They need to refresh the rooms you can tell they use to be smoking. Smell was very obvious

Very good service to and from airport. Hotel manager tried to charge us $ 120 for extra 4 days parking despite fact we had agreement with desk staff for complimentary days. Finally agreed with poor attitude.

Consistent hotel, toilet didn't work so that was a bit inconvenient to say the least.but the rest was good.

The room was not very comfortable. I found that the bed was too lumpy and that the temperature was not well controlled. Other hotels have much better rooms for smaller rooms. Even the suites were tiny.

had a wonderful valentines evening . The rooms are clean and beds are awesome with many pillows and comforters. Definitely was worth it!

I would say that the bed of the hotel was very good. It was just a bit of a turn off when knobs were missing. The bathroom had a broken knob and the controls of the a/c and heater does not have a knob. It had the same condition of 2 star hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was reallly poor. Not asking much but a boiled egg could make a difference. The staff were friendly and the location was close to fastfoods and gas stations. It is good for overnight stays just to rest from driving because it is close to the highway. Overall not worth the $96 I paid for. The staff made the difference but the condition of the hotel has to be fixed.

The hotel was under renovation but truthfully unless the hotel steps up their hospitality skills, I don't know who will be walking through the doors to enjoy the physical improvements. While the female hotel management staff was responsive to any complaints, I found the gentleman at the front desk unfriendly, found the staff at the bar and restaurant unskilled, and the breakfast staff downright rude.

I was very disappointed. I realize it was Christmas and many things are closed,but since the rest of the hotel was operating I assumed that the restaurant would also be available. If a main service is to be closed, I think the least you can do is put up a sign indicating the closing so other arrangements can be made beforehand. Also, the attitude of the staff was not supportive or helpful in finding an alternative. I was also not told that there would be a hold put on my charge card. I think that is necessary information. Also, the tap sprayed outwards, the fridge was very noisy and the heater was always too hot. I was told that these things would be looked into, but they weren't.

Overall, it was fine. The breakfast was minimal and there were couple of glitches in the room (the shower control didn't work properly, the heater only worked on high heat which could therefore not be left on for the night).

This hotel is a little tired in its decor but if others you know are staying at that expensive place up the street you will be really, really happy that you saved some dough and stayed here. Breakfast will be better too.There is a geo cache close by so check it out in a spare few minutes.

Stayed at the Monteo Carlo well shopping in Mississauga. Great value and would book again.

Nice rooms - close to airport ($7) shuttle - good restaurant (expensive drinks)

We stayed 2 nights for business purposes. The hotel was very reasonably priced, rooms were clean and front desk staff was very friendly. We would certainly stay again.

Front desk staff are very friendly, resteraunt staff are friendly during the day. At night the lounge staff are grumpy and rude and don't know what they are doing. The free continental breakfast is mediocre. The room is small and tight but clean. If you just need a place to sleep this place is just fine. But if you need to eat in the hotel at night, pick somewhere else. There is a good restaurant one block west.

Room was cklean and ciomfiortable, althoough small. This hotel shouldn't call itself a park and fly airport hotel. We had to pay our shuttle driver on the way to the airport despite previous confirmation that it would be arranged by the front desk. We also waited for 55 minutes after calling for the shuttle upon our return to Toronto airport. Parking was on an unlit and unsecure gravel lot behind the hotel. We won't be back.

I had booked the room for 2 people coming from different directions. My friend arrived before me and I was held up. When I called the hotel to ask them if I give my credit card number if they would let him into the room already I was brushed off with RULES even by the manager, so no. I had booked for 2 nights yet room service arrived already at 10:30 knocking until I was awake instead of moving to the next room and coming back. Too bad really because the room was quite nice.

I booked this hotel at the last minute, sitting in Logan Airport in late evening due to flight delay, as I realized I would not arrive at my friends' home at a reasonable hour (before midnight) and did not want to inconvenience them. "Monte Carlo Inn Airport Suite" given the title, description that it's near Pearson International, has shuttle service, and rated 3-star. None of those were exactly true. It's far away (15KM), the opposite direction from Toronto; the shuttle costs $7CD each way; and both night and morning staff were rude and even hostile when I remarked the description is misleading. Worse, I was not informed that the shuttle had to be booked one hour in advance the day of departure as I was checking out and inquiring about a ride and that I could not be driven to the airport if I were not flying out! In the lobby, there is a brightly colored poster that says something like "free breakfast" with picture of eggs, breakfast meat, etc. What one gets is continental. Had I known, just based on the location (Don't know Toronto area geography.), I would never have booked this place.

Nice clean hotel located a short drive from the airport. Friendly staff and lots of parking. Only thing that could be a problem, is the lack of accessible outlet plugs available without moving furniture.

I was there for just a few hours but it was decent . the price was good the service was good andthe room was clean overall good experience.

Arriving to the hotel, I thought to myself it looks new. The entrance looked nice with automatic doors opening up to you and a very unpleasant check in desk. I found I was doing the welcoming as soon as I made the approach to the desk. The check in process was very unpleasant, I felt like a criminal. Maybe I was treated differently cause I had tattoos on my arms? I have never been asked to put a deposit down on my credit card incase of anything gets stolen or broken, I would expect that at the four seasons not a 3 star at best hotel, then again made me think to check my card after to make sure I was not getting ripped off in this deal. Would I go back , no I wouldnt, way to many hotels in ontario that wont treat you as bad as we where.

You get what you pay for! Nothing fancy but good!

The maids were extremely annoying bothering us every 30 minutes to clean our room. The air conditioner leaked and made the carpet smell like cat waste. The bedspread didn't appear very clean. It did appear very old. The bar closed at 11 p.m. ...too early.

The cleanliness is what will keep me coming back. I kept my room clean to begin with but the services were kind enough to come in when most convinient for me and made my stay much more comforting

When I first arrived at the hotel, was clean and tidy. I walked into my room and noticed was missing some ammenities in the bathroom, thought no big deal. My room was #235 and I would not recommend this room if you expect a good nights sleep. It is right beside the elevator and people walking in/out all night long. I call down to the office and no answer. I then informed the front desk clerk of the issues. I was contacted a few days later by a manager and I explained the situation again and nothing was done to correct the issue. I told her that since I slept less than 50% of the night, I was entitled to 50% discount. She was not in my favour and said she would have to talk to her supervisor about it. This has been several days now and no phone call.....

We don/t want to book this hotel again.

I guess the next time a family or a friend will come for a visit. I will suggest to them to stay here because the price is reasonable, amenities where great and accessible to so many things.

This was a good hotel to stay for a short team. Price was great, the breakfast was fairly simple but there was a reasonable choice, and you could always pay a little extra for additional items. Not a great location if you're plan is vacation/siteseeing, there isn't any of that close by. Good location if you have a car, and prefer to be away from the heavy traffic areas.

The hotel room itself was adequate and about a 15 minute drive to the airport. The restaurant connected to the hotel was less than advertised: poor service and ordinary food. We had the "home-made" meatballs that were store bought from Costco. And the breakfast the next morning was very minimal.

They should cancel the breakfast card system , It's look like in army.

I enjoyed the stay, it was more than I expected. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was quite reasonable; semi hot as they described. Thanks hotel.com!
