Best Western Airport Inn & Conference Center - ويتشيتا

The shower in our room did not have good water pressure. The hot tub was not hot and actually had cold water in the jets. The indoor pool was very cold. Workout equipment was not in very good shape. The complimentary breakfast served had cold eggs and was not re-stocked well. We did like the layout of the place and the game room games.

A great place to stay! Clean rooms and facilities, VERY FRIENDLY staff, and a very QUIET environment in the middle of a VERY busy part of the city. We have to go back next week, so this is where we will stay!!

The hotel was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The hotel was easy to get to and service was good.

the hotel is great,however they said that all entrances would be locked at eleven p.m. and they were not.we would have felt safier had they been.otherwise it is a great place with a wonderful dinning place solo.

they were flexible enough to allow me to check in 2hrs early. Great bed/pillows! although the toilet would keep running, it was only a minor annoyance. Huge area for kids to play around in indoors - pool table,pool, etc. Left too early in a.m. to get breakfast, so no opinion there. Has 2 attached bars/restaurants which is good since there isn't much to offer in walking distance. Very close to airport. Quiet.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Airport Inn and Conference Center located close to the Mid Continent Airport in Wichita, KS. The hotel staff was both courteous and helpful. The room was well maintained. My only complaint was not putting the 'do not disturb' sign on the outside of my door before I went to sleep. The house keeping decided to wake me up 8am even though the checkout time was at noon. I had stayed up late the night before preparing for an interview the following day. My plan was to sleep in later than 8am. I recommend this place just make sure if you want to sleep in, utilize the 'do not disturb' sign. Another reason for staying there was the convenient location to the airport where my interview was going to take place but also Solo's' diner being located at the Best Western. I ate there twice and both times the food came out hot and was quite good. I would stay at the Best Western Airport Inn and Conference Center again for it's convenient location to the airport and access to Solo's diner.

This was a great hotel which was is conveniently located by the airport - only problem was that the air conditioner did not work in our room. In 104 degree weather there is no way to sleep well in this situation! They brought us a fan for our room to try to help. Our recommendation is check the air conditioner before you settle in!

Staying at this motel was a pleasant experience. It definitely surpassed our stays at some other motels.

Very Good! Quiet!

Everyone was great here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to a couple resturants and has great breakfast in the morning. No regrets

The hotel did not honor the reservation for two beds. Hotels.com agent stated that it was up to the hotel and that they were not responsible.

Contrary to the other reviews that mentioned too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub, I used both and didn't smell chlorine at all. Both the pool and the hot tub were clean and enjoyable, along with the entire recreation area. The room was clean and the TV was beautiful with many channels to choose from. Over all I would recommend this everybody. I was very satisfied.

Every time we stay here the chlorine smell in the pool area is SO strong we can't stand it and neither can our grandchildren. We stay there for the pool activites and indoor games. :-( Guess we'll start looking for another place to stay.

My only real complaint is I thought the price was too high considering this wasn't during a "peak" day for the average hotel.

I stay here every time I come to wichita. This time as always, everything was as expected. The breakfast was good, the shuttle drivers were prompt and professional, and the hot tub was warm. The renovations were nice, too. The 42 inch plasma tv in the room was a nice touch that was different from last time. Good job yet again, best western.

Helpful, friendly staff. Even the shuttle driver pointed out on the map great places to see in Wichita. Room was great for the price and you can't beat the breakfast choices.

This hotel is TIRED. It needs to be remodeled. Apart from the worn and dated lobby, rooms and game area the BED WAS HORRIBLE! I had a backache for 3 days after my stay at this hotel. My husband was with me and he had soreness in his back for 4 days. The location of this hotel is great for the business that I do in Wichita but I will not be staying there again until they update the hotel and get new beds.

The motel was very clean in the lobby, halls and room. We had enough towels and personal care products and the beds were very comfortable. Our room was stuffy throughout the night and we could not get the air conditioner to stay on. It kept clicking off so only the fan would run. One of our party was very hot and sat with her head over the unit with the fan air blowing on her several hours in the night. The curtains right over the vent system continually blocked the air from coming into the room (maybe putting weights in the bottom of the curtains would keep them from billowing). Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel was very clean and the bedroom was a very nice size. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size for a handicap walker to get in and out of the room.
