My boyfriend and I booked this hotel because the website said free parking and airport shuttle. The free parking is true, but, you have to pay an extra $170 if you want to keep your car there. We said forget and just drove into Logan Airport. The hotel needs to be updated with the room decor,especially the green carpets and the random rust spots in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel, kind of out of the way, but not hard to get to. The food was very good in the hotel, the included breakfast made to order from 4 choices that had ample very yummy food. David and Kimberly at the front desk are wonderful and can help you find attractions and local restaurants to fit your wishes. Janine in the restaurant is terrific and very fast with service. I will definately stay here again when I return to Boston!

This hotel was in a very convenient location for us, however, the room was less than desirable. There was a leak in the heater, and water all over the floor. The blanket on one of the beds was spotted with old blood. When we asked for a new (clean) blanket, they brought us sheets. It was the least expensive option for the dates we needed, though not cheap. The halls smelled like sewage, and the rooms were musty smelling. We went to the restaurant for our complimentary breakfast (gratuity not included) and were allowed to pick from a few choices for breakfast. The high chair was covered in sticky stuff. We stayed two nights, we were in town for a funeral, but I would not stay there again.

Ive stayed several times recently at this hotel, and have recommended it to some other coworkers. We travel to Quincy each week for work. First, the hotel shuttle drivers are all great. They pick me up.at the airport and even drop me off at work each morning - which is very convenient. The one driver even let me jump into a walgreens quickly on the way. The rest of the staff are also friendly and helpful. They have a decent breakfast available, and a pub in the evening. The rooms are decent and very clean. There is free wifi, which is always nice. You can also order from dominos and they bring it directly to your room.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the Adams Pub convenient. However, there were no coasters or napkins for the glasses or coffee cups. Also, there was no bath mat in the bathroom.

The interior is extremely dated, but the rates don't reflect that.

THE HOTELS SHUTTLE SERVICE MAKES THIS HOTEL...STEPHEN WAS AN EXCELLENT OPENING TOUR GUIDE FOLLOWED BY MIKE..JOE YOU NEED TO TALK A BIT MORE YOU'RE A COOL GUY!! ALSO JANINE IN THE PUB WAS A FUNNY DOWN TO EARTH WAITRESS THAT DESERVES A FAT RAISE!!! ALL IN ALL THERE WERE GREAT VIEWS FROM OUR ROOM WINDOW, BUT THE ONE PLY TISSUE HAS TO GO!! THE HOTEL ROOMS CAN USE ALOT OF UPDATING.. THE STAFF MAKES UP FOR WHAT THE HOTEL LACKS!!! OMG THE T-LINES ARE GREAT FOR GETTING AROUND!!

Good location, close to subway and easy access to all of city. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good free breakfast. Disappointing that the cleaning staff (and cleaning staff supervisor in particular) were very noisy very early, every morning while some guests may still be sleeping.

Hotel was nice and convenient to the function we were attending, personnel very friendly and helpful, and the food at Adams Pub was delicious, especially the Clam Chowder! The hotel is a little tricky to get to if you're not familiar with the area and probably due to all the construction, but it wasn't really any big deal and would not prevent me from a return stay.

Would have been perfect if not for difficulty in finding hotel; current road construction all around made directions inadequate; it took us 30 minutes and 4 gas station directions to get there. Once there, however, the front desk was amazing - courteous, efficient, and friendly - this despite a dark and rainy night and hoards of people trying to find a place to stay. (they were booked solid).

I have stayed on 2 occasions within 2 weeks. On the first occasion I stayed 2 nights and the condition of the room and its location were better than when I stayed subsequently for one night only. Having said that I did not experiance potential problems with the location during my second stay ( there could have been noise from the ice machine and the room did not smell as fresh as the first room). When I stayed here a year ago I also found the accommodation perfectly acceptable. On all of my visits I found staff helpful, efficient and friendly. I would stay here again because I stay in Boston only for a connection to somewhere else so the shuttle to the airport and proximity to a T stop is very helpful.

stayed with my wife for 2days to see the city, Service was excellent all the staffs were friendly and helpful, we were able to get a ride to the station by their shuttle bus, and a comfortable smooth ride to the airport on our last day. the location is nice as well, quick access to the city. For the price its really worth it and we are glad we took booked this hotel.

Hotel is convenient to Red line. Lobby and restaurant were welcoming and well serviced. Rooms are a little dated and small. Breakfast was good and filling. There is a lot of construction going on the road in front of the hotel and it is difficult to find without a GPS.

Perhaps hotels near Boston are expensive, but for the price I was not impressed. The wallpaper had a piece peeling. Molding was broken. Furniture was not in very good shape.

I stayed with my wife and kid and had booked a room with 2 doubles. I was given a double bed and a single bed(sofa pull out bed).I was told that I was given a discounted rate and hence this was the only roomtype available. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. The location is good close to Quincy North, but everything else is a downer. I would recommend staying if any of the other options dont work out

The hotel is further away from the airport, and you need to call from the airport for shuttle service. Trolley service leaves from the hotel to down town. Was a very nice stay.

We stayed here for a couple nights when in Boston. It is one Neposat River and has some pretty views. The staff was nice and very acomodating. We had a nice clean room that looked out on the river. The outdoor seating at the restaurant is very sweet for an evening meal and sunset. They have a T station about 6-8 blocks away which is kind of a busy street to walk , but was okay. Once to the T you are downtown in 15 minutes. THe htel will give you a ride over to the T but you should ask in advance so you can find workable time. The only bad thing was the construction on the bridge out fron which made find the hotel a bit of an adventure.

This hotel would be a wonderful place to go and get away from it all, IF there wasn't so much construction on the road right next to it. The staff was wonderful, it was clean and comfortable; but it is NOT close to Boston and a mile from the subway. I am not opposed to walking a mile but you will do it on streets with a lot of construction and some are without sidewalks. A taxi ride into Boxton is about $45 one way and you will want to make sure your cabbie knows the way around the construction.

Hotel is near T station, so very convenient for travel into Boston. Staff is friendly and breakfast service is good. Unfortunately, it is in great need of a renovation of its rooms.

I think it is expensive for the quality. Room was very dirty, especially carpet.

Stayed there June 2011 f. Hotel was undergoing renovation, but it was still a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff and food was very good. nice to eat on the waterfront. Rooms large and airy.

This hotel actually looks better in person than in the pictures. I was there 6/2011 and they were in the process of remodeling it so I'm sure it'll be even nicer. First, location: It is in the closest town to Boston in the south. The red line will take you to the North Quincy station, and you can call and request the shuttle to pick you up if you don't want to make the 10-15 min. walk. It takes less than 20 mins. to get into the heart of Boston from North Quincy, which was great. They have a restaurant which serves decent and affordable bar food, and it has outdoor seating too, so if you get good weather like we did, it's a dream. When we arrived they'd given us a room on the first floor which smelled like dampness, and sure enough the carpet was damp. When I spoke to the front desk they immediately switched us to a third floor room at no extra charge, and that room was perfect. There is a computer and printer in the lobby for guests, which was really convenient because I was able to check us all in for our flight and print our boarding passes right there. All in all a very nice hotel if you don't need to stay in Boston proper. I will definitely return!

Truly terrible hotel, room smelt of cigarettes poorly disguised with air freshner, even though it was forbidden to smoke in the hotel. The bathroom floor and sink had someone else's pubic hair all over the place and the blanket on the bed was stained.

Was trying to find a room in Boston, but none available at affordable rate. Took this one which was said to be near the public transportation. It was, but it's a tough walk with luggage. They will send a van for you if you call, though. Room itself was fine. Gal at the front desk was very cordial and even printed out my boarding pass for me cheerfully. Van took me to the subway station the next morning, and the driver was also cheerful and willing. Perfectly simple and comfortable stay.

We had a mediocre experience. We understand renovations are going on so there is some clutter and disruptions, and you can definitely tell the hotel needs the work done. On check in, after spending 2 1/2 hours in CT construction traffic, we had to deal with a rude supervisor checking us in. We walked into our room to find it reeking of cigarette smoke and when we complained to the same supervisor we were patronized but he did find us a can of aerosal spray. The next night we came back from a full day of sight seeing to be met with an overflowing toilet. We went to the desk and still had to make 2 additional phone calls before someone showed up at our door. 45 minutes later we were being moved to another room and the desk clerk on duty, Jennifer, was very helpful in moving our things and gave us a $25 gift certificat to the pub on site. Jennifer was the only good experience we had hotel wise. Even when we went to use our gift certificate we had poor service from the bartender who ignored us most of the time we were there and totally messed up our orders. Mayber after the renovations we would give it a try again cuz the property did look very special with the gazebo and being right on the river.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and reasonable price. Afterward, I read the reviews and was dreading what I might find. Look -- this is not a resort. However, the rooms are functional, clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous. There is some remodeling going on, but what is already done looks very nice. We didn't eat here, but the lounge looked fun. The "Fitness Facility" is very very small, but so what? The neighborhood seemed a little iffy and it was not easy to navigate not knowing the area. Still, if you're just staying to get in/out of Boston Logan easily, it's a good deal.

I was very disappointed with the hotel in general, the service at breakfast time was really slow and bad, I did have dinner and it was faster even though the meal was more complicated, breakfast with the $3.00 deal was not the best deal and on top the choices were very poor there was not fruit at all.

The hotel is convinient when one travels to Boston by car (free parking) because the T-station (Red Line, North Quincy) is only 10 minutes walk. However it is a walk through an empty area, and especially at night is not the one you would like to do alone. The hotel was under renovation so it was quite cold inside. The room was not very clean, especially the floor. They offer a complimentary breakfast. Convinient if you travel by car, that's all.

If you stay here you will like me wish you did not. The staff is rude, The breakfast is so bad you will not eat it and the whole place is nasty.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I usually get the king bed wth a view, those rooms are very nice, this last time I went for the lowest price, and I had a veiw of the parking lot with a giant dumpster. This hotel seems old, the rugs in the hallways are dirty, the rooms are clean and satisfactory, they are renovating. The pub is nice and they had a great singer when we were there.

It's the 2nd time i stay at your hotel, and no regrets. The staff, specially David and Carlos, were very helpful and the restaurant had good food and service! Didn't have to go elsewhere for a great time!

Internet was not available and also difficult to get cabs to/from this hotel

Although you need to get the T-line in to the centre, the comfort of the rooms and especially the staff make it worth it. We were one of those awkward guests, to the point where most of the front desk staff knew our room number off by heart when we came down for something and the restaurant and bar staff knew us on sight. They were lovely and truly helpful and the free shuttle bus for arrival pick-up, and to and from the T (if they can) was a god send! Brilliant stay.

Very convenient location right off the highway and close to downtown Boston. Classic decor with comfortable, quiet rooms. It took 2 days to remove snow from the parking lot and the cash machine had insufficient funds to complete my transaction 2 of the 4 days I was there.

Hotel service and accomodations were great. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again upon my next trip to Quincy.

The hotel is somewhat hard to find due to construction at Neponset Circle. It is about a 15 minute walk to the T station. The hotel has 24 hour coffee in the lobby and a nice breakfast plan.
