the surf. The beach was barren this particular weekend, so it felt like it was our own backyard. I loved the marble (perhaps soapstone) floors and zen-like woodwork. The huge, beautiful shower was amazing. I could go on and on. The free Mojitos from 4-6 pm were better than others we've had, and the service was great. We didn't try the restaurant, but the menu looked interesting and the decor was classy. This is definitely a 2 thumbs up place at a very reasonable price.

The hotel is very nice -- right on the ocean. It is a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. The staff is excellent and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced unlike some hotel breakfasts. We would stay there again.

What a wonderful resort, Not only do we love Vero, & now there is a "great" hotel to stay at and enjoy. If you have ever been to South Beach, you will love the hotel. Great pool & spa and the ares is central to all things Vero. Right on the ocean perfect place.

Great location, nice hotel, but they close the pool and the bar when they have a wedding. They should tell guests this when they book a room. Otherwise, its very nice.

The resort is fancy and confortable. However, I was expecting a bigger hotel with a bigger pool.

Wonderful get away, romantic and modern. The hotel staff was great and helped us with our golf reservation at a beautiful reciprocal golf course. We enjoyed sitting by the pool listing to live Latin and jazz music. Very relaxing!

Great Staff, Modern, Beautiful Pool and Lounge

I really enjoyed my recent stay at the hotel. Corey in the restaurant was so helpful regarding the menu and choices that he thought would be most satisfying to us - and boy, were we satisfied with his recommendations, the food was great. And Deano was absolutely adorable. He parked my car, brought our luggage up and told us all about the hotel along the way. Deano made sure to let us know that if we needed anything to let us know. He was so pleasant and informative. The hotel had something fun to offer every age group. DJ at the pool, live band at night. Pool-side bar. The pool was large, clean, warm and the huge hot-tub was hot and had good, strong jets. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I really, really wanted to be close to the beach and I have to say, when I opened the sliding glass door to our room, I felt like a wave could have hit me in the face. I'm definately going back.

This was a first class hotel. The only problem was that I had to call the front desk about midnight because of people yelling and cursing in the hall. I believe this was part of the wedding party that was staying at the hotel. The front desk sent security right away. Will definately stay again. If the noise is a problem again I won't have such a good review next time. The bed was super comfortable. Overall great place and friendly staff.

I live 15 minutes from this wonderful hotel in Vero Beach - thought why travel elsewhere when there are so many beautiful places in my own backyard. Hotel was great, massage on my patio was heaven. Staff pleasant. Not wild about their food - but plenty of other choices within walking distance. Recommend Vero Beach and this hotel for those who want to spoil themselves for a few nights.

An attractively designed small hotel. Very South Beach amidst the near Nantucket like village of Vero Beach. Beach location is attractive as well. Room design was clearly at the forefront of the hotels development. Modern style and fresh and neat design. The restaurant was a nice surprise both tastefully decorated and delicious food.

Our room was a King Ocean View and perfect for a night away. The sunrise and sunset from our balcony made the night/morning for us. We enjoyed the area surrounding the hotel as well. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel with private balcony and ocean view-exactly what we wanted for a romantic getaway. I would love to go back again and experience the very affordable spa services!

We stayed in the south tower on the second floor, beach front. It was a great room with a view. Very clean. Very nice bathroom and shower. Bed was great. Every encounter with staff members far exceeded my expectations. Very peaceful and relaxing experience for a weekend getaway (away from the kids). Walking distance to some great eating and drinking establishments. Loved the patio, pool and hot tub. Will return for future visit.

My husband and I came to town for only 1 night were so pleasantly supprised when we drove up. The hotel is so modern and The pool bar was great and the pool area was amazing with the comfortable chairs for 2 and endless pool and spa. The rooms were also very unique and comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and we had the cuban sandwich and it was definately the best we have ever had!!! Every member of staff was great from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. We have already decided that we are going back for a long weekend next month!!

We loved it. Really very nice and unique for the area. Great staff, awesome pool and very comfortable room. Our room was near the elevator which was a bit noisy in the AM, but not too bad. Our balcony (2nd floor) was right over the dance floor and DJ at night, but it didn't really bother us at all. Great place, will go back.

While the location and design of this hotel where really spectacular, I cannot say the same about the quality of the staff. This is not a full service hotel - no laundry/dry cleaning available, I had to look for the front desk staff when I arrived, and upon check out at 7 am, I was told the bell man "wasn't quite in yet." Tried the room service. Order cuban style steak with rice and beans. Although the steak was ok, it came in a small bento box wrapped up so it would fit (weird). And no beans. I expect much more from a $50 meal. The remote-ness of this hotel is certainly a factor. I would equate the experience with a that of a good Mexican resort hotel. I'll probably be back, only because there is little else in the area.
