Alexander Suites Hotel - تل أبيب

The hotel is situated in North Tel Aviv, a bit of a walking distance from the attractions of the city, but very close to the port. The hotel is extremely expensive, decor tacky, service - average minus, breakfast - average. The really up side of it is the size of the room - it's a suite hotel, so the rooms are spacious and comfortable, although not very aesthetic to the eye (white and red decor).

The rooms and the food are very good . The great advantage of this hotel is that it is Quiet with no noisy organised groups like many large hotels.

I knew nothing about the Alexander when I booked it on Hotels.com so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the hotel and the rooms which are suites. The staff was attentive and stored our excess luggage while we flew off to Eilat. The breakfast was excellent with all the trimmings and eggs made to order. Location was great... close to the beach and close to the Port for dining possibilities. We would definitely return.

Only thing lacking is a pool other than that great

An excellent staff and the comfort conveniences were very good. There is even a pool table on the main floor. Don't miss the rooftop lounge. It is open air and the furniture is comfy. It provided a nice view of the city while we were being catered to by professional staff who knew to give us plenty of space to relax.

The hotel location was perfect for our visit. The Old Port is a great part of Tel Aviv to experience, and it is a short walk to the beach. The hotel, while not over the top deluxe is very comfortable. The staff is excellent and accommodating in all regards. The roof top restaurant has an wonderful view and a great Israeli breakfast. The only downside was the parking garage which is extremely small and hard to navigate through, especially with a van. I recommend the Alexander Suites and would stay there again.

The hotel is located near the beach, yet it's quiet, walking distance to Dizengoff and all bus lines, near the port of Tel Aviv. Friendly staff, nice and comfortable suites. Only a bit pricey.

Room is great. Everything is new, clean, modern. Realy felt at home. restaurant is good. Ask for a sea view at the check in if possible. .

Very nice hotel close to the beach. Friendly staff. Having breakfast outside on the top-floor is just spectacular. The room was excellent and spacious for the three of us. I can only recommend that hotel.

We stayed in this hotel three nights last week and had a wonderful experience! We showed up at about 11:00 am and they already had a room ready for us. It was the weekend of Yom Kippur so a lot of things were closed for part of the time we were there but the hoitel took very good care of us. By the time we came back from our tour Friday afternoon they had already put a box breakfast in our refrigerator for the next day. The only thing that that was kind of disappointing was that we were expecting it to beach front and it is not. It is about a half block from the beach and from our window we could only see a tiny sliver of water between two buildings. Overall though it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.,

I went to Israel for a conference in Herzliya and decided to stay in Tel-Aviv rather than pay top dollar for a not-so-great hotel in Herzliya. I was very happy with my decision. Taxis were only 70 Shekels each way. I chose the Alexander Hotel because it was close to the beach. The pictures on the website made it look nice so I thought I'd give it a shot. I had to wait quite a bit for my room to be ready, as I arrived early in the morning. It wasn't an issue since they have a beautiful outdoor lounge/restaurant/bar on the top floor. When my room was finally ready, I realized they had given me a smoking room which was kind of stinky. They changed my room without a problem. I would recommend staying in the "newer" part of the building, with the more recently renovated rooms. All in all I enjoyed my stay. There was an amazing breakfast buffet every morning and the hotel is a stone's throw from the beach. There is a 24 hour AM/PM grocery shop two blocks away and an assortment of restaurants nearby on the boardwalk. I ordered room service a few times and it was ok. Don't order the pizza if you are in the mood for a NY style pizza. I got some red sauce on a tortilla with cheese that was not mozz. The staff was really nice, from the desk clerk to the bartender. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

This a 4 plus star hotel. Detailed and friendly. Great food and service. Exceptional front desk staff. Location has to be one of the best in the city. The beach at the hotel was fantastic one local told us our beach is the best in Tel Aviv. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Rooms had picturesque views. Easy to get to and get around from. Fitness and business centers very good. Rooms come with a DVD player, cable channels nice touch and wonderful breakfast buffet was included. Our family could not have been more pleased... hotel, staff, food and amenities exceeded expectations. Wonderful boutique hotel.

Hotel was fine- good location. Bathrooms could do with renovation. Breakfast buffet and breakfast room very good.

Very nice room and really comfortable bed. Adequate but underwhelming customer service. Sufficient gym, but insufficient opening hours. Despite advertising that they have "tea and coffee facilities" in the room, we were asked to pay a ridiculous amount for milk when we asked for it. Also the view was only on craning the neck around the corner of the balcony. Nice stationary provided.

We loved the hotel. It is small and personal. Beautiful suite. Great breakfast on terrace. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. It has its quirks - the room furniture feels a bit low, and the breakfast is plentiful but not the best - but it's a charming spot just steps away from the Harbour with great shopping, beaches, and restaurants. Plus it's easy - if you have the time - to walk all the way down to Jaffo along the beautiful promenade. It's not the most amazing hotel ever and I wouldn't want to inflate expectations, but everything from the location to the comfortable bed and good shower worked out well, and it added up to a great time.

grundsätzlich ist das Hotel in Ordnung ... die gute Lage zum Strand und ggfls. Restaurants. Das Frühstück, der Service war durchschnittlich.

très bien, près de la plage avec micro-ondes et évier, seul point faible, la ventilation de la salle de bains était en panne.

Dejligt at kunne sidde i andet end sengen i soveværelset. Vi brugte ikke alle mulighederne på dette sted, men man kunne godt have haft et liv " lidt væk fra restauranter". Masser af muligheder for indkøb nær ved - og større marked længere væk - ogg et basalt udstyret "køkken".

Ligging van hotel bij oude haven en op loopafstand van strand is geweldig. Openbaar vervoer om de hoek. Het dakterras, waar een geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt wordt geserveerd in buffetvorm, met uitzicht op de stad en zee, is een echte aanrader. De oude haven waar mooie restaurants en winkels zijn is heel dicht bij het hotel. De kamers zijn licht en ruim en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt waarbij de bedden ook dagelijks verschoond worden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar in het restaurant is het personeel niet goed opgeleid. Iedereen doet maar wat en lijkt enigszins ongeorganiseerd. Voor ons was het een fijn verblijf en we komen zeker terug!

Ligger enkelt i forhold til strand. Store rom og velfungerende air condition. Suiter er store rom, men ingen spesiell følelse av luksus.

Tout était très bien et conforme à nos attentes sauf le petit déjeuner, assez léger et peut conforme à nos goûts européens. Rajouter une odeur d'aspirateur très forte dans le couloir des chambres et cela laisse une impression moyenne. C'est dommage.

Very nice room, a little dark but really cool furnished. One of the best breakfast we ever had. It is a really good choice but a swimming pool is missing.... Hotel is close to beach and harbour.

the hotel is okay it is located close to the beach and the port with many restaurants. The room are rather old and the cleanliness of the bathroom was a disaster, it was rusty and dirty.
