Microtel Inn by Wyndham Victor/Rochester - فيكتور

It was alright. The bed was uncomfortable but I am used to a soft pillowtop. Mosteverything else was OK. Advertised for pay movies and there were none, though. pretty good for price.

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and we asked for a room away from the freeway. It was quiet and a great place to stay.

The hotel was adequate and easy to find. We arrived on a Friday evening and after being gone all day Saturday found that our room had not been tidied up or the bed made that day but returning Sunday evening, the room was cleaned. The pillows were very firm and unyielding. The bed was also firm. The hotel was clean and breakfast was sufficient. You could hear a fair amount of highway noise but could tune it out after awhile. No frills but sufficient for our needs A Chilis restaurant is adjacent.

Hotel and room was clean and staff were friendly, no complaints there. The room was small but your only there at night to sleep. Convenient to restaurants and shopping and the Waterloo Premium Outlet.

People were very friendly, bathroom could use a little fixing up

I think I figured out the special online pricing thing -- even though this place was near-empty, our room was placed on the highway side of the building, so we had highway noise all night long. In general, I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you're willing to ask for a different room.

Good service, comfort. But highway noise. Very close to the highway. Breakfast was good. No Pool.

I had a front room, so it was closer to the expressway and I could hear the trucks rolling by every 30 seconds. I would suggest that you change shower curtains on a regular basis and use bleach on the tubs. There was a strong urine smell from shower curtains and tub. The service was friendly.

Doing business in the nearby Victor, NY I found this hotel and its location to be more than adequate. WiFi works well and the experience was a pleasant one and without incident. I'm sure to keep this hotel in mind should I visit again.

Just what I wanted --- a clean bed in a clean room at a reasonable price. Good continental in the morning, easy on, easy off major roads.

This hotel offers good value for the low price we paid. My trip was to Brockport, within an hour of the Rochester-area hotel, and I stayed there as the hotel cost was much less than hotels in the Brockport area. although the breakfast offered could have had more variety, it was quite adequate for our needs. There is a Chili's restaurant by the driveway entrance, so dinner was easy to get without traveling.

I have stayed at a bunch of Microtels i the past and they are always very consistent and very well maintained and kept. Never have complaints when staying at a Microtel. Fairly priced for a nice room and good service.

Good price for what you get. Clean rooms and friendly, accommodating staff. Window glass is stained / fogged by broken seals. We had ripped out section of carpeting. No smoking facility.

This hotel is private and good for the price the room was clean. Front desk was fast. Easy check in and out.

At least 10th stay at this motel in last 3 years. Always clean, friendly and helpful staff on duty. Nice breakfast in morning, complimentary coffee and juice available 24 hours. Also a nice place if you have pets with all the outside grounds available.

Clean room, nice staff. I wish there were more options with the continental breakfast but other than that. I would stay here again.

Good hotel for the money. Stayed overnight on way to Syracuse. The value is hard to beat. Right by the thruway and nearby the mall and other restaurants and bars. Only thing that could be improved is the bathroom which looks dated and worn out.

Stay was great, service was great, only need to clean behind the beds and upgrade the soaps n shampoos

We stayed here trying to save money, which we did. Our first room had a leaky ceiling, and the bathroom still had some dirty, crumpled linens. We switched out after we discovered the leak (but it had soaked our winter coats). The second had no major flaws. The bed was a little below average, but adequate. The shower head was strange and either did a directed blast or a ridiculously wide spray. Breakfasts were very basic, but fine. Staff were nice. Overall, wouldn't stay again.

It served the purpose for an "in and out" quick stay. Did enjoy the extras in kitchen area, but did'nt have time to par take.

Although the seat cushions in the room were badly soiled, I still would have rated this hotel a great deal for the price....if not for the fact that there was no apparent sound barrier between guest rooms. When your next door neighbors are "active" from 10pm to 6am there is little chance that you will get any sleep even if you complain.

Great hotel By The price

When we first checked into our room we discovered the heater didn't work. We went to the front desk and the friendly attendant switched us to a different room with no issues. We were traveling for the holiday and only stayed one night and found the room to be perfect for our needs. The room was a bit small so if we needed to stay longer it could have become a little cramped. The location was great; close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways.

Our overnight stay was comfortable. The rooms are small and not recommended for long term stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Eastview Mall in Victor and other stores.
