Convenient to city and airport yet quality in a rustic setting

It's almost like being in a museum. The architecture, the art, magnificent. The service is impeccable. The views are great. And the restaurant is fantastic.

Relaxing setting with nice pool, view and gardens. A bit impersonal at times - especially when there's a big event like a wedding taking place. Room was in one of the outbuildings and was noisy at night (music from somewhere else in the hills). Frascati (restaurants, supermarket etc) is about a 20-minute walk but it's not well lit and uphill on the way back - there is however a shuttle bus offered by the hotel at fixed times (to coincide with the hourly trains to Rome). There's not much else in the area surrounding the hotel, except a nice bar/restaurant called 1984 on the main road which is much cheaper than the hotel restaurant.

The photos representing this hotel are misleading. While they may represent better days, it's evident upon arrival that the hotel is very weary and in desperate need of refreshment. We stayed four days. The staff was very accommodating, but the food and facility definitely needed improvement. An interior designer is required and an overhaul on both the grounds and buildings. Fortunately the weather was hot so we enjoyed pool usage, which was for us the saving grace on our stay. Frascati and Grottaferratta are good for a short visit, but that was really all there was to do there.

Although a bit hard to find for tourists who have just flown in to Italy and are finding it hard to both navigate and deal with Italian traffic, we found it excellent. Staff couldn't be more helpful and the villa itself is quite an interesting place to stay being so old. The room was excellent and breakfast also. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place close to the airport.

Hotel was great, people very friendly. The only problem with the hotel is that it shows as being on the outskirts of Rome, this is incorrect because you need to take three trains to get to the center. The hotel is used as as resort for Romans themselves, if you are looking to get away and relax in Italy this hotel is fine

The Pro's: The hotel is super clean. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is helpful and friendly. They aim to please. The Con's: Far from Rome but train is close by. We rented a car at airport and left it at hotel and took train the first two days but then drove into Rome which was better. Parking is not as difficult as we thought in Rome if your patient you will find a spot to park. If you don't want to drive yourself the hotel will bring you and pick you up from the train station. So you can see not really any con"s. Frascatti is a wonderful little town with lots of restaurants. We loved the town ...the people of Frascatti are absolutely wonderful. We took our in-laws the first time to Rome and now we are taking our children back very soon. I will be making reservations again soon.

This hotel is beautiful and in lovely surroundings, very peacful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this hotel three times, and have received the same excellent service each visit. There are plenty of places to eat in Frascati and not the usual tourist food, local food and local wine served in most places. The only negative point is the hotel is about 20 mins walk from the town centre and it is uphill coming back, and no kettle in the room. The hotel do offer a shuttle service which you can book in advance, last shuttle is about 22;30, there is a taxi rank in the town but we have never been able to get a taxi from there. We have booked a taxi through the hotel, or hired a car, which is probably the best thing to do if you want to get out and about. There are hotels in the town but you would not get the views and possibly traffic noise in most places. There is also a train station which can take you into Rome, which is about 15 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Frascati met lovely people and great cutomer service, something which is lacking in the U.K. we will be visiting again in the future.

Beautiful views over Frascati and a great restaurant. Good service and elegant room make this a great stay for a very resonable price.

On arrival we were so impressed with the buildings, garden and the views. We had a reservation from 23 July to 2 August and arrived on 22 July. It was no problem to have our room an extra night. Desk staff are exceptionally helpful at all times. Our room was more than satisfactory and the maid service was good. It was disappointing that breakfast wasn't served in a room with a view but what a breakfast. A selection of everything you could want. Dining room staff were very friendly and efficient. We only have one complaint and that is the cost of wireless internet access on our own computer. It wasn't explained to us that internet access was free in public areas. We had our own transport which made it easier to get around and would certainly stay at the hotel again.

We were able to walk to the town Frascati for dinner but took the hotel provided shuttle back. There were not real sidewalks on the way down so you had to be cautious but it was a nice walk after our drive. There are plenty of restaurants in town and the hotel provided shuttle for the return trip was very nice. We stay at the hotel because we had a morning flight outof Ciampino on RyanAir. The hotel was only about 15-20 minutes away so it was very convenient.

The employee at the front desk were very helpful to recommend very good typical italian restaurant in the nearby city. They also organize a private tour and wine tasting in a nearby vineyards where the owner warmly received us even though we were only a party of 2. The food was excellent at the hotel restaurant. The only complain is the fact taht the restaurant is located in the basement while there are plenty of nice large beautiful antique rooms barely unused on the first floor with a nice view of Rome suburbs

The Parkhotel Villa Graziola was a golden nugget on our month long excursion in Europe. The value was unbeatable. The easiest way to get there is to take a train from Termini to Frascati. Frascati is only a few minutes away from the hotel's perch on top of the hill. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, as is the building. The rooms are located in side villas, but hanging out in the main building is incredible. Frescoes and paintings are all over the place, and the views of Rome are sensational. We cannot wait to get back to Rome. It is very convenient to stay at and take the train to and from Termini everyday as we found out, and that is definitely what we will do in the future. BTW, I do recommend the restaurant. Complimentary prosecco, amuse booches, and other morsels are great, but the meals themselves are top notch. And the breakfast, though 15 euros, is an incredible deal. The cheeses and meats, as well as the fruits, are probably the best food we had on our entire trip!

Absolutely beautiful! Great location. The villa is simply amazing. The restuarant is fabulous too. I would go back there again. Also,convenient location to Rome. Just get the train at the train station 10 minutes away and you are in Rome in 30 minutes.

Stay away from this hotel - I wouldn't want it getting filled up preventing me from returning for another visit as soon as possible. Great location and style. Perfect for Ciampino but not that much hassle from Fumicino. Shuttle bus to and from Frascati every hour gives freedom to roam from this rural location. Highly recommended

die ZImmer sind laut (interne Hotellueftung, nicht regulierbar aus dem Zimmer) und service desk ist unflexibel / interessiert sich nicht dafuer. Alle Zimmer in einem bestimmten Gebaeudeteil weisen diese Eigenschaft auf, (es sind Zimmer einer Preiskategorie) und das Rezeptionsteam liess sich nicht zu einer Verlegung erweichen. Insgesamt schwach, da der service nicht zeitgemaess und bestimmt nicht **** wert.

Zimmer war klein, dunkel und der Blick nach draußen war auf eine verwahrloste kleine Buschanlage. Wir wohnten im Nebengebäude. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Hotelanlage hübsch, Ausstattung antik, aber kalte Ausstrahlung. Essen und jedes Extra überteuert. Keine Liege zum Entspannen im Garten, nur steife Eisenstühle. Poolanlage wird erst im Juni eröffnet. Shuttle funktionierte gut. Ansonsten vom Personal kein großes Entgegenkommen. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

fijn hotel en prima omgeving. Je bent uit de drukte van de stad, maar het vervoer van en naar het station in Frascati en vervolgens naar centrum Rome of naar de vliegvelden, is niet altijd even handig en vraagt wel om enige aanpassing. De trein rijdt 1 x per uur en zondags nog minder vaak. Als je zondags later uit de stad terug wilt zo ongeveer na 8 uur, moet je met de taxi. Het kost extra tijd en geld, maar dat hebben wij er graag voor over gehad.

Très beaux jardins, très belle vue du restaurant, très belle espace piscine, petit déjeuner un peu cher non compris dans le tarif chambre, chambre correcte, à faire et à refaire pour un moment de détente dans un cadre magnifique

Liten men mycket välskött och fin poolarea, trevlig personal. Mycket bra, men kanske inte prisvärd restaurang med fantastisk utsikt. Okej frukostbuffe om man har den inkluderad i priset annars inte prisvärd, dock fullt acceptabel. Vi bodde i annexet, rummen var lite slitna men bekväma och sängarna sköna. Shuttle och tåg till Rom fungerade bra och det tog ca 20 min med bil till Ciampino när vi skulle hem. Bil är nästan ett krav för att bo här dock. Mycket nöjd.

Hotelkamer in bijgebouw. Op zich prima, wat gedateerd maar ruime badkamer en redelijk schoon. Kleine lift. Restaurant in kelder of in de tuin, waar het uitzicht geweldig is. Eten is van zeer slechte kwaliteit. De kaart wekt verwachtingen maar die kan men uberhaupt niet waarmaken. Fantasieloze amuse, diepvriesgarnalen bij een té moeilijke pasta en een schoenzool met niet aangemaakte sla - doe dan geen groente, zoals gebruikelijk in italie - als Taglia di manzo verkopen is ronduit belachelijk. Niet gaan eten.

Sehr schön gelegen, super Service und freundliches Personal, Shuttle-Service zum Bahnhof (gratis), stündlich ein Zug nach Rom (30min), gute Restaurants im Nebenort Frascati, zu Fuss in 20-25min zu erreichen. Zimmer mit viel Stauraum, Bad topmodern (wäre was für zu Hause), schöner Pool. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man sich nicht direkt in Rom einquartieren möchte und sich ins Nachtleben stürzen will.

L' ambiente sede della struttura è incantevole, offre uno splendido panorama su Roma, e nelle giornate con bel tempo offre l' opportunità di rilassarsi nei giardini circostanti, quando non è bel tempo gli interni sono molto ampi e prestigiosi.

It is indeed a very nice hotel with very good service! Only remark: You will need a car.

Gammel patrisiervilla ombygget til hotell. Ble bombet kraftig under krigen, men er senere rehabilitert på en utsøkt måte. Enkelte steder trenger bygningen nå vedlikehold, men ingen av manglende ødela helhetsinntrykket. Fin beliggenhet med utsikt over Roma og kort avstand til hvitvinsbyen Frascati. Gamlebyen med handletorget og et gammelt kirketårn fra 1200 tallet (ikke omtalt i guidbøker) var helt klart verd et besøk. Litt kronglete adkomst, men hotellet tilbyr gratis matebuss til Frascati hvor jernbanen går til Roma og flyplassen. Gratis parkering på eiendommen. Store litt gammeldagse rom, men alt fungerte OK. Glimrende restaurant med utmerket service og ikke minst en uforglemmelig nyttårsfeiring. Vår kelner og hans unge kvinnelige assistent var usedvanlig dyktige. Hotellet passer for en romantisk ferie i vakre og rolige omgivelser.

Het hotel is alleszins aan te bevelen aan iedereen die niet dagen achter elkaar ondergedompeld wil zijn in het superdrukke Rome. Een verademing om telkens terug te komen in dit uitstekend verzorgde hotel, met zijn prachtige uitzicht op Rome, zijn uiterst vriendelijke, voorkomende, dienstbare personeel, zijn heerlijke keuken en smaakvolle inrichting. De shuttle-dienst van en naar het stationnetje van Frascati werkt uitstekend en met de trein ben je in 25 minuten in Rome-Termini. Ik vond het bijna jammer dat de IJslandse as-wolk de andere kant op ging. Terugkomen willen we hier zeker.

Ideal für Städtetrip nach Rom im Sommer. Rom mit Zug in 30 Min. stündlich, erreichbar (1,90 Euro). Kostenloser Busshuttle vom Hotel zum Bahnhof Frascati und zurück. Frascati ist deutlich kühler, ruhiger, preiswerter als Rom. Hotel ist ein sehr schön, restauriertes Schlösschen in gepflegtem mediteranem Park.

Tolles Hotel auch gerade im heißen Sommer, da es außerhalb von Rom nicht ganz so heiß ist. Sehr schöner Pool vorhanden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wird leider nur drinnen serviert. Shuttelservice zur Bahnstation in Frascati funktioniert super. Von dort ist man in 30 Minuten in Rom.

Resturant un peu cher, magré la navette pour Frascati il vaut mieux avoir sa propre voiture. Aucun document touristique sur Rome ou les alentours à l'hôtel, pas d'accès gratuit à internet. Sinon tout le reste était parfait .

Bijzonder hotel (villa uit 16e eeuw) in de heuvels net buiten Rome. Prachtig uitzicht op de stad en een aanrader als je rust zoekt. Via hotel shuttle en trein ben je in een ruim half uur in het centrum. Auto is wel aan te raden, want het ligt verder vrij afgelegen. Kamers vielen wat tegen, maar de service van het personeel maakt dat helemaal goed.
