Very good hotel and location. Large rooms and hard beds. But high prices. Gintonic in the hotel bar 16e!

Concorde is a very well located hotel, in the heart of Kudamm, surrounded by shops and restaurants, it has a nice spa area, except for the fact that there is no jacuzzi, which in my opinion is a must for a hotel with that reputation. The rooms are very spacious and confortable and the staff very well trained. I certainly would recommend it.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location just off one of the main shopping streets. It's close to numerous U-Bahn stations so visitor attractions are easy to get it. The wellness/fitness centre is on the second floor and although small it seems to have all that's needed - except a swimming pool. We didn't eat at the hotel but did have a couple of drinks in the bar. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone on a short break to Berlin

Traveling with family on vacation. First, this was an excellent location since all sightseeing tour buses start from this area. There is a subway station just next to the hotel. One of the largest shopping centers KaDeWe is only 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel is modern, fresh, Internet is included. The rooms is a good size and bathroom is quite large. Business center has a self serviced area with computers, printers and scanners which was easy to use. Cannot complain about the service, we arrived early and front desk tried hard to get us a room early. I travelled a lot for business. I would recommend this hotel for leisure as well as business.

Great hotel, great service, friendly and helpful staff. Concierge," Matin" was very knowledgable and was able to get us whatever we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel, great value.

This was an excellent hotel. 5 star appointments and service at a very good value. I would stay here again. The area was slightly less convenient than others but it had good transport links within a very close walk. There are some beautiful shops nearby but the nightlife and restaurants were not as abundant in this area.

My husband and I always take a Christmas city break as our present to each other. This hotel met all expectations by being right next to the U-Bahn (metro), near lots of shops and the room was huge with bespoke wooden furniture, a luxury bathroom and bathrobes to relax in. The room was very, very quiet and yet near a main intersection. It was also lovely and warm considering the temperature was -10 on one of the days. Breakfast was expensive at 28 euros per person but there is no need with so many places nearby to get breakfast. We had a late flight home but they happily kept our luggage for no fee so we could continue exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book again even though most of the sights are in the eastern sector of the city the journey on the U-bahn to the centre of this is quick and cheap with an all day ticket for one adult being 6 euros.

The most comfortable hotel we have stayed in, so much so that it was difficult to tear ourselves away and go sightseeing. The offer to upgrade to Club Etoile was worthwhile, giving access to loads of nibbles and drinks. The surroundings are blandly commercial, but good acess to public transport, and good eateries in walking distance. Wish we'd stayed longer.

very nice and quite hotel. We had the opportunity to stay in exacutive floor at 11 th floor and the benifit of using the clup resturant from 7am to 10pm which was a relaxing area for us. Beautiful view and warm relaxing place.I highly recommond it to any one who need to have a experiance of life in Berlin.

Exceptional value for money 5 star hotel, will definitely stay there again

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days during the beginning of August on our first trip to Germany. Having arrived from Schoenfeld airport we got the train to Zooligischer Garden and the hotel is literally a five minute walk away. The room was of the highest standard; extremely clean, spacious, comfortable. Similarly, the bathroom was lovely especially with the walk in shower. The reception were always very polite and extremely helpful in making reservations for dinner. I don't think we could stay anywhere else upon our next trip to Berlin.

Wir steigen regelmässig im Concorde ab, müssen uns aber jedesmal erneut an die jährlich steigenden und übertriebenen Frühstückspreise von derzeit 28,00 €/p.P. gewöhnen. Das Luxus auch Geld kostet ist klar, doch wenn ein Kännchen Tee um die 10,00 € kostet, dann sollte man eventl. auf diesen zusätzlichen Luxus (?) verzichten. Sonst sind wir super mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Angefangen mit dem netten und aufmerksammen Personal, über die Zimmer, der Lage und dem allgemeinen Service!

Erinomainen palvelu ja isot huoneet. Sijainti aivan Kufürstendammin U-Bahn aseman vieressä lähellä Zoologischer Gartenin asemaa josta erinomaiset yhteydet kaikkialle kaupungissa. Aaamu checkin, huoneen vaihto hyvin pienellä välimaksulla isompaan ja myöhäinen checkout onnistuivat kaikki helposti ilman että olimme ottaneet yhteyttä hotelliin ennakkoon.

Отель находится на Берлинских Елисейских полях развлечения,метро,экскурсии,рождественские ярмарки,магазины-рядом. Да и очень красиво

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals war auffallend. Sehr schönes Bistro im Haus.

Väldigt fint hotell. Hög klass på allt. Boka rum på våning 10 eller 11 och njut av att äta frukost i Club Etoile i lugn och ro med fantastisk utsikt över Berlin. Fräscha rum, välstädat och trevlig personal. Vi kommer återvända till detta hotell!

This is a nice hotel close to Kadewe and plenty of other shopping areas around. The musea and other tourist attractions in Berlin are a bit further away and not within walking distance. Checkin service was smooth. Breakfast is 28 euro which usual puts me off but in this case they had a promotion 2 for 1 which sets the price at 14 euros which is reasonable for what's being offered. No water cooker or coffee maker in the rooms which doesn't suit a 5-star hotel in my opinion. Also a welcoming bottle of water is not being offered.. another negative. When making a comment about this during checkout there was a confirmation that this is not suitable for a 5 star hotel. So if this is a known issue why hasn't it been fixed already ? The mattresses are a bit firm but overall the rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and in good shape. We've stayed at better 5-star hotels but overall it was still a satisfying experience.

Fantastisk sommerferietur med kæresten til Berlin i Juli 2011, Hotel Concorde gjorde hele turen værd. Alt personale på hotellet havde et serviceniveau jeg ikke troede eksisterede, altid smilende og meget hjælpsomme. Husk som minimum at bestille "executive room" da dette giver adgang til "Club etoille" på øverste etage. Her har du en smuk udsigt over handelsgaden nr. 1 "ku'damm" og du kan nyde alt hvad du ønsker af drikkelse gratis! Her bliver serveret morgenmad om morgenen, eftermiddags kaffe, snack og drinksbar om aftenen, hertil altid en hjælpsom medarbejder bag disken. Intet dårligt at sige om dette fantastiske hotel og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage!!

Stort enkeltværelse-velindrettet og komfortabelt.

Veldig flott hotell beliggende ved Kurfurstendam. Veldig stort og flott Deluxe rom. Alle ansatte hotellet er gjestfrie og behjelpelige med det meste. Restaurant reservasjoner o.l. Anbefales uten forbehold :-))

Hotel Concorde Berlin - stort hotell med hemmakänsla. Vi sökte ett hotell med dusch då vi inte längre klarar av att kliva i och ur ett badkar. Efter ett visst sökande så hittade vi detta hotellet som har både badkar och separat dusch. Dessutom såg jag att om man till en viss merkostnad bokade rum på 10 eller 11 våningen så fick man fri tillgång till Club Etoile lounge med allt vad det innebar av fri mat och dryck. En eloge vill vi ge till teamet som skötte servicen på Club Etoile ty de fick en att känna sig som hemma. Något direkt dåligt upplevde vi inte och ska väl inte finnas på ett 5* hotell, så om vi kommer till Berlin någon mer gång så bokar vi nog oss där igen.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge, rent och snyggt. Enorm säng och superfint badrum med både dusch och badkar. Frukostbuffén var riktigt bra och vi fick den för halva priset då de hade ett sommarerbjudande just då (den är dock inte värd 28 Euro). Vi är riktigt nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka och bor här igen.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden, obwohl wir uns das Zimmer etwas grösser vorstellten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht im Hotel eingenommen (Langschläfer;-).

Tijdens mijn verblijf zijn we goed verzorgd. Bij aankomst met de taxi werden we onder begeleiding van de portier met een paraplu naar de receptie begeleid. Tijdens het inchecken werd onze bagage naar de suite gebracht. De suite was ruim van opzet en comfortabel. Op de 11e etage zit een lounge waar je gezellig een drankje kan drinken. Al met al ben ik zeer tevreden over dit hotel.

Freundlicher Empfang, vorbildliches Personal. Ruhige Zimmer. Man fühlt sich als Gast, so wie es sein soll. War nun unser 2. Aufenthalt und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Frühstück ist etwas überteuert, aber gut. Der Raum ist etwas unpassend und eng, was aber nur eine Randnotiz ist und das Hotel nicht abwerten soll.

Läget är toppen för den som vill komma nära bra shopping och trevliga restauranger. Citykärnan nås enkelt med tåg/tunnelbana. Trevlig personal och rymliga rum. Ett förstaklas hotell som håller vad det lovar.
