Room had an odour of sick.

The Novotel hotel is conveniently positioned for access to Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. The hotel upholds a good standard of cleanliness and the staff encountered were pleasant and welcoming. I would be am happy to welcome this hotel to friends and family.

stayed here in december whist going the races! hotel is just round the corner from train station. short taxi ride to the racecourse (around 7 pound) lovely clean spacious room. we just had room only as went out for breakfast.

I last stayed here a few years ago so was pleased to see that the reception and room I stayed in had been updated. Service was good at reception. I did notice that there was some litter in the lift, but it had been removed by the next day.

THIS WAS MY FIRST STAY IN A NOVOTEL, ALTHOUGH IT WAS FIT FOR PURPOSE I FELT IT WAS NOT AS CLASSY AS THE COMPETITION

Very clean and comfortable room. Reception staff upon arrival and departure not very good - both members of staff tried to make us pay more (even for extras in the room we hadnt used). None of this was mentioned on the website upon booking and neither was the parking charge.

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Molineux and railway. Will stay here again if I visit Wolverhampton

1000% better than the travel lodge, and an extremely high quality hotel

Although the room was in need of a little tlc (vents dirty and a few cob webs) the overall stay was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast buffet varied and plentiful. A good experience.

Great Room, only issue was with the toilet being in a separate room without a hand basin. Would recommend as great value for money.

I liked this particular hotel. In the room there was everything that should be, very good location of a hotel. Good service. The only minus is that my mattress cover was stained with coffee from last guess and room service didn't replace it. Sad.

hotel was fine for city centre everything was fine including price very clean good bteakfast to.

I have stayed in many hotels. all 3* plus, I was surpised and impressed by this hotel. This hotel had the qualities of a 4* hotel. The welcome was pleasant. the cleaniness impecable. the breakfast was very well presented, and tasted delightful. the coffee was perfect (i like strong black coffee, on request for it it reminded me of drtinking coffee in Harrods. The only fall back i could state. was the road works,which made it difficult to find the hotel through the crasy one way system diversion. But this would all be rectified once the road works are completed, I would recomend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort, quality and peace,

We chose it because it was value for money. The room was comfortable, and had breakfast included. It was clean, but noisy. Breakfast was good and was included in the price. Note that the car park costs £3 which I dont think should be charged to the guests. I would recommend if you're looking for a cheap place to stay in Wolverhampton as it's comfortable, and convenient.

I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are spotlessly clean, public areas are comfortable and the staff are excellent, particularly in the bar and restaurant. Location is also spot on. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone visiting the Wolverhampton area.

Hotel fine, no problems. Depending on which way you arrive into Wolverhampton though, the route to the hotel entrance can be a nightmare (as was mine) - around a one way system, lights, more lights, complete circuit of roundabout (with lights on that don't expect a full circuit), followed by another set of lights. Did I mention the traffic lights?

Great modern hotel within walking distance of city centre. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Modern hotel with spacious rooms that were unfortunately stiflingly hot and at a temperature that could not be altered. We were with several friends and all said their rooms (4 in all) were uncomfortably hot. Breakfast was poor value at £13.50 (no fried eggs!! and items dried up and not readily replaced - chef stated that he could not meet my request for a fried egg so presumably the scambled eggs were made from egg powder! Secure car park at a good value £3 per day.

Not the most salubrious area, and I suppose most people that stay here will be staying for business. I was staying for leisure just for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the friendly service of the staff. There were lots of redecorations going on on my floor and room looked brand new. Liked the design of the hotel and the room layout and equipment, and great breakfast!

we booked two rooms. the rooms were very spacious and very clean. if you are using the sofa as a bed, be aware of the rotten springs underneath!!!

A neat, clean, tidy hotel with very helpful staff.

WE enjoyed our stay at the Novotel in Wolverhampton. everything was excellent and the staff very helpful. We had an delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. The hotel is only 10 minuteswalk from the train stationwhich was very convenient for us as we had to catah a train in the morning.

On arrival we went through the check in procedure very quickly and were given a very pleasant large double room. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The room had TV and cable and kettle with cofee and tea provided. Breakfast was from a large buffet and was very good, We would definitely recommend the hotel.

The parking facilities are good with lots of spaces for only £3.00 a day. The room was very basic, the bed was comfy but the bathroom facilities need updating.

Good location, walk 5 minutes from rail station, clean and silent room to give good sleep. However Internet access is not free, I think with free internet plan more good.

Er generelt misfornøyd med engelsk hotellstandard, men dette hotellet var overraskende bra. Mer 'hipt' enn de andre mer tradisjonelle, engelske overnattingsstedene jeg har vært på. Eneste minuset var at det var litt for varmt på rommet, noe jeg har sett også andre har påpekt.
