The staff were eager to help us, from keeping our baggage at the desk after checking out to storing some medicaion in their kitchen fridge to calling our cabs and the airline when our baggage was lost. the location was good, right around several important churches and with a bar and quite good fish and chips place on the corner to the right of the entrance. I also found the location good for getting the bus from the airport. just remember, when taking the bus: there is more than one jury's inn hotel in dublin! lastly, the rooms and bathroom were clean. the bathtub is a little slippery and the toilet seemed a bit old/worn, but everything was kept quite clean while I was there (three days).

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the staff were very friendly. I wasn't impressed with the parking. The hotel has allocated spots in an adjoining multi story but its first come first served. The same policy for paying for parkingfor cheaper parking. It is an nice hotel but parking was disappointing.

We did love the great downtown location and within walking distance of most major Dublin attractions! Christchurch right outside our window was fabulous and I didn't mind the bells chiming at all! We were so tired from all of our touring and walking we didn't notice during the night hardly at all! The view was awesome! Our rates were great...breakfast included and it was very good and hot! The only problem we had was that we had a very early flight and needed to leave for the airport by 6 a.m.....the hotel is NOT in charge of the parking garage BUT assured us that it would NOT be a problem leaving at 6 a.m. even though the garage did not open until 7...however, the "arm" would not go up and we were stuck in the garage with other guests who also needed to leave until a parking attendant arrived which was VERY frustrating and we almost missed our flight back to Chicago! You will go through customs at Dublin and that takes quite some time! That was our only misadventure. So beware if you have an early flight...you might not get out of the garage! Otherwise I would recommend the hotel...it has a great restaurant...good food and friendly staff.

My friend a I stayed recently in Jurys Christchurch and found it very satisfactory in every way. We were attending a concert in the Olympia and the location was perfect. Hopefully we will be back soon.

It was OK, little things could be improved. Heating was poor and didn't appear to go on until a complaint was made. Pillows were very high making it uncomfortable to sleep. Wi-Fi only free from the lobby might be standard but in future i will stay where it is free in your room.

I was happy with the location and service. However, the walls on bathroom had mould, there was a chlorine smell and there was no air con in room and it was too hot at night. Bed was comfy. You have to pay for wifi and there is no gym which is a pity as running in the city is not always an option. Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking also, €14 for the night.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom was delapidated. Toilet did not flush. Only stayed one night so cannot really comment on the hotel in general. Location is good. Partly Subsidised parking in nearby car park, only for a limited number of guests per day on a first come first served basis.

The hotel is pretty central and you can have a lovely view overlooking Christ Church cathedral depending on the room allocation. All amenities are within walking distance so its pretty well located. The rooms we spacious and were well cleaned when we arrived so overall it was a very nice stay. The only issues I would raise would be the, 1): The hotel in parts can appear a bit dated and would need a bit of a revamp but overall it was a really nice stay. 2): From a parking point of view, the amount of allocated parking spaces for Jury's is quite limited so get there early to secure your space. Jury's are only allocated the 4th floor so it's pretty tight.

The staff was overworked, uninformed and distinctly unhelpful. A resident of Dublin overheard the conversation between the hotel associate and myself, then stopped me in the street to tell me to report the associate for his rudeness.

The stay in this hotel was simply amazing. The quality-price relationship is excellent and the room was very comfortable and clean. It was surprising and pleasant to find a newspaper outside of our room door every morning (I had never experienced that before in other hotels, not even in four star hotels). For only 8€, I could enjoy a rich and tasty breakfast. The Bar/breakfast areas and services were very good. The reception staff were very helpful (acting better than a tourism office). Hotel’s location is strategic and close to all the most important attractions. If I go to Dublin again, I would definitely choose this hotel for my stay. Also, I would honestly recommend Jurys Inn Christchurch to everybody.

Staff were very polite and there was always someone on hand to help. Security was very good. The shower was heavenly!! food was good and reasonably priced, and despite the busy location, noise was at a minimum.

Would definitely stay here again or at any other of their locations!! The location was great (a bit tricky to get to. We could see it but since we couldn't make a r. turn it took us a bit to get to it). The room was spacious, airy and comfortable! Loved it!!

Location is nice, close to shopping and good places to eat. The rooms were average fairly clean, the staff was friendly. Free wifi in lobby area, it would be nice to have wifi in my room.

Jurys Christchurch is very convenient to Grafton street. Stayed there while going to a show in the olympia. Very convenient. Hotel is very comfortable and staff are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend it to anyone.

The "zapper" only worked when CLOSE to the t.v. I could not get R.T.E Rado one. Radio na gaeltachta was fine. Check from time to time that RTE one radio is working. Apart from that everything was fine.

If you're staying here on a Saturday night be aware that the bells of Christchurch cathedral ring for around an hour on Sunday morning between 10 & 11am

Jurys Inn great location for concert at cathedral across street also for shopping in city certre. Staff friendly and helpful

Well located hotel for Dublin, rooms have been refurbished in part but the bathrooms are in a terrible condition, although they were clean but in need of urgent refurbishment. Staff very helpfull!

This hotel has many positives. The car park is on the doorstep and you can park for 24hours for €14.50. It is within walking distance of so many places of cultural interest and shopping.The bedrooms are clean and adequate and breakfast is acceptable. On the downside, the hotel lobby , which incorporates ,a bar an coffee dock, resemblesa railway station. Even though we had a courtyard room away from the strreet, we were disturbed by noise from overhead .

Hotel is in a great location for walking to main shopping and entertainment venues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower was hot and powerful and room was clean. Little noisy above the fans. Would recommend this hotel to others and would like to stay again

Catch 747 bus from airport to almost outside the hotel - return tickets avaiilable or if you are with a fmily get the Rambler tickets (cheaper than 2 adults!). Hop on/off tour bus stops just around the corner. Chip shop around the corner is superb! Viking museum opposite is well worth a visit. Everything you want is within walking distance - we walked (with kids) to Collins Barracks (great museum), Trinity College, Grafton St, ... could easily walk to Guinness and Jamesons! We even walked to Aviva Stadium - DART back to Tara St. Room was plenty big enough for famiily 4, with T & coffeee facilities (milk a little tight). Shampoo etc in big bottles in bathroom, so no way you could run out - very useful when traveling with handluggage only flights. Room was lovely and warm - radiators a plus when it rains!! Overall, would come back!

the hotel great value service excellent and particularly found breakfast buffet high standard

overall good hotel. vending machine did not work properly: the water bottle did not come out the refund either. the staff was kind enough to give me another bottle of water.

Excellent hotel, ideal for families....no problems whatsoever because all members of staff were helpful. The hotel is close (easy walking distance) to many historical sites, to Henry Street (shopping) and Temple Bar for the evening. No need to hire a car when in this hotel and it is only 15 euros away from airport by taxi , 6 euros by bus

Convenient to Dublin sights. Overall, a pleasant hotel at which I have spent many nights over the past years. It could use a facelift, but generally clean and comfortable.

Great location! Close to Guinness Storehouse (15 min walk), Temple Bar (5 min walk) and Air Link (airport shuttle bus) busstop 150-200 meters. (You can buy tickets to the Air Link bus at Jury's Inn). If you don't want to listen to the bells of Christchurch cathedral during days and evenings make sure you get a room at the back of the hotel. Pillows are a bit hard in the rooms. Nice staff at the hotel. We had no problem checking in 3 hours before regular check-in time. (They have luggage room, so you can leave your luggage and come back later if there is no room avaliable when you check in) I do recommend this hotel! I will stay here if/when I come back to Dublin!

It is the worst hotel that I ever stayed. Even dont give a try. Strongly recommend other hotels

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. The location allowed easy access to the Temple Bar district, but wasn't too noisy. It also was a very pleasant surprise to see that the hotel had a lot of green policies! We greatly appreciated all of the wonderful suggestions the bartender, Jon, gave us regarding areas to go to and places to see.

Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in and out was very quick and straight forward. Rooms were clean and quiet spacious. Nice bar and restauant too. Excellant location to go anywhere in city centre. Very satisfied

Horride room. needed to transfer after one night. banging pipes, until after 12:00 started again 6:00 AM next morning. Mildew on ceiling of bathroom. bath in very poor condition. poor view of church. 1st evening dinner took forever to be serviced. food was nice. breakfast freezing cold next morning. Was offered a free dinner which we didnt accept. Choosing instead to eat out. 2nd morning found a good cafe called "d-cafe" near hotel, food was lovely. . A hostel would have been just as nice... Good location though. Would be embrassed if i had booked a party in.
