Hyatt Regency Long Island at Wind Watch Golf Club - هوبوج

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Love the bar/restaurant next to the lobby. My only complaint is that we were staying on the 8th floor, and the ice machine is on the 5th floor. This struck us as very inconvenient and wondering why a hotel that pays so much attention to customer satisfaction would make a guest get on an elevator with an ice bucket. Other than that, would stay again for sure.

We had a comfortable room; we used the indoor pool and Jacuzzi; the facility, including the exercise room, was clean, quiet and inviting. we enjoyed the breakfast everyday; it had ample varieties. Over all the service was good. We will stay there again.

Terrible customer service, elevator was out of service, could not order a movie in the room this service was also unavailable and seven days after my stay the hotel charged my credit card which was given for incidentals full price for the room a which had already been prepaid by hotels.com. Of course I called and complained and they credit my card but still if I hadn't checked my statement they would've gotten away with it

Everything was fine. The only problem was that the matress protector kept bunching up.

We often go to this hotel for weekend get-a-ways with the kids. The hotel and staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. The room are clean the hotel restaurant has a great buffet breakfast and lunch menu. It also has an indoor pool as well as outdoor pool, basketball and volleyball. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful and since I was there for a professional convention the spread of snack during the breaks was phenomenal. However, the hotel restaurant was horrid- the food was fine but the service left much to be desired. Simple meals like soup and salads took over 45 min to arrive and arrived cold! Often the waitstaff was no where to be found. After two attempts at eating there I opted to travel 10 min into town for food because it was much quicker.

this hotel is more of a home for events like wedding or parties than it is a getaway. but the semi-remote location gives it the feel of a getaway. hotel is very well kept. nice staff. TVs in rooms need to be updated. their provided internet service is very suspect tho

My sole criteria for booking a room were that it had a hot tub and offered smoking rooms. When i booked this room i checked the box for smoking and confirmed etc. Wen I got to the Hyatt they originally put me in a non smoking then charged me an additional 20/night for the smoking. The hot tub was stuck at 99*.. lukewarm bath status. The food was WAY overpriced, we went out to dinner. Obvious renovations/repairs neeeded in pool room and the face of our sink had grime all over it. not sothrilled

Check in was a breeze front desk was nice and friendly, or rim was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included with our package but service in the restaurant was horrible. We were told breakfast ended at 11 even though the sign stated it ended at 12 so they can accommodate a group staying in the hotel. After they told us we could order off a menu instead of a buffet it took nearly an hour to get a bagel with cream cheese and a waffle. The manager of the restaurant was oblivious to anything going on around her. I would not return ,this hotel did not operate like a 4star hotel.

Great experience to go on a solo trip room service, movies, peaceful setting!!

They offered refrigerator but never told they will charge additional for it. Great Staff specially Jennifer and Bob, Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was quiet as it was not golf season and we only stayed for a night as we had business out there. The shower was awesome!! We would definitly stay again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and have no complaints. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.

We have been staying at the Hyatt hotels since 1989.We are a true fan of this hotel chain. Sharon and Kevin..

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT HERE. UPDATED, SPOTLESS, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT BREAKFAST IN A LARGE OPEN AREA. NO COMPLAINTS HERE!

Stayed here before, very nice. Our last stay was disappointing because the room smelled upon entering it, didnt know if it was cig smoke or what (was a non-smoking room) you could see the naked mattress of the bed on the bottom, like a whole 5 inches, looked pretty neglected, why there wasn't anything covering it was anybodies guess. Room service was really long, waited over an hour for coffee in the morning, and they didn't bring cream. Just not an overall great experience.

The good: LOVE THE RESTAURANT!! The food is very delectable and very accurate temperature of meat. Rivals some of the top restaurants in the city--and I've been to many. So compliments to the chef...Unless there's a convention or wedding, there are not many guests dining there--it is quite expensive but worth it. This alone will make me want to come back to the hotel. Bartender seems to have a heavy hand with the lemon/lime with drinks, but they were still delicious nonetheless. The hotel is not too far from the shopping mall, which was also a plus--there are many clothing stores, lower priced restaurants and fast food joints, nail spas, etc. so you could do a little shopping if you wanted to. The air is fresh out there and there was a great view of the trees. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub for the simple fact that the air was at room temperature and not cold, and the hot tub didn't have an overwhelming amount of chlorine in it. Finally the force of the shower was so relaxing although it didn't look like the picture they posted--I really enjoyed taking showers there. Overall it's pretty peaceful and quiet unless large companies check in (i.e. wedding parties and conventions), who can be quite loud and can change the dynamic of the hotel. It can be quite annoying for other guests. However, I'm not sure how the hotel staff could mitigate the situation if everyone in the group is having a good time. The good: Presentation of room was okay, although not top of the line, it's comfortable enough when resting at night. The beds are comfortable, but housekeeping do not change bedding unless it's requested. They also don't make beds in the morning--they do this in the afternoon at around 1pm--I guess they wanted to wait until we left the room? I found it to be a bit weird....but it was changed. Towels were also replenished at this time as well. But they give you plenty towels to begin with that you may not notice unless you have at least 2 people in the room. Also not eve

I think the hotel has lost some of its shine. The windows were dirty, the room had a terrible view. The lobby and dining areas were fine.

The overall stay was excellent. There were some minor defects in the room if you go over the room with a fine toothcomb. But overall great value for the price paid for the room, I would defiantly recommend.

The hotel is nice. However, for the price of the room I was disappointed that I had to pay for an internet connection. The TV and remote were in bad condition. I was also disappointed that a confidential breakfast was not offered.

This Hotel should be rated a two and a half star at most. This location is in desperate need of renovation starting with there T.V 's. There furniture look clean yet very warn. The lobby is beautiful, but when you go up to other floors its totally different. Please give them proper ratings, and by the way there business center is a total rip off center.

Booked this hotel for a wedding. Room we requested wasn't available until we spoke to managers. Hotel pool towels were very stained. Dishes still had food crusted to them. Hotel ceilings and windows began to leak when it began to rain. Buckets were placed throughout hotel to catch rain as it peeled off paint from walls and ceilings. Rain was also coming through the light fixtures. On a positive side we enjoyed a very nice BBQ and breakfast. Bar in the evening was enjoyable. (prior to the rain)

Hotel needs upgrading. Also, items, such as ice bucket liners were missing. it did not seem to live up to its 3-1/2 star rating.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt the weekend of our wedding reception and we couldn't have been more pleased. Friendly, helpful service, beautiful facility, good food, cold beer, comfy beds! Great place to have an after-party, the lounge and bar are open until 2 a.m. on the weekends.

No free wi-fi, no fridge in the room and i am used to getting continental breakfast. This hotel didn't do anything wrong but without the above listed items I felt it was overpriced for the room ammentities provided.

Clean, comfortable, convenient.

the photos are amazing. they had a really good photographer. the hotel is standard, nothing special. the photos dont do justice. the indoor pool as a chlorine tank. the outdoor pool was run down. the price was right. enough said.

Cleanliness remains to be desired - mold on ceiling close to the air intake in room 820. Bathtub was half full when we got in due to leaking faucet and drain stopper was on. Vent outlets were all full of dust. Bathroom toilet took a long time to refill in the morning - wait a long time for second flush. Room service was great -But Not returning any time soon.

Nicest hotel we've ever been to in Long Island. Rooms were very clean and well-decorated, nice touch of complimentary drinks in lobby upon arrival, well- landscaped grounds around pool with great snack bar, and friendly staff.

Highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travelers. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The hotel facilities and rooms were modern, clean and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable. I ate in two of the restaurants and the food was very good. Excellent value for the money.

Clean, friendly and great staff. Took care of me and even provided a shuttle to and from St. James.

I stayed at the Hyatt for a business seminar I was attending and found it to be very nice and above average in it's offerings. Having a golf course on the grounds proved to be extremely convenient.

A/C worked great!! Just the way I needed it. THE MOST COMFORTABLE MATTRESS!!! I actually got some good sleep.
