Great hotel for your business trip, friendly staff, room service, good location and a great price for the quality of the room and hotel.

Plenty of parking and ease of access on outskirts of Bradford. Good size room, clean and with good facilities. Very reasonable cost. Did not partake of any food so cannot comment on this. Would stay again.

A very bog standard cheap hotel (the Ritz it aint) but that said rooms were large and beds comfortable (but suspect Colour scheme) individual heating / air con, lashings of hot water, free wifi and Sky TV. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful so well worth the money.

This is the third time I have stayed here in the past few months and the quality of room and bar area are the best of any budget hotel I have stayed at. This hotel will always be my no one choice when visiting the Leeds / Bradford area on business.

It´s a very good deal for a travelling business person!

It was more than adequate for the rate. Lovely hotel in a great location for my business meeting. The only problem would be that the room smelled of smoke.

Over all very good,duty barman/waiter very good polite and helpful. Breakfast waitress very polite and helpful,nothing too much trouble for her, My only observation is that vacum cleaning the reception area should not be done at 18.30/19.00 in the evening when guests are at dinner,this could be done early morning and late at night.

Out of town location but otherwise recommend for clean budget accomodation.

After reading one or two of the negative reviews I was very pleased to find a clean hotel with extremely polite staff and good food. It is quiet despite being less than a minute from a motorway exit (which actually makes it really easy to find!) I will stay again if in the area

Hotel doesn’t look much on the outside but very welcoming inside. The staff were all very nice. Room was nice, spacious, clean, tea and coffee facilities. I stayed there on a business trip and would defiantly recommend it, excellent value for money.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times over the years on Business. They have refurb end it in recent years which has has a positive impact, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only niggle I have is the lack of a glass in the bathroom. I think the wall dispenser for soap/body wash/ shampoo is a great idea, there is enough waste in the world. Ok, it's on an industrial park but really only a short drive away from anywhere so not stuck if you wanted to venture out. The staff are wonderful, as they always are actually! couldn't do enough for us. All in all a great and convenient place to stay.

Awfull stay never ever stay there again

Very impressed with this no-frills hotel: clean, largeish room, friendly and efficient service from all staff along with a wonderful breakfast (at small extra cost). If this hotel is typical, will certainly use Campanile again.

Booked and Paid for the room quite late as I needed to go to a customer site. The cost was cheap and cheerful so I wasnt expecting much. The hotel is on an industrial estate and from the outside doesn't look very pleasant. Inside it was Ok but by no means any more than a 3 star. The food in the restaurant however was great. I had evening dinner and breakfast and they were brilliant and again, cheap. Overall, for the money I didnt expect any better but I was surprised at the quality of food and the staff were friendly.

Off the beaten track and not easy to find at night. In the middle of a trading estate (not retail). Comfortable but unfortunately due to its construction it can be very noisy - loudly banging doors, water pipe resonation etc. Nevertheless very good value for money.

Strange Place to have a Hotel but generally speaking a great stay but my only complaint is the unlimited WiFi which is unusable between 6-11pm and that includes the machine in the lobby. Why hotels use spectrum I will never know as the company provides rubbish wifi access

This is a strange looking hotel on a rather bleak industrial estate. It looks like it will be functional but uncomfortable. However, the staff are extremely pleasant, the inside is quite bright in places, and the rooms themselves are comfortable and well equipped. Even breakfast is above average and worth paying for. This is not suitable for a romantic break, but it worked well for us as we broke our journey from A to B.

Stay was very comfortable with hotel conveniently placed to our needs. Hotel was good value for money as a family we hired 3 rooms.rooms were spacy and clean.

Location and oustide appearance did not create an initial favourable impression but hotel staff were excellent and room was more than adequate. Liked the toilet being separated from the bath/shower room although it would have been better with it's own washbasin. Road on one side of hotel nosiy. Would defintely use the hotel again.

Very happy with the hotel except for the heating in the room. We stayed in August and it was cold in the room when we went back after our meal.When we put the heating on it got colder not warmer, I would hate to be there in the winter which is a pity because everything else was very good. I hope this problem is resolved as I would like to use this hotel again

Nice hotel, nice rooms, good food. The hotel, from the outside, might not look so inviting. However, once you are inside its really nice. A decent hotel, not the best, not the worst. But decent.

The hotel reception and kitchen, and the staff, are excellent. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, but I'm afraid the heating just isn't up to the job of keeping them warm enough! When you have to get into bed in order to not feel cold then something's not right :-(

I stayed here for business as i had a meeting in south Leeds. The hotel was very close to the motorway, and easliy accessable, with plenty of parking. From the outside it doesn't look much, however the inside was very nice indeed. The room was good quality, however the only problem i had was the smell of smoke in the toilet coming from the room next door. The staff were very friendly and the evening meal and breakfast buffets were very nice.

Restaurant is good, staff are excellent and the hotel gives an hair of professionalism. Only downside is the woeful heaters in the rooms - they're way to complicated to work, and not up to the job of warming up the rooms when it's cold! Go in summer, AVOID in winter!

The hotel is clean and functional and had surprisingly good food for a hotel in this price range. The cooked breakfast is definitely worth the extra if you have a good appetite. We were on the third floor and the hotel was very busy so queuing for the one small lift would be my only criticism. First impressions of a hotel on an industrial estate can be strange but the benefit is it is beautifully quiet at weekends.

Considering the price of the room, the stay was very good value for a business stopover. Staff were very polite and service was very good - better than I have experienced at more prestigious hotels.

Stayed again at this hotel: the decor, the dining area, the staff, all are fine, but the rooms are just TOO cold in winter! I complained that the heater in my room wasn't working, was moved to another room but this one was still not really that comfortable for sitting in for long. I ended up in bed to stay warm! A shame as this is an otherwise excellent hotel.

They say you get what you pay for and this is the case with this hotel (cheap deal). On the positive side the room was clean and adequate and the hotel staff really friendly and professional. On the negative side the hotel is next to the motorway and on an industrial site. I would suggest to anybody that they take a pair of ear plugs if they want a good night's sleep as the noise of the lorries coming and going was quite intrusive. I stayed on a very cold night (-6c) so had to have the (noisy) heater on all night to keep warm. The restaurant was also very cold and I'm normally one to turn the heating down because I'm too hot! However, the waitress provided me with a small fan heater to warm me up which was appreciated. Overall I would recommend the hotel but only if you get it cheap!

Excellent. Location good as well. Went to the world famous Aakash for a meal that evening which is just 5 minutes drive away. Very clean room. Excellent value. Very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. Would definitely go again when in the area

Recently we have visited the hotel and as we entered the hotel thareception and restaurant were eye catching...as v approached our room i was slightly unhappy as the room was xtremely boring and bland layout...due to getting to the hotel late evening we were unsure about the comfort of our room but as it gt late in the night the room was ice cold, my partner checked the windows and although they wete closed wind was coming in and the AC ws making distrbin noise andnot giving much heat at all and this tym of year with the icy winter its inbearable to be in a room with lack of heating. We spoke2 receptionist and there was nothing they could do which i was xtremely angry about.

Convenient but dull location - but I knew that. Just wanted somewhere near the motorway. All fine apart from being chased for an unpaid phone that was frpom the previous room occupant. All ended well.

I found that the hotel was very poor at getting maintence done where there was a lot of lights out, and the air conditioning unit did not provide correct levels of heating for the room and found it quiet cold at times, plus there is no heating for the toilet / lobby area. otherwise the food was ok. with views upon standards of other hotels within the Campanile group this hotel lacks comfort to the customer.

The hotel was very pleasing on the eye as we drove up so I had high expectations. Receptionist was lovely, polite and helpful. Nice and clean everwhere. Noisy lift to 2nd floor room. Nice spacious room although funny smell upon entering the room. I liked the fact bathroom and toilet seperate. Very noisy fan in loo, I was unable to flush chain through the night as feared waking my young son up. Bed was very comfy. Good clean bedding. We stayed in the restaurant for our evening meal. The waitress got our order wrong, she couldn't understand us and vica versa, When the meal eventually came (after waiting 45 mins and there was NO-One else in the restaurant), My burger wasn't cooked properly so i cut the uncooked bits out!! My friend also did the same. The meal I would not recommend to anyone. It was also dissappointing as there was no childs menu. Some chap(not sure who he was) said they would cook smaller portions of some of the choices but to be honest, there wasn't much choice to appeal to children. Breakfast, however, was a different ketle of fish. There was lots of choice, and the croissants were freshly cooked and beautiful. Plenty to eat for kids. In all, the hotel wasn't bad, I've certainly been in a lot worse. It was brilliantly located for where i was visiting in Bradford.. There was a lady who came and sat by us in the restaurant in the evening. I can only guess that she was a mystery shopper or she worked for your hotel chain and was spying on people to gain their opinions. You should tell her to be less conspicuous, she seemed a nice lady though.

The hotel is clean, functional nicely decorated; it's a real hotel (not like a Travelodge). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I'm happy staying here whenever I'm working in the area. My only niggle is the heating in the rooms: they use fan heaters on the walls, which in the winter when the room has been empty all day struggles to truly warm up the room during the evening :-(

Excellent value for money. Spacious, light, airy rooms. Lots of hanging space. Very clean. Close to motorways so easy for travelling - plenty of parking. WIll use again and definitely recommend. Restaurant staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.
