The hotel and its grounds were taken care of daily, pools and activities were entertaining. One negative is that you have to pay for wifi, besides that the stay was amazing and definitely a place I wanna come back to.

On our vacation, we saw that the service was great, very clean, great food, and really enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel should consider updating interior of rooms. Make them feel new and fresh. Mildew smell and old tv and furniture. Food is HORRIBLE.....! I don't think management or owners eat at all the restaurants. Very very dissapointed in food. Price to add a person to our party was ridiculous and even more ridiculous after we tried the food.

hotel is a little outdated, but is gradually being renovated. Right on the beach, decent food. The design of the hotel does allow sound to travel throughout and echo on all levels (rooms are around the outside of an open space from floor to ceiling). the Residences is their sister property and is definitely a step up in all areas and a real place to treat yourself - I stayed there after a few days at this hotel(luxury defined!). Good area - can spend your time at the resort or take in some excursions or if adventurous, take the city buses into Puerto Vallarta for a day

Whoever calls this place a 4 star must think the Best Western is on par with the Four Seasons! Stupendously bad food (the steak and lobster was really hamburger and lobster for $30 more). You go to the lobby -- Timeshare piranhas swarm ya, go for breakfast -- timeshare zombies, go to the beach timeshare thumpers from OTHER hotels. We moved to the Hard Rock the next day. The evening entertainment at this hotel was awesome though

Very nice, comfortable, satisfied.

Sadly my experience was really bad. We were expecting more than we found. The hotel was crowdly and perhaps just perhaps the service was pretty bad, especially within the receptionists. There was always a line to make for having food. We enhance our stay 1 day and a guy from reception wanted us to move to another room! Imagine in the middle of our stay to make our baggage and unpack again! Well at the end we fight and we keep the room!

Very good service, great staff. Front desk staff could have been friendlier at check in. Grounds were spotless and cleaned every night. We would go back again for sure. Very happy with food, drinks. best of the restaurants was La Pergola.

Waited in line to check in for 1 hour then told to come back in 1 hour as room not available. Came back in 1-1/2 hours and waited for 30 minutes and got keys only to find a person sleeping on the bed who said he was not scheduled to check out for a couple of days. Had to wait another hour for an available room . Customer Service totally didn't care that it had taken 4 hours to check in. Definately these staff need training. No hotel staff available to get bags up to 2nd floor and no elevator. If you need an elevator, choose the centrally located rooms. Towels were not available one day and only noticed this after taking a shower. The front desk's response was "well why didn't you check to make sure you had towels". Not quite the response you expect. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom small, similar to motel type of bath/shower combination. Room always very clean. Within the first hour of being in the hotel, we booked the restaurants and could only be scheduled for 2 restaurants for our 4 day stay. On one of the nights we were scheduled into a retaurant that wasn't open that night so needless to say we only experienced the Italian restaurant. Food included shrimp, seafood and steak but when dining in the restaurants, the menu did not state that heavy sauces/sweet & sour dressings were going to smother the food. This spoilt the food totally and most of our food remained untouched. Best food - the pizza at the snack bar for lunch and breakfasts. The beach and pools were clean. There were lots of activities but a few of the younger women were complaining about the water aerobics as a licence for the young Mexican instructors to "touch" the young women. Consequently they declined this program. Hotel needs to correct this. Tennis courts hardly used so could always get on.

The rooms were tacky, with kind of old fashion furniture. The room service is charged even though its supposedly all inclusive. The drinks were made with cheap alcohol. But the staff was friendly and it was a nice overall if you get a very good rate. Do not expect 4 star anything from food to drinks etc. It should be listed as 3 stars not 4 or 3 and 1/2.

The hotel is very nice and have all the facilities you'd like to have on an all inclusive beach resort. What it really made a difference for me and my family was the superb attention we received from all personnel before and during our stay. The day we came in, it was my wife's birthday, and they had ready all I asked for her, and they were always attentive to how things were about it. Congratulation to all personnel. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was kind of crowded the first two days, and with people not that nice. Pools were really dirty, good thing we love the beach.

One of the best deals I ever got on a hotel. The all-inclusive was great. Overall the food was comparable to good cruise food, but for the price it was above expectations. The resort had a good size stretch of beach and several well maintained pools including an adult only pool. I loved the many palapas and lounge chairs right on the beach. They give great shade considering I burn pretty easily. The service was excellent, probably the best part of the trip. My only warning would be the timeshare pitch when you first arrive. They offer you resort credit and other extras if you agree to listen to a 2 hour timeshare hard sell. Me and my wife agreed and we got a free spa day and a bottle of tequila, which overall I think was worth it (we did not buy the timeshare). Just make sure to be persistent about saying no to the timeshare purchase unless of course that's something you want. I would recommend negotiating the 'bribes' and extras they give you to hear the timeshare pitch and make sure you get exactly what you want, they will give you almost anything to agree to hear it.

todo perfecto únicamente el internet es caro y cobran por prestar la llave de la caja de seguridad pero el hotel me pareció bien y el personal es muy atento

Dado que el precio del hotel no fue el mas caro del area creo que pase una estadia muy buena, La verdad el hotel se ve que es un edificio un poco viejo y creo que las habitaciones podrian llegar a ser un poco mas lujosas. Sin embargo las areas son muy comodas, no se siente uno encerrado, las canchas de tennis muy buenas, las albercas muy bien, la Comida muy bien,,, las bebidas en Resort, podria ser mejor, y que no te oculten las bebidas de mejor calidad. y en los restaurantes que los meseros se fijen mas en las necesidades de los comensales queya estan utilizando una mesa. Por lo demas el area esta muy bien dentro de Nuevo Vallarta.

Muy buen servicio, excelente para vacacionar

En general muy bien todo, la parte que no me agrado fue el colchon, falta remodelarlos,

No conocía el hotel y lo que me llamó la atención fue que las albercas están climatizadas y al ir en temporada de invierno fue un plus (nada peor que viajar al mar y no entrar a la alberca por estar el agua fría!). Su lobby es muy bonito, el registro fue muy rápido y pronto estábamos disfrutando del mar y de la alberca. Las personas que están en el equipo de animación son muy amables y tratan de hacer tu estancia divertida. Me llamó la atención que el hotel es bastante grande, tiene alberca para adultos, club para niños, alberca infantil, zona tranquila y alberca de juegos!!. En opciones para comer, está bastante variado. Como recomendación en cuanto se registren hagan las reservaciones en los restaurantes de especialidades, nosotros sólo visitamos 2 pues los otros días ya estaban llenos... pero los que visitamos fueron deliciosos, un servicio excelente y un ambiente agradable!! (las reservaciones las puedes hacer en un horario de 8 a 5 pm). La playa está increíble, con tonos dorados, muy tranquila. El tour a ver a las ballenas es altamente recomendable! el barco está excelente para viajar con niños pequeños. Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel.

Para vacaciones en familia es excelente ya que el hotel esta acondicionado para actividades para todos incluyendo los pequeños, el servicio inmejorable, todos muy amables, la comida estándar a los todos incluidos, las cenas con reserva excelentes, las bebidas muy buena variedad. Alqltamente recomendable

estubo todo bien solo dos detalles. el primero : las bebidas mezcladas para ninos y refrescos no tienen buen sabor. y segundo la mas importante de todo. se requiere de reservacion para los restaurantes a la carta en cenas. y no hubo disponibilidad. no los conocimos. habia 4 y solo asistimos a uno. y eso que fui hacer las reservaciones en cuanto llegamos porque no se puede antes de check in. pero ya no habia nada.

esta bien, no hay quejas de nada 100% lo recomiendo, solo que deberia de actualizar las TV, y los baños, y muy rica la comida.

Los comentarios proporcionados por otros vacacionistas fueron acertados, salvo los que exageraron que era un excelente hotel, lo cual podemos decir que es un hotel bueno, sin mayor connotación. CONDICIONES DEL HOTEL. Es un hotel ya viejo, tiene buen mantenimiento aunque si buscan una habitación lujosa no la van a encontrar, las fotos que presentan parecieran que son más lujosas, pero en realidad ya están viejas aunque bien cuidadas. Esto lo pueden notar en el baño, cuya mueblería está pasada de moda respecto de hoteles de mayor categoría. SERVICIOS. Es un hotel para que lleven a sus hijos, por lo que yo no recomendaría el mismo si van en pareja o con amigos, hay muchos niños y por tanto se ve muy desordenado todo. CHECK IN y CHECK OUT. Cuando entran tienen un sistema en donde los pasan con una chica que se dedica a la venta de tiempos compartidos. La forma de eliminar este aspecto es que le digan al individuo de la recepción que les coloquen sus bandas porque no van a comprar nada y con eso se libran este asunto. Gracias al vacacionista que lo señaló, yo me libré de esto. Son desordenados a la hora de la salida, no atienden bien, así que yo no les doy un buen puntaje. ALIMENTACIÓN. Creo que lo que vale la pena de este hotel son los alimentos, muy variados y ricos, por lo que en este aspecto tendrían el mayor puntaje.

despues de abandonar la habitacion, no puedes permanecer en el hotel a menos de que me hagan un cargo extra, yo en lo personal he estado en otro hoteles y permiten el servicio hasta abandonar el hotel ya que en ocasiones es necesario esperar un par de horas por la salida del avión o transporte mal!!! en esa parte tuve que pagar por estar un par de horas mas para esperar la salida de mi avion

Excelente astención, en alimentos y bebidas en fin un estadía muy confortable

Es muy bonito y sobre todo su apariencia por fuera, me espere un poco mas bonitos los cuartos y cuando entramos notamos que estan antiguios y viejones, el servicio en recepcion no fue bueno, atiendes como de a fuerzas y sin ganas, deberian mejorar su actitud

SE SUPONE QUE ESTE HOTEL ES TODO INCLUIDO PERO AL PEDIR LA CLAVE PARA INGRESAR A INTERNET Y PEDIR LOS CADADOS PARA LA CAJA FUERTE DEL CUARTO ESTOS SI TIENEN UN CARGO A PARTE, SE ME HACE INCONGRUENTE QUE SI ESTAN MENCIONANDO QUE EL HOTEL ES TODO INCLUIDO SE TE HAGAN CARGOS ADICIONALES,LA PARTE POSITIVA ES QUE LA COMIDA ESTA MUY BUENA Y EL AGUA DE LAS ALBERCAS ESTA TIBIA. LE DOU UN 8 EN GENERAL SALUDOS.

Reservé en este hotel porque me lo habían recomendado. Fué muy ruidoso por las actividades de la alberca y los gritos de la gente y el micrófono, por lo cual no descansamos, no funcionó la secadora de cabello, el aire acondicionado demasiado ruidoso, el teléfono no funcionó, la habitación no hicieron el aseo el Domingo, así que muy desagradable con las camas. El Domingo tratamos de meternos al jacuzzi de la alberca tranquila, tampoco estaba funcionando. Realmente para el precio que pagamos versus lo que recibimos, completamente insatisfechos y desilusionados!!

el hotel en general esta bien exelente el trato de mi tocaya en recepcion, cecilia reynoso, grosero el mesero del snak junto a la playa francisco,el menudo se termino a las 10 am, las albercas padres, la playa exelente el restorante de comida internacionel exelente, eso fue lo mejor y el italiano, pero para mis proximas vacaciones tratare groseramente a las personas q nos ofrecen el tiempo compartido, una perdida de tiempo de 4 horas y groserisimos porq no compramos.

si estas en un hotel todo incluido como es posible que te esten cobrando el servicio de servi bar

Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel, buena variedad en alimentos, amabilidad en los empleados, pulcritud en sus instalaciones. De verdad la pasas de lujo !!

En general todo estuvo perfecto aunque no se alcanza de tiempo para todo ya que también lo que quiere uno es descansar pero los felicito y quede muy contento de todo espero volver pronto muchas gracias a todo el personal que labora en el hotel.

Muy buena experiencia, desde la reservación hasta la estancia, instalaciones y servicio. Volveré a reservar con hoteles.com y volvería a llegar al marival, ya lo hemos hecho en diferentes ocasiones.

Esperaba una mejor habitación, estan demasiado humedas, los muebles son viejos, por el mal holor no se puede conciliar el sueño. Los snack están pobres de comida. En cuanto a la comida del restaurant principal y las instalaciones de alberca y playa son buenas. Desconozco si todas las habitaciones tienen las mismas condiones, pero defintivamente no regresaría.

la comida es buena, aunque todos los dias habia lo mismo para desayunar; le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel, los cuartos ya son viejos, no malos pero le falta detalles, el servicio de la recepción pesima, mucha gente llegando en camiones, muy incomodo que uno que va solo no te atiendan antes de los que vienen en bola.

El hotel me gusta mucho, sus instalaciones están muy completas, albercas amplias, servicio de bar, alberca para niños en gral todo muy bien. El equipo de animación es EXCELENTE, solo que las habitaciones ya son un poco obsoletas.

Muy complacidos del hotel, lo único malo fue que estaban en su máxima capacidad y los restaurantes estaban muy llenos por lo cual nos fue difícil conseguir mesa para comer todos los días de nuestra estancia. La comida no es la mejor pero las instalaciones están muy agradables. En general estuvimos contentos.

Me complacio enormemente, buenos espacios, comida rica y muy variada, areas especiales para los niños
