L'Auberge de Sedona - سيدونا

If you need a romantic getaway or just a relaxing weekend this is the place. Beautiful scenery, classic styling and perfect atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive and the ambience could not be better. Great value for the money as well. We will be returning there again.

After the Grand Canyon rim hotels, this was an oasis! Everyone so friendly except one cleaner!

We had a fantastic stay at L'Auberge and based on other friends experiences in Sedona we know that this is one of the most luxurious hotels in the area. The dinner was exquisite, the surroundings are gorgeous and the staff is what really makes this place unique - every single one of them is FABULOUS, helpful and kind. The ONLY qualm I have is that I wish that this hotel was 18+. There were a lot of children there and when I stay at luxury hotels for some reason I always assume it will be more couples....I was never able to get into the hot tub because there were always tweens in it, but otherwise everything about this wonderful hidden getaway is divine.

The Staff was incredible, but the room was not. We stayed in a room in a cottage that was very old and definitely did not have the amenities that were shown on the website. The bed was great. The bathroom was average at best. The tub was very shallow and narrow. I'm a tall man, but not 6'6" and the shower head would not adjust high enough for me. My wife would have enjoyed a bath, but would never take one in the tub provided. Every picture I saw on line had a fireplace in the room, but ours did not have one. The creek is beautiful, but our view from our room was just a hotel up the hill. For the price that we paid I would not say it was worth it.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. The restaurant was pricey but the food was delicious. 5 star all the way!

Stayed here one night. Location is convenient, right in the middle of everything in Sedona, yet secluded. Lovely patio on Oak Creek, excellent service from all the staff. Restaurant was very good. HOWEVER, we stayed in the Lodge (not a cabin). The construction of that building leaves much to be desired. We heard every footstep and movement from the people in the room above us. Whenever those people walked across the floor or even moved around in bed we thought they would come crashing down on top of us. A very nice day in Sedona and at L'auberge was ruined by a terrible night of very little sleep. As I drove away the next day, groggy from being up all night, that is the main memory I will take away.

Lovely setting, spacious comfortable room, fabulous restaurant. This was our second time staying there. Great experience both times. Close enough to walk to center of town though staff will drive you there.

We were upgraded on arrival to a large well equipped cabin. The hotel was not busy, it being January. Throughout our stay the personal service from the staff was first class. We liked the fact that tips (except the restaurant) are included in the resort fee. It makes a change from the normal “tip-fest” you have to go through in most 4 and 5 star hotels in the US. The hotel has regular guest activates and this night they had the resident astronomer showing guests the stars from a spot in the car park. This was a great treat. We saw Jupiter close up. The night sky above Sedona is amazing. The man was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. This sort of thing put hotels above the standard. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food and service were first class. It was one of the best meals we have ever had in the USA! Even if you do not stay here, try dinner. It is expensive but worth it. The room was well equipped. It even has a separate OUTSIDE shower. The bed was large and very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night. This hotel is faultless.

Love that they enforce the "no-tipping because you already paid for it in your resort fee" policy. (except restaurant/spa). In 2013, people simply don't carry as much loose cash around and I always get uncomfortable at resorts that supply exceptional service and allow tipping because I have to keep resupplying my small bills and have to constantly be cognizant of "should I tip for this or not" type moments. I'd much rather pay upfront and be done with it and relax about that stuff. Especially when the service is 5 star, like this place.

We have stayed at many hotels in Sedona and L'Auberge is, by far, the best experience we have had. We haven't stayed there in the past because, frankly, it was too expensive for 5 nights. With the special Hotels.com was running when we booked the room, the price was on par with many lesser properties. We stayed in a Spa Cottage. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and contemporary. The "no tipping" policy was great since we were in and out so often with the valet. Be aware, though, they DO charge a service/resort fee and extra for the parking. The location is right on Oak Creek in Uptown so it was close to everything but very quiet. They run a free on demand shuttle for mostly anywhere you would want to go in the area. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough!

L'Auberge de Sedona was perfect in every single way. The hotel is quaint..service was impeccable...and the food was to die for. It was the best New Year's we've ever had!! Can't wait to go back!

When I had to change my reservation because I realize i had to be back home early, hotels.com along with L'Auberge staff gave me a lot of troubles. It is amazing how incompetent L'Auberge staff was in dealing with my issue and unwilling to help. Almost ruined my Christmas!

It was the perfect place to spend 3 glorious December days on our first trip to Sedona. Our room was luxurious and the staff was very attentive. The no tipping policy made things easy for us, and the service was impeccable without being stuffy. The hotel must hire carefully and then train the staff well. Every person made us feel welcome. We were pampered! We had a large, beautifully decorated spa cottage with a jetted tub, large shower, outdoor shower, indoor gas fireplace and large patio with a lounge chair and a table and chairs. We didn't use the patio as much as we would have in warmer weather. The only thing I missed was a red rock view, but there are rooms that do have the view. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was very fairly priced and delicious. We loved feeding the ducks by the creek in the morning - just like summer camp. We liked the rustic feel of the hotel grounds. I didn't want to leave & we will definitely stay there again ... Maybe in a room with a view.

Our stay was great from the moment we got out of the car. We arrived very late in the evening and were warmly greeted and checked in quickly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were always met with a smile by any staff member. Our room was awesome. Bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. The ambiance of the entire facility was amazing. AM Yoga was a great way to start the day.

Recently renovated property. Everything is very tasteful and elegant. The setting is in the middle of the town of Sedona, yet it feels like you are deep in the country. Every single person on the staff was a nice as possible - and that alone sets this property above so, so many. I travel a lot and this is one of the few places I would recommend to anyone without any reservation. We will definitely return.

Stayed in the lodge. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful property! Didn't get to try the restaurant but enjoyed the coffee and scones in the morning! my daughter enjoyed the duck feeding but wish we could have enjoyed the star gazing with the local astronomer. Great location close to town. Would stay again

Were slightly disappointed in the quality of the lodge rooms for the price. Maybe the the cabins were of a higher standard? Maybe this was the best offering in Sedona ? Relative to our travels around the states and world, the finishes and quality of the room were not the standard we expected for the price. Fantastic service, food, and drink. Pool and fitness room small.

The service is excellent and the food fantastic. We strongly recommend having dinner there outside at the river. Location also great as you can just walk up stairs to get to the main street with shopping and other restaurants. We stayed in the lodge and the room was a bit dated. It does not give the impression that meets the price but more of an older Motel. WIFI was also not working properly in the room but one should not go to Sedona to do emails regardless...Overall a good stay and we enjoyed it.

Great place to stay. L'Auberge staff is friendly and very helpful. Loved eating breakfast outside by the creek. You won't be disappointed.

Our stay at L'Auberge de Sedona could not have been better. From the minute we pulled up, we were well attended to. Our car was quickly unpacked, we were walked into the lobby to be checked in & within minutes, we were walked to our room...that was absolutely gorgeous. The service is unbelieveable, every single person we encountered was over the top friendly & helpful. The bedding is exquisite, the cozy robes beautiful & the entire experience makes us want to get there again...for more than one day. What a wonderful retreat.

I would send a friend there in a heartbeat. Great service, the staff was extremely accommodating, and the setting is amazing. Can't wait to go back.

We went for our anniversary. The staff was great. The room was gorgeous. The spa cottage was fun with the steam and outdoor showers. Walking distance to uptown restaurants and shops or t they give you a ride. Liked nor having to tip.

Just what we were looking for.

Service of the staff was stellar, they really treat guests like royalty. Very nice. Walking distance to downtown tourist area so you're not isolated. We stayed here for the creek & it rained the entire time (bummer) but was still great. The breakfast buffet was the most amazing display of food I've ever seen, really. The wait staff was top notch, very good people, not pretentious at all.

The spa cottage was amazing with one of the best beds and linens we'd ever experienced. The outdoor shower was almost as enjoyable as the jetted spa tub in the gigantic bathroom suite. The housekeeping staff saw that we had been using the robes and always laid them out for us. Having a fresh room with turn-down service was a great ending to a beautiful and delicious dinner by the water. Oatmeal cookies in the afternoon at the hotel lobby and free vacation yoga made a great 2 night stay even sweeter.

We will definitely be going back to L'Auberge... from valet to check-in to bell hop, the staff was warm and friendly... our room was absolutely beautiful and quiet... and the food was phenomenal. We weren't able to visit the spa on this trip but plan on doing so the next time. Would highly recommend.

TOP-NOTCH HOSPITALITY

This hotel was an outstanding experience for both my wife and I. Very calm and peaceful. Dinning by the creek was a very romantic and enjoyable evening for us. Morning coffee and scones by the creek set the stage for a very comfortable day of beauty and relaxation.

Our second visit to l'auberge was as memorable as our first ! It was a treat from the moment we got there. Wonderful room, amazing meals by the oak creek and superb service. Can't wait to come back again and won't wait 20 years this time!
