THE HOTEL MADE THE VISIT. FANTASTICALLY FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY GOOD FACILITIES. A SHORT U-BAHN RIDE TO ANYWHERE.

I had really good time in this hotel. Very pleasent and welcoming crew, clean rooms, quite neightberhood.

Excellent hotel, not too expensive and great location right next to the u bahn and shopping.

This is truly a fine hotel in every respect. I have travelled all over the world, stayed in many lovely hotels and this one is up there with the best. My room was spacious, with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable, although it would have been better to have one large cover rather than the 2 separate ones on the bed. Just a minor inconvenience. The breakfast was excellent, especially since we had the 2 for the price of one deal. Lots of options and beautifully presented. Hotel staff were polite, professional and most of all friendly at all times. Made us feel very welcome. The location, just off the KuDamm was very convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Particularly liked the pizza and pasta place next door to the hotel. I will most certainly come back to the Concorde again and am delighted to give it my highest recommendation.

The hotel and staff rate a five star, but the location is no longer the place to be. "East" Berlin, with its new found popularity, stores, restaurants, and nightlife was, for us, the more attractive location. No coffee maker in the room, however, room service was slick. Restaurant food was great.

Excellent staff and food in restaurant was amazing - fabulous Christmas Eve dinner and much better than I was expecting from a hotel. Cleaning not quite to standard but nothing offensive and it was Christmas so I guess they were a bit less thorough than they might normally be.

Very convenient, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and U-,S- and Bahn-Hofs. 5 Star rating accurate. Hotels.com website listed "Attractions and Resaurants near Berlin" were all in Orlando USA, not quite within walking distance!!

This hotel is very nice! When I arrived at 12:00PM, they allowed us to be early checked in and the room was really fantastic. I will stay at this hotel if I travel to Berlin.

Great place, very good value. Will come again.

Nothing bad at all to say. Big room - helpful staff - great location to the UBahn - lots of restaurants/ shopping around. Didn't use their dining room so can't comment - looked a bit too expensive for us. We loved Berlin and the Concorde was a great help.

We were very satisfied

The hotel was really good, but have to say pretty standard 5 star, the kind of stuff you would expect is what you get. What is different about this hotel is the staff. nothing is too much trouble, a brilliant sense of humour, whatever was asked of them they did quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face. Would stay again and again.

Very good location which is very close to many shopping places and not far from main sightseeing places. Very arguable colors of carpets inside the hotel, 1980th style furniture (looking tasteless), too expensive breakfast (5 times more than in the nearest bakery)

This hotel will meet all your expectations; price is good, location good; safe and very helpful staff!

Perfectly located right next to the Kudamm shopping street. The hotel looks excellent and the service was perfect (they even installed a wifi router in our room after we complained the wifi signal was low in our room).The price is fair and not high at all. We'll definately come back to this one and we'll recommend it to everyone.

The Concorde is the best hotel I have stayed in for a long long time. The room was truly beautiful, and large even by American standards. Everything was very comfortable, and the free wireless internet worked great. Nice in-room safe, minibar refrigerator, and air conditioning-- amenities that are hard to find in Berlin hotels. The staff were exceptional. The neighborhood around the hotel is very nice, and the hotel is convenient to multiple U bahn stations and the S bahn. I got a great rate, and would love to come again if the price is right.

Very good hotel and location. Large rooms and hard beds. But high prices. Gintonic in the hotel bar 16e!

Concorde is a very well located hotel, in the heart of Kudamm, surrounded by shops and restaurants, it has a nice spa area, except for the fact that there is no jacuzzi, which in my opinion is a must for a hotel with that reputation. The rooms are very spacious and confortable and the staff very well trained. I certainly would recommend it.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location just off one of the main shopping streets. It's close to numerous U-Bahn stations so visitor attractions are easy to get it. The wellness/fitness centre is on the second floor and although small it seems to have all that's needed - except a swimming pool. We didn't eat at the hotel but did have a couple of drinks in the bar. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone on a short break to Berlin

Traveling with family on vacation. First, this was an excellent location since all sightseeing tour buses start from this area. There is a subway station just next to the hotel. One of the largest shopping centers KaDeWe is only 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel is modern, fresh, Internet is included. The rooms is a good size and bathroom is quite large. Business center has a self serviced area with computers, printers and scanners which was easy to use. Cannot complain about the service, we arrived early and front desk tried hard to get us a room early. I travelled a lot for business. I would recommend this hotel for leisure as well as business.

Great hotel, great service, friendly and helpful staff. Concierge," Matin" was very knowledgable and was able to get us whatever we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel, great value.

This was an excellent hotel. 5 star appointments and service at a very good value. I would stay here again. The area was slightly less convenient than others but it had good transport links within a very close walk. There are some beautiful shops nearby but the nightlife and restaurants were not as abundant in this area.

My husband and I always take a Christmas city break as our present to each other. This hotel met all expectations by being right next to the U-Bahn (metro), near lots of shops and the room was huge with bespoke wooden furniture, a luxury bathroom and bathrobes to relax in. The room was very, very quiet and yet near a main intersection. It was also lovely and warm considering the temperature was -10 on one of the days. Breakfast was expensive at 28 euros per person but there is no need with so many places nearby to get breakfast. We had a late flight home but they happily kept our luggage for no fee so we could continue exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again even though most of the sights are in the eastern sector of the city the journey on the U-bahn to the centre of this is quick and cheap with an all day ticket for one adult being 6 euros.

The most comfortable hotel we have stayed in, so much so that it was difficult to tear ourselves away and go sightseeing. The offer to upgrade to Club Etoile was worthwhile, giving access to loads of nibbles and drinks. The surroundings are blandly commercial, but good acess to public transport, and good eateries in walking distance. Wish we'd stayed longer.

easy to find, good location in centre of shopping.A short u bahn from most of the tourist sights and sounds.Good value, v luxiourous. Overall enjoyed stay,couldn't fault anything.

very nice and quite hotel. We had the opportunity to stay in exacutive floor at 11 th floor and the benifit of using the clup resturant from 7am to 10pm which was a relaxing area for us. Beautiful view and warm relaxing place.I highly recommond it to any one who need to have a experiance of life in Berlin.

Stayed for 4 days. Staff was helpful and even brought my girlfriend a cake to the room because it was her birthday! Rooms clean and modern. Nothing to complain about!

Perfekt als City -Hotel, die Zimmergänge könnten besser geruchstechnisch betreut werden, da kein angenehme Duft in der Luft liegt.
