Los Angeles & Spa - غرناطة

The hotel is tired and out of date. We had to move rooms as the first room was freezing as the balcony door would not lock. Our second room was fine, apart from the school children door stairs keeping us awake most of the night. We phoned reception three times before anything was done, by then it was 4am. On the plus side a great location for the Alhambra.

We spent one night at this hotel and we did regret we had not booked more nights. The rooms were bigger than any other hotels we've been in Spain. The location was very nice with the AlHambra only round the corner. They also have lovely spa and heated pools. Nice!!

We enjoyed our stay in Los Angeles Hotel. Comfortable room, clean, nice pool, attractive planted exterior. Breakfast was good, if not wonderful. Service was pleasant and friendly. One annoyance was the toiletries... I couldn't open the shampoo packet, no conditioner and no tissues provided. I would have expected a higher standard in this area from a 4 star hotel. However the location is very pleasant on a quiet leafy road, but only a short walk into the city or even to the Alhambra, though the latter is all uphill but there's an excellent bus service from the next street.

No complaints about room, was nice. Dont use the phone is very expensive. WIFI costly also...seems in 2011 wifi and phones would be free..would expect it in a 4 star anyway! Would say this is a nice 3 star

The hotel is 15 minutes from Plaza de Los Reyes Catolicos, and provided us with everything we needed. The swimming pool, though, is only opened between 10am and 8pm. It feels really majestic - with a beatiful round staircase and old marble walls in the dining room. Definitely worth a stay.

The hotel is good enough, but was invaded by a large party of schoolchildren, maybe up to 50 of them, during our stay who were over boisterous and completely took over the pool area, this facility being one of the main reasons we booked. The Reception Staff did not want to know of my complaint and were dismissive. Never ever again I am afraid.

Great hotel for what we paid It was more than expected! Room had a private courtyard, bed extremely big and comfortable, clean room, great amenities, helpful staff. A bit of a walk from the Alhambra, but if u don't expect to walk in Granada then u are in the wrong place since everything is uphill. Bus stop very close from hotel if u don't want to walk.

This is a beautiful hotel with large rooms, bathrooms, and a balcony. The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and knowledgeable as was all front desk help. Restaurants, shops, etc. are within walking distance. This is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. I would most definately stay again.

I happened to be in a room on the 6th floor, down the corridor from the lift. It made a noise at every floor, which I could hear clear as a bell in my room. When people were leaving at about 6am, I felt like they were walking through my room to get out! My room smelt of smoke when I arrived and there were no instructions for using the air conditioning. Lastly, I booked this hotel because it had a pool and I knew it was going to be warm. It says in the hotel handbook, etc., that the pool will be available from the end of March onwards. I went on the 1st April for one night and they were filling it that day, so it couldn't be used. Very disappointed.

This hotel is not in the middle of the historic area, but about a 5-10 minute walk away. The trade off is that the rooms are more spacious and quiet than what I presume you would get staying in middle of town for the same money. My room had a really nice view with a little balcony - I would certainly stay here again.

Really lovely spacious hotel, some fantastic antique furnishings all around. Very attentive staff, enjoyable breakfast. The room was huge, clean and had a lovely balcony. Now my only gripe was the noise of the passing traffic on the road outside the balcony. It was fine when the balcony door was closed but it would be nice if some trees were re-planted or a large wall or something just to block the sound of the continuous traffic which seemed unnaturally noisy. Otherwise a fantastic stay in this luxurious and frindly hotel.

The room was great! Extremely comfortable with a great view of the city from our balcony. The staff was very friendly and informative. The alhambra is located in walking distance and the hotel was kind enough to reserve tickets. Overall very happy stay!

We were able to walk to Alhambra from this hotel. There are also good restaurants and parks nearby.

The hoterl was in an excellent location with parking at a reasonable price and the included breakfast was excellent.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable, clean, lovely pool, good breakfast, excellent service in the dining room, the bar and at reception. We would have no hesitation in going back there again.

Good location, 12 min walk to downtown. Very clean. Strange decor, very expensive but tacky rather baroque overall, but my room was clean, comfortable, modern (from recent refurbishment). I had opted for bkfast one day, cheap 8 Euros, but it is better to find a cafe and have something tastier. Great connection to public transport and taxis are very cheap, just ask or check internet first and it is very easy to move around by bus. Use line 33 just nearby or walk to the Alhambra. Very good place for the price. Very very clean. The only thing was that I had to charge my laptop and phone in the bathroom, they forgot to place electrical outlets in my newly refurbished room. Proper, large flat screen TV, air conditioning. Great pool. You will not feel you paid for something that you did not get in the end.

The hotel is ideally located, with some good places to eat en route to the centre of town. The room was of a good quality, the only down point being finding a few long hairs in the bathroom which should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. The air con wasn't particularly strong, however the pool and the general state of the hotel was of a good standard, and I would recommend it to friends.

I would rate this hotel as a 1 star!!!! The room was dirty, the furniture was old and in bad shape, no remote control for the TV, and not enough light in room. This was more like a youth hostel than a real hotel. No internet in rooms. The location of the hotel was in a very secluded area, and we needed a taxi to get out to anywhere in the city. We will never go back to this hotel or recommend it to others.

The room was very spacious, we even got a small sitting room & a porch, is a shame that the Hotel gave us a very old room instead of one that has been renovated. Very nice hotel after they finish renovation. Always ask how much is their buffet breakfast & daily parking. Location is within walking distance to City Center & The Alhambra, also there is a bus stop on top of the hill in the back of the hotel that takes you for $1.20 Euro. to the Alhambra & City Center.

The entrance to the hotel is a cool haven after the heat of the city and the swimming pool is a huge bonus. The staff were very helpful and, when we asked for an upgrade to a room with a balcony, our request was dealt with promptly and politely. We were allocated a new room the next day at no extra cost. The rooms were cool and the beds were really comfortable.The hotel is conveniently situated for exploring the city and close enough to the Alhambra to walk there (albeit a steep climb). Taxis arrive within minutes. We didnt eat in the restaurant but service in the snack bar was friendly and efficient.

NO COJÁIS LAS OFERTAS DE ESTE HOTEL, OS METERÁN EN UNA SÉPTIMA PLANTA, (MÁS BIEN LE LLAMARÍA PALOMAR) DE LA PARTE ANTIGUA DEL HOTEL.CON CORTINAS DESCOLGADAS Y UN EXPENDEDOR DE GEL DESCOMPUESTO Y CORROMPIDO EN LA ZONA DE DUCHA. ¿DONDE ESTÁ LA CAMA DE MATRIMONIO DE MI RESERVA?¿CUATRO ESTRELLAS.......CREO QUE CON UNA ES SUFICIENTE?

Et almindeligt hotel. Der er meget lydt og morgenmaden ordinær. men dejligt med swimmingpool. Rimeligt centralt placeret.

Estuvimos en el hotel este Agosto. La verdad es que está muy bien acondicionado, es muy cómodo y el personal es realmente agradable. Lo único que encuentro excesivamente caro es el desayuno ya que hay poca variedad de embutidos y la bollería es industrial. No es un desayuno para un hotel de 4*. De la misma manera que el parking. Es demasiado caro ya que si aparcas el coche en la calle (hay aparcamiento a 3 minutos andando) te sale muchísimo más barato (aún siendo zona azul). Pero lo recomendaría sin duda. Gracias a todo el personal por habernos hecho la estancia tan agradable!!!

Para ser un 4 estrellas, le falta minibar y sobretodo enchufes pues solo hay 1 y es para el televisor y 1 en el lavabo ocupado con el secador. Muy dificil el controlar la temperatura de la habitacion. El resto bien. Gracias.

Op zich mooi hotel, sfeervol, en niet al te ver van centrum en Alhambra. Personeel was behulpzaam o.a. bij vragen over busverbindingen e.d. Jammer dat er geen minibar was op de kamer, en de airconditioning was matig.

Piscine sympathique, mais l'hôtel est un peu vieillôt donc mal insonorisé.

hotel avec parking privé (prise en charge de votre voiture dès l'arrivée) proche du site touristique et du centre ville, accès à pied, personnel agréable, bon séjour

Helt ok hotell för en natt eller två om man vill besöka Alhambra palatset och mysiga kvarter runtomkring. Mycket prisvärt. Kommer man med egen bil tar receptionen hand om den för 15 euro/natt. Det finns inga platser på gatan utanför. Frukosten 8.5 euro är mycket enkel. Trevlig mexikansk restaurang några kvarter bort.

Vi likte oss veldig godt her. Kort vei opp til Alhambra borgen og 15min å gå til Granada sentrum. Koselig hotell i gammeldags stil. Litt slitte rom, men det var så mye annet der som var så positivt, at det gjorde ikke noe. Deilig basseng som vi brukt flittig, siden det var 39grader da vi var der.

Glimrende hotel til prisen, centralt beliggende og samtidigt tæt på Alhambra.

L'hotel è molto carino, dotato di piscina e spa (quest'ultima a pagamento se non compresa nella prenotazione), le camere sono piccole ma confortevoli con dei balconcini molto carini. La piscina è molto grande ed è aperta fino a sera (le 20 circa). L'albergo si trova a 12-15 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale (Gran via - Puerta Royal) ed è in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo. Essendo Granada molto piccola, non è difficile raggiungere tutti i monumenti principali della città, anche se a dire il vero la principale attrazione da visitare è l'Alhambra che non è raggiungibile a piedi ma con l'autobus dalla Gran via vicino la Cattedrale. Per il resto, l'hotel è assolutamente da consigliare, il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero molto notevole!

Bel hotel, propre et agréable. Bien situé pour visiter l'alhambra mais un peu loin des autres sites.

El hotel es perfecto en todo, solo tiene un invonveniente, por lo menos con las habitaciones que estan en la planta cuarta , cerca del comedor, y es que hay mucho ruido de las personas hablandoen la entrada y salida, y no se puede dormir bien.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und auch der Alhambra. Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr guter Service und Standard.

Los Angeles & Spa is an out-dated but nice hotel with balconys to every room and a nice-looking pool area (too cold to try it during our visit). The hotell was clean, and it is walking distance to Granada centre and Alhambra. The problem was the thin walls. Even though they were only talking in the room next to ours we could hear everything, as with the party downstairs.

Hola, recientemente hemos estado mi mujer y yo acompañados de mis hijas y nos ha parecido un hotel estupendo, bonito y con una calida gente que trabaja alli. mencion especial a la chica del bufet, por su amabilidad y cercania con los clientes. con equipos de trabajadores asi, el exito esta asegurado en este hotel. muchas gracias.

Bon hotel , trés joli avec ses cascades de fleurs , personnel à l'accueil très sympa , avec de bons conseils pour les visites , l'hotel est assez loin de l'alhambra , grosse montée difficile pour y arriver , peu de places de parking , et dans une rue passagère donc nuisance lègères la nuit

Hotel tres bien située à quelques pas du centre historique. Très bon accueil et très grande chambre

El equipo de recepción no tiene ninguna organización del hotel. Estuvimos sin ascensor un par de días. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Lo único que me gustó fue lo cercano que estaba de la Alhambra y de la ciudad.
