hotel was convenient and in fair condition for price . no bar or food service there , not even coffee . was well located on start of the island and very close to London Bridge . we would stay there again .

Hotel is convinient for all locations to watch. 2 lake beaches with in less than a mile range. Only bad thing about the hotel is Poor maintenance. Hotel smells soo bad. Lift carpet is soo dirty you can smell soo bad throughout the hotel. Service is good. Just maintenance is worst.

The location of the hotel was great but the hotel itself is in need of some improvements. The hallways had a moldy smell and the pillows were rock hard. Price was OK.

Me and my sister stayed here for a couple of days over spring break, it was a fine place to stay in. Room was nice and clean with a fridge and microwave, the pool was lovely and the staff very helpful. It was about a 10 minute walk to the main strip with the bars etc.

Upon check-in, we were satisfied enough. The room was okay, although not real clean. However, it was full of spring breakers and at night they were riding the luggage carts up and down the tile hallway which was very noisy and the walls and ceiling were so thin you could hear everything!!!

It was a nice clean hotel. For the money, you got what you paid for. The pool was nice, and it had a jacuzzi. It would have been nice to have more than just coffee in the morning. There wasn't even any tea or hot water. This hotel gives you the basics. Tiny bars of soap, no lotion (you even get lotion at Motel 6). But it was clean. Parking was good if you bring a boat or trailer. I would stay there again.

We only needed a convenient place to stay while visiting friends, and this fit the bill. The hotel is nothing special, the only two things we saw were the front desk and our room, but the staff was friendly, the hotel is pet-friendly which was great for us, and it was no-frills. Beds weren't too comfortable, air conditioner was INCREDIBLY loud, which made our night frustrating as it was too loud to leave on all night, yet the room warmed up too much when you turned it off. If you aren't expecting too much, you'll have a nice stay here! Convenient location and cheap rates the weekend we were there!

Just one small complaint. The check out time was listed as 12 noon. Both times we stayed there the door lock cards were deactatvated prior to that time, My wife and I were out walking both times and returned by 11:00 and could not get into the room to retrive our luggage. Everything else was just fine..

No frills or thrills - no breakfast, coffee only no tea! - but adequate for an overnight stay.

reasonable walk to park then bridge or consider long walk to the end of point to visit all the light houses.

I was very tired and wanted to take a shower when we arrived. I could not believe it. When I turned the water to the way I like it and stepped into the shower. The water kept changing at one moment I thought I was going to freeze and not over that shock. I had to jump out of the shower because it became so hot I thought it was going to burn me. The toilet seat was loose and moved every time you sat down. They had all the easy access parking on one side of the entrance for handy cap; which is fine, but on the other side of the entrance it was for employees. So the regular guest had to walk further to the entrance of the hotel.

We will plan to stay at The Island Inn when we next visit the Lake Havasu area.

The Hotel and the Staff were good, the only thing that I would like to see changed is introduction of King Sized beds at this hotel. If they can have at least a few rooms with King beds, it will be a huge plus for them...

Super quiet, clean, close to town

Close to the London Bridge and all the shops & restaurants there. The room was a nice size & comfortable.

Despite finding a clean room the hotel could use some serious updating. There was a uncomfortable smell in the lobby area throughout our stay which may be the result of the dirty carpeting. There is a 'restaurant/lounge that was not operational during our visit. The desk staff was found to be friendly and able to answer all of our questions. It was unfortunate as the hotel location is perfectly situated near the town beach and London Bridge.

Clean and polite staff Great deal.

Very nice people work there. Taylor was the best.. Great location.

This hotel is painted an awful pink, I guess so you'll remember where it is. We stayed only two nights, out backs wouldn't have lasted a third on the cheap beds. The floor in the bathroom must be washed with dirty water as you could see it in the grout. Carpets through out were filthy. When we checked in the young lady at the front desk was very nice, but on check out a young man could barely lift his eyes to take out door keys, and not even a thank you! No I will not stay here again!!

Great rates, great location. Clean and reasonably comfortable. We would stay there again.

The hotel and location were very convenient and the rooms were surprisingly clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Was old but clean. Great for place to shower and sleep beds were actually comfortable

The good: front desk staff very friendly and helpful, closest location to lake, pool clean and in good working condition, room clean, smelled fine, and in good working condition, air conditioning in room got very cold, great price. The bad: the common areas (hallways, elevators) had a funny, musty smell, restaurant on site has been closed for about a year (but not updated on booking sites), air conditioning in room was a window-type so it was either on or off. We got very cold at night (but this was better than the alternative: it was a low of 90 at night).

We have stayed at this hotel before, so I knew what to expect. Nothing fancy. Room is relatively clean and the air conditioning works. The rooms are also very reasonably priced. That's about all we want after a day on the lake. Decent restaurants are very close too. I don't think I would want to spend more than a couple of nights here, but it works for what we do, a cool place to sleep between days on the lake.

We arrived late at night and had no problems checking im. The staff were friendly and always willing to answer any questions we had. We extended our stay for two extra nights without problems. The room was very comfortable (double bed). The hotel is located 5 min walk from the London bridge, the beach, restaurants and bars (might want to drive there when the temperature is over 115, tooo hot). We would come back in a heart beat.

For the price, the Inn was a decent place to stay. Nothing fancy. Just basic motel accommodations. No real ammenities. Check in feels like a desk at a gym. The common areas could use good vacuum. Location is about two blocks from London Bridge which is a plus. But the inn is a place to sleep nothing more.

This place was not nearly a 4.1. rating. If you expect to stay in a subpar, mold infested, urine smelling room, then 4.1 out of 5 is great! Even the people at the check in were not very professional. I have stayed at motel 6's in Podunk, USA that were better than this place.

Great price, good location on the island. Ample boat parking. The hotel furnishings could stand to be updated but worth the value. Not a luxury hotel or a destination hotel, a clean place to stay near the tourist/boating area.

Shoddy linens, sink didn't drain correctly, bed uncomfortable. No restaurant or bar.
