We totally enjoyed our trip to Rome, and we were especially pleased with the Hotel Columbia and its wonderful and efficient staff, very accommodating. And they have pleasant smiles and a nice greeting when they see you. The free breakfast buffet was a great way to start our mornings. I am a ‘foodie’ by nature and aside from seeing all the beautiful history and art that is Rome, the food was a natural draw. And if your stay allows you a few days at the Columbia, the friendly staff get to know your preferences for coffee, decafe, tea, etc. The buffet selection was decent enough, and it kept my hunger at bay for a good number of hours. There are enough selections, but no fresh fruit; although they have a fruit cocktail. I do not eat pork, but for those that do, I think they offer Prosciutto. And the eggs are hard boiled. Breakfast is served upstairs on the 5th floor. And on nice day the terrace doors are open and it’s extremely lovely to sit outside and eat your breakfast amidst pretty surroundings. The hotel room was clean and we found the bed, mattress, and pillows decent. I think the one thing to remember is that at home, we get to choose our own furniture and bedding selections. When we travel, and especially outside of our own country, it is tough enough to find accommodations that can practically match what we have at home. Overall, for our stay in Rome, we liked the Hotel Columbia very much. Plus, it was also a short walk to the train station.

The hotel staff were excellent, buffet breakfast on the roof terrace was very nice. Room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Had a menu to choose what type of pillow we wanted which was a nice touch. Would recommend this hotel for its convenience to the Termini station as well.

The hotel was very clean the staff very helpful. The location is right near the Termini Rail Station so and easy ride on the express train from the airport. It is location blocks away from a museum of sculpture which is must see. The location is perfect if you are looking to see all Rome has to offer as it is walking distance to both metro lines. One is two stops to the Colloseum and the other 5 stops from the Vatican. Perfect central location with very helpful and friendly staff.

Very good value for the money and a great hotel staff. Front desk people and the lady at breakfast could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel Columbia gave me exactly what I was looking for in Rome. A clean, comfortable place to stay with superb staff. They were so helpful and kind. The room was good. I was given exactly what I requested. The breakfast was first-class. I recommend the hotel.

Hotel is in a great location near the train station and walking distance to many sites. Service staff was great as well. Only issue is that walls seemed very thin and we were woken up many times by noises from other rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised with Hotel Columbia. The outside is deceiving as inside the hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. By no means a 5 star stay, but at half the price and as a solid 3 star we have no complaints.

The reception staff were very helpful at recommending local attractions and restaurants. Our room was small but comfortably air conditioned during a heatwave. The breakfast was adequate and in a pleasant setting on the roof terrace. THe location was perfect for walking to Roma Termini where it is easy to get the train to the airport and beach, as well as catching the hop on/hop off bus.

This hotel was recommended to me and was a very good recommendation. Both of us were very pleased with the staff and how helpful they were. Very American friendly and the hotel was convenint to a lot of Rome.

Nice hotel, walking distance to all the major sites. Close to the Termini, where the Bus shuttel took us from the airport - only 8€ t/r. Small but nice and clean room. Very good beds. Not very good breakfast. No Wifi included. Nice staff. Open all night if you come back late.

The Hotel Columbia is exceptionally clean and all the staff helpful and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The rooms were adequately furnished and comfortable. We would most certainly stay there again. The Colloseum and Forum were within walking distance and the hotel was very close to the Metro, bus station and Termini.

Great Hotel with a great location. The staff were fabulous and their help made our short 3 day stay simply wonderful. Easy access to the metro and buses. Great dining at La Gallina just a short walk away - we dined there 3 times!

Courteous, friendly and helpful reception and domestic staff. Reception staff speak at least 3 languages. Great breakfast room on rooftop terrace, which is also open at night for drinks and a light snack (drinks there are cheaper than in room refridgerator). While the hotel is close to Termini, it is quite a distance from the main tourist spots such as the Spanish Steps and Piazza Navona - a long walk or otherwise public transport .

Próximo a Estação Termini. Quarto confortável e atendimento muito acolhedor.

テルミニ駅近くで、ローマ観光の拠点として便利でした。サービスは過不足なく、十分でした。朝食時に砂糖をこぼしてしまうという失態を演じたときにも、ノープロブレムといってくれ、親切な対応をしてもらいました。

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof sehr günstig. Zimmer sehr sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht umwerfend.

Jag trivdes bra på hotellet! Det var ett bra läge från Termini när man kommer från flygplatsen. Det var ungefär lika långt till alla sevärdheter. Det passade oss bra eftersom vi gärna promenerar. Frukosten var ok. Hotellets personal vänliga. Rent och fräscht. Städningen var bra. Wi-Fi funkade dåligt på vårat rum. Men, det var inte anledningen till att vi valde hotellet. I överlag är jag nöjd! Efter en hel dag på av vandring på Roms gator och torg kändes det skönt att komma hem till vårat rum.

Vi är jättenöjda! Bra läge och fantastiskt trevlig personal.

Hotellet ligger perfekt ved Termini banegården-ca. 200 m derfra. Man kan gå fra hotellet til de forskellige attraktioner. Der er stille og roligt på hotellet og venligt personale.

Termini駅から徒歩で5分程度、Gマップで行き方をシミュレートしていたので、迷わず行けました。部屋はそれなりの広さ（狭さ？）でしたが、快適でした。TVisorでの評判通り、屋上テラスでの朝食は良かったです。　ただWifiが1回線で1端末しか繋がらなくないのが不満と言えば、不満ですか。でもそれは贅沢なのかもしれません。

insgesamt ein gelungener romaufenthalt in einem hotel das unseren wünschen voll entsprochen hat. die nähe zum bahnhof und den damit verbundenen öffentlichen verkehrsmittel ist optimal. das peronal überaus freundlich. wir konnten schon am frühen morgen unsere zimmer beziehen. das frühstücksbuffet ist für italienische verhältnisse wirklich reichhaltig und sehr gut. gerne wieder....

オペラ座ちかくのテルミニ駅にもちかくて観光に出かけやすいです。テルミニ駅からの始発バスですわれるので楽です。バスタブもついていたし、お湯もちゃんと出てまともなお部屋でした。朝食も屋上の明るいルーフバルコニーで食べることもできます。フロントのお姉さんも親切でした。

Wir waren mit der Familie einige Tage in diesem Hotel, und war einfach perfekt. Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet und zentraler Lage. Auch für Famielen mit Kindern geeignet

Bon accueil , trés bon emplacement et hotel agréable seul point négatif, le petit déjeuner qui est pas au niveau et le service du petit déjeuner qui est est trés mauvais.... c'est la première fois que l'on me sert mon café trois matinées d'affilée à la fin de mon petit dej .

トリプルでの利用 【親切なスタッフで気持ちが良い】 特に女性の方は素敵でした。 質問や要求に的確ににこやかに応えてくれます。 男性の方も問題なし。 ハウスキーパーさんもフレンドリーです 【荷物の預かり】 朝の到着早々、30分ほどで部屋が用意できると案内してくれました。 結局、荷物を預け出かけましたが、荷物を預かり、部屋に入れてくれました。 また、2泊3日ローマ不在中も預かってくれ、再チェックインでもすでに荷物は部屋に入れてくれました。 【ロケーション】 オペラ座と同じ筋なので迷いません。 テルミニ、レプブリカとも2ブロックぐらいで、地下鉄、バス　FS利用　すべてに便利でした 【テラスの朝食】 パン、ケーキ　ヨーグルト　卵　ハムなどそれなりに種類がありました 明るいテラスで気持ちよく食事しました 【部屋】 すこし排水の流れが悪かったですが、問題ない程度です。 シャワーの固定式、ブースになってました ベット小さめ 物音はそれほどきになりませんでした。 エレベーターは荷物と3人乗れます。 【無料Wifi】 2時間のIDをフロントで発行してくれます 接続も問題なし 飛泊の4泊　スタッフがよく、とても気持ちよくごしました
