I had to stay for two nights in an emergency situation. We lost power due to a blizzard and needed to relocate. The Quality Inn was very nice. It would have been perfect if the indoor pool had been open, to keep my kids occupied. Also, a game room for kids would be nice...

Close to work site.

The hotel was OK -- however, the room was a bit odd. I have been traveling for decades and this was the only room I have ever encountered with a "step up" to the bathroom. At the top of the step was a piece of black and yellow tape to serve as a warning. The tape is irrelevent in the middle of the night and your sleepy and forget to "step up". Very odd arrangement!

We needed a room for an overnight stay, visiting the Cape for a celebration. Most choices were small motels. We chose the Quality Inn due to it's convenient location. We didn't expect much, but were very surprised to find a clean, updated hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. The bedding was new, pillows were very comfortable, and the mattress was excellent. Bathroom was clean and nice, although towels are small. There was a flat screen TV and a refrigerator. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the tavern or breakfast, but will make more time next time we're on the Cape.

The room heater was very noisy

Good and clean hotel, don't expect the Ritz and you'll be satisfied. Front staff was friendly. Stayed there the night before a marathon and was nervous because saw a room full of younger guys drinking (about 2 doors down from my room), but couldn't hear them at all. Great sound isolation. Went to bed early and didn't hear a peep. Easy to find, right off the rotary.

Check in staff were good, room was very nice, parking was adequate, bed was good, tv channels were limited, towels were small and not very absorbent. Nice to have hair dryer that works so well, overall it was a very good experience!!

The only thing I wasn't happy with was when I asked for a non-feather pillow she said none were available without making an attempt to look for one.

We were very pleased with our room and service...We had a problem with our laptop reception and a lady from the office came to our room and helped us..Very quiet in our room and we were next to the swimming pool...

The hotel is very clean and the staff very accomidating. The only problem we had were the size and lack of towels. Only two small towels were provided for each room and there were absolutely no towels by the pool. I see that this is not the first complaint on this issue, you would think that they would get the message by now.

Room and view were great!

We had two rooms for a party of 4 and all agreed that the beds were very uncomfortable.

We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, but one of the rooms had the odor of smoke. Becuase the hotel is smoke free I immediately notified the front desk and had the manager inspect our room. I told him I wanted it noted at check in that the room had a smoky smell. The hotel charges $150 if anyone smokes in the rooms and I wanted it known at check in time that there was a smoky smell. Our other room was in perfect working order. The hotel is the first hotel on the cape after you cross the Bourne Bridge, but that means that it isn't too close to the farther areas of the Cape. The food in the restaurant at the hotel was great as was the indoor pool. Housekeeping was average. We didn't need clean sheets every night or our beds made for us, but we did want clean towels and our trash cans emptied. We had to ask for the towels and the trash cans were overflowing until we asked the front desk to have them emptied. Maybe there was a communication breakdown and they thought we didn't want any housekeeping services performed. This was our third trip to the Cape and by far the nicest place we stayed at. The hotel was quiet at night, unlike the hotels in the Hyannis area. We would probably stay here again even though it's quite a distance from many of the tourist attractions.

Waited in lobby to check in because no one was at desk for quite awhile. When attendant showed up, he went into office before assisting us. Was rude during check in. would not go back.

This is a fairly run down establishment but pretty clean. This is really an almost last resort when everything else is booked solid and you really need a place to sleep that is not your car's back seat. Very plain but it was clean and that's most important to me. Wife would never have stayed here with me. Was traveling on business and had no other choice. it's cheap.

Hotel is consistant with the reviews.

Overpriced for what you get. My friends and I were at this location for 2 days and they did not clean our room. When we returned at 11pm from a day out with friends, they only offered fresh towels and to empty the trash. Being on the Cape does not allow such a lack of service!!!!
