Everything about this hotel was great, except possibly the breakfast room. It was a little small for the number of guests.

Very nice comfortable place. Excellent all around staff. Very convenient

Hotel recently underwent renovation. We caught the very tail end of the work. Overall a very nice hotel, loved the free cookies, breakfast was nice and satisfied all in our party. Very close to Opryland and the mall. Easy navigation from hotel to major points around Nashville. Rooms were clean and the decor was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying there if you are budget minded and family oriented.

17 family members traveling together for a Saturday night at the Opry. We were all made comfortable and had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was very accomodating, they offered fresh cookies upon arrival and throughout the afternoon. Breakfast was very satisfying. Rooms were clean and well equiped. We stayed in King rooms with a pull out sofa, which, while it was not as comfortable as a bed, was fine for the one night stay.

Everything was sky high or booked due to multiple events, took a cab to the Ryman, walked to a restaurant and Centennial Park. It was only for one night and we only live 40 miles away. It was a great getaway and it was an awesome free breakfast with a chef cooking made to order omelets!

The hotel room had long black hairs stuck to the sheets of the bedding on one of the beds; there was matter floating in the toilet and dusty matter in the bathtub. The beds were literally like sleeping on concrete slabs. Had reserved room for two nights and left after the first night. Manager gave us a refund for the night we did not stay. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all in recommending restaurants or access to other sights in the area when asked. I am a frequent traveler and can tolerate hotel room problems here and there. But, this hotel was over-the-top disappointing, frustrating, and inconvenient (to have to pack up and leave). We ended up at the hotel across the parking lot which was the same price but 100% better in terms of everything. Would not recommend.

I would not suggest this hotel if you are planning on watching any sports on your stay. They have Direct TV but do not have ESPN or ESPN2. The toilet was a little malfunctional. The room was a little small. The great thing was the hotel employees were exceptionally nice.

Stayed 3 nights at the Country Inn, and had a great experience. All the staff was incredibly nice and bent over backwards to help us out. Rooms were very nice and very clean. Best part might have been the real breakfast, not the usual continental type. Only trouble we had was dealing with some of the Christmas traffic from the Opryland Hotel. Will definitely stay here next year!!

Exceptional service! I booked rooms for our youth group from church for a youth convention being held in Nashville. We had to be at the church site to help with the Feed the Hope program by six thirty AM. Breakfast normally isn't served till 7am. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had available the full breakfast at 6am. Very clean and comfortable.

This is my second time staying here and I can say the dollar value is good. Hotel is showing some wear and carpets could stand to be cleaned in heavy traffic areas. Beds were comfortable, TV and internet worked well. No exercise room, which is a downer for me. Outstanding staff - they all went the extra mile for me this stay. Warm cookies every afternoon and hot & cold breakfast every morning.

This hotel is located adjacent to the Opryland complex and it is very convenient to restaurants and tour operators. The hotel itself could use some refurbishing especially in the common areas but our room was spotlessly clean each night and the desk staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Walking distance to several restaurants and close to Grand Old Opry. Hallways showed some wear, but room and bed were nice. Flatscreen TV and above-average breakfast with meat and eggs.

It was very quite and the staff was very helpful to all my questions to where we needed to go while we were there. I would stay there again.

THERE WERE NO ROOMS TO BE HAD IN CENTRAL NASHVILLE BECAUSE OF CONVENTIONS AND VANDERBILT'S PARENTS WEEKEND. THIS HOTEL WAS AVAILABLE AT A REASONABLE RATE. THE HOTEL IS OLD!

For half the price of the nearby Gaylord Resort hotel, I was able to stay close to where my meeting was being held, get a free breakfast everyday(in a non crowded environment), get free parking($18/day at the Gaylord even if you stay there...) and have access to many good restaurants. Highly recommended when you want the experience of the Gaylord without the costs.

Cosmetically this hotel could use a little TLC, it was definitely not the nicest hotel I had ever stayed in but was by far the best. This also seemed to be the feelings of the other people that were there. It had a very cozy, home-like atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, FREE breakfast was wonderful with lots to choose from, lots of places to eat around hotel, nice neighborhood, they make homemade cookies throughout the day and it smells wonderful. There is a front porch for sitting and rocking. Would definitely stay there anytime.

Very nice Motel. Staff very helpful and frindly. Room very clean and comfortable. Very close to Opry Land motel and Grand Ole Opry.

The accomidations at Country Inn & Suites were awesome! The furniture was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I had one small issue with my room and I called the front desk and someone came straight away to take care of the issue. Quiet, peaceful and clean hotel. Will definitely stay there again when in the area! Thanks for a GREAT weekend!!

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the clerks were helpful. The hotel was rated 2.5. Maybe this was because the center stairway and stairwells did not look like they were vacuumed regularly and because It lacked a few amenities such as a fan in the bathroom and automatic doors at the entrance. I thought it was good hotel with a reasonable price. I would stay there again.

Hotel was within walking distance to many things in this area. Mostly tourist stuff here. Easy to get onto main interstate and other highways.

EVERYONE WAS GREAT , AND VERY CLEAN

Very pleased with our stay at Country Inn and Suites Opryland. The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke any time we went by. Also the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very good. The only complaint I have is that the key cards need to be reworked. EVERY single time we went to our room the card would not work and we had to have it reset. I mean every single time. This was an inconvience.

This hotel was extremely close to the Grand Ole Opry. It was clean and confortable. Good hot breakfast... Would stay here again.

Overall good value and location for the money. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff was friendly and informative, my room was clean and comfortable, and they had a nice continental breakfast, with a few hot items such as eggs, biscuits and gravy, in addition to bagels, yogurt and cereals. Location is convenient to Grand Ole Opry and there are a variety of restaurants nearby. Having lived in Nashville, I can say this is a good deal for the money, and you can get to most places (downtown, Vandy, etc.) in about a 15 minute drive. If you want a little more than just a place to lay your head, but don't need a 4-star, this place is perfect. Would definitely stay here again on return visits.

I will probably stay here when I return in the fall for another trade show at Opryland. Good hot breakfast, or if you want to eat out - walking distance to Bob Evans, McD's and Cracker Barrel. Rooms and hotel fixtures are looking slightly dated and worn, but overall cleanliness and comfort are good. Excellent desk staff. Great value.

Had tickets for the Grand Ole Opry, and reserved a room here because it was close, .4 miles away, I think. In addition, there are several nice restaurants near by. This includes John A's, within walking distance of the motel. A good place to visit after the show.

We stayed at this hotel for the Ron White show at the Opry. It was just mins away, so we took a cab which was cheap. The hotel clerk was so nice and he even called us a cab when we were ready. The hotel it self was nice and our room was clean. There was quite a few of restaurants around to choose from. We were somewhat skeptical to stay because it was rated 2 1/2 stars, but we were pleased with our stay and for the price you can't beat it. We will stay there again the next time we go to Nashville, TN.

Hotel in great location, clean, nice decor, good breakfast, good customer service, good price.

A little unhandy for downtown, but knew that when I made the reservations. Real close to the General Jackson which was our main reason for staying in this area. The breakfast was excellent.

Very pleasant stay. Very clean and easily accessible to all sites.

Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant. Housekeeping did a good job--smoke detector in our room wasn't working on check in but it was fixed immediately. Breakfast was included and choices were cereal, muffins, toast, fruit and your choice of drinks. Location was okay--no shuttle service though from airport or otherwise. Be prepared to drive or take a cab. Hotel smelled a bit old and musty--could have been from recent flood even though they said the flood didn't affect them?? Overall, it was a good place to stay and I would recommend it to others.

The hotel was clean, some remodeling being done. Customer service was great. Breakfast was good including make your own waffles. Location to Grand Ole Opry was within a mile.....park in Opry Mills Mall parking lot and walk to Grand Ole Opry. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would stay there again. Loved it.

I've stayed in at least a dozen Country Inns, but this one does not come close to the others....Needs some touchup painting..and breakfast bar was not too appetizing. Overpriced because it's very near Opryland.

We felt the hotel was very nice and a great value. It was a very clean hotel and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Hotels.com for a wonderful experience.

The people were Southern warm and friendly. The rooms were bigger than expected. Clean, comfortable, and morning breakfast included. I made waffles every morning. Warm complementary baked cookies available throughout the day. Used the Hyatt shuttle next door to get downtown and to the airport. Saved $ 60 in transportation costs for the 3 days!!
