Excellent service for staff. Everyone made us welcome and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place to stay. Pet friendly.

My wife and I were traveling from Colorado to Texas and this hotel was a great place for us to stop and rest. We were overwhelmed about how nice the room was and really had a pleasant stay. They were working on the parking lot right out side but it did not affect our sleep at all because the rooms were very sound proved and they did not start that early. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best that I have had at a hotel ever. If you are deciding on where to stay, stay here you will not be disappointed.

Very friendly service as one might expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was great as well. Book early, we booked same day at 5:00 pm and they had only one room left open.

Great stop on my way to Colorado Springs to visit my 85 year old Auntie. My daughter and I arrived late (1 AM) to check in and the front desk attendant was delightful. Lobby bathroom has to be the cleanest and best designed Lobby bathroom I have ever seen! Room was renovated and the bed was so comfortable - I hated to get up so early to hit the road again. Breakfast was also really good and hot! Will definitely stay here next time we are passing through - Thanks so much! Steffanie

My second stay here. I really like this place and will stay again.

My husband, a cousin, and I stayed in Clayton because our cousin died and we were going to his funeral, It was nice to come back the second night, after the funeral and relax. There was very little noise, the breakfasts were very good, and the convenience of the motel for food for the other meals made it a good place to stay. Thank you for your care.

The people who work there were very friendly. The room was clean. The BF was more than what I expected. I worried about the noise from train, but it was not bad at all. I will stay at this hotel, when I come back to Clayton.

As others have stated, the Hotel is a great surprise. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast outstanding! Will definitely return.

We stayed here on our move from Texas to Colorado. After being on the road for 14 hours, staying here was a treat. We were pleasently surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of this place. The staff was friendly. The hot breakfast was decent. Good scrambled eggs. I would definately reccomend staying here.

We found the Kokopelli Lodge to be an absolute pleasure in which to stay while on the road. The staff is very friendly and made our stay delightful. Well-kept, clean, attractive, and a great breakfast! Will definitely stay there again when the need arises.

Great motel. Lots of thought went into the grounds. They have a play yard, pool and dog park.

The hotel & full breakfast were very nice. Our bathroom had an amazing tub with jets - wonderful after a long day driving! Would stay there again

I can't recommend the Kokopelli enough. Clean & comfortable rooms, friendly service, and a nice breakfast to get us started the next morning. We've had bad luck in finding decent accommodations in this section of the country. So, when we're traveling from eastern Oklahoma to the West, we plan our route to go through Clayton, NM.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, nice and comfy. I really enjoyed the deep jetted tub. The water was always hot and never lost pressure. The linens were of good quality and overall was a pleasant suprise. The air conditioner worked really well. I am happy, happy, happy about staying in this hotel

The hotel is an old business that as been upgraded very nicely. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. They took request for breakfast items. The gift shop had nice items in it and were reasonably priced.

Much more than we expected...the best hot breakfast we have had in a chain hotel. Very nice device.

Excellent Hotel. Beyond expectations for a town this size. We, also, had a slight issue with the lock on the door. But this was minor. Exceeded all the hotels we stayed in on a very long road trip. Staff was friendly, and accommodating to all our needs. Not many hotels to choose from in Clayton, NM. But it doesn't matter, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Unfortunately, we arrived late, left early and could not properly browse in the unique gift shop. This property greatly exceeds what one would expect in a town of this size. Clean, well stocked room, friendly, effecient staff. We give it a 4-plus rating.

This place is amazing! We have stayed there twice and I cannot imagine finding a better spot within many, many miles. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Five stars!

Had some issue with the lock to my room but otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast could have had some dairy options like yogurt or cheese but was otherwise excellant.
