My experience at this hotel was nothing but pleasant. It surpassed my expectations. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I really look forward to going back to this hotel.

Very comfortable room, nicely decorated. This is a historical building as it was originally built by Porfirio Diaz daughter probably in the late 1800's. Highly recommended!

The entire staff was extremely professional and helpful. They also arranged transportation to our meetings in the city and then to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel; great staff, very safe place, excellent location, and (if you are lucky enough to stay over on saturday) an excellent Sunday all-you-can-eat brunch, complete with live music! The 'standard' room was not massive, but still very comfortable and clean. I would use this hotel again, definitely. Highly recommended.

As in the past years, I find that the Emporio Reforma is always my choice of stay in Mexico City.

This is the ideal business hotel. There is great wireless access everywhere, you can sit with your laptop in the cafe for hours, and the restaurant is good for meetings. I think I was the only female guest, so it was me and The Suits (this is THE hotel for Mexican businessmen), although apparently Lady Gaga had been there the week before. Don’t let this make your think the place is plush--an average room like mine was small, modest, and affordable (booked over the Internet). The room was clean, although the curtains, desk, and chair were a bit grimy. The windows opened for fresh air and the staff was very attentive. I’ll stay here again provided I get a good rate. The location is great, although Roma is far more hip.

was a comfortable hotel in the middle of the city and close all attractions. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The in house restaurant offered great meals at an affordable price and service was again friendly and very helpfull, also had staff who spoke english which helped out immensely. Room was small but comforable and clean and modern.

We were very pleased with the hotel itself. It was clean, the service was very good, and the location is outstanding. We were close to the museums, palacio nacional, and the neighborhood was safe. There are restaurants all around, and the restaurant and cafe in the hotel were good. When we go back to Mexico City - we plan to stay in the same hotel. The hotel even referred us to a tour guide who was excellent...we couldn't be happier with all of it.

The rooms were very very small and they only had 1 full size bed in the room. The air conditioning did a poor job of cooling the room. Everything else was fine.

as a seasoned Latin traveler, this hotel, is a great deal. location, service, cleaness, safety, food, Internet, all are very good. Rooms have direct cable connections for laptops. bathroom was large, very nice. food was very good, and reasonable. City is building Convention center, across street. Can walk streets at night. Bring DVDs, has player in room. bobby

Very nice hotel with excellent service

From the initial check in (which was very late at night) to the moment we left I was extremely pleased. I scored an amazing rate on the room, which was small, but clean, very comfortable and nicely appointed. The rooms all have flatscreens and dvd players in them, and a very unique paneling and lighting set up in the room. The small size really wasn't an issue, and the jacuzzi tubs made up for everything at the end of a day of exploring the city. Despite a very central location (maybe a 10 min walk from the Angel) I wasn't bothered at all by the noise. Although I was with a city native and language wasn't an issue, I didn't see a single staff member that didn't speak at least a little english, and everyone was extremely helpful. I would def stay here again.

stayed in a standard room and it was small, becomes tight with two people sharing space. they also have a petite room, can't imagine a room much smaller than the standard I had. Bathroom is great, bed was very very comfortable. restaurant is very limited, only two wines available. Fruit and beans were canned and not fresh, something you would not expect in Mexico where both are abundant. location is perfect.

I have stayed several times at this hotel and the rates are excellent, the rooms are modern, almost "design hotel" quality. Cheaper rooms are small but well done. Location is not the best, depending on where your meetings are. There are not a lot of high quality restaurants within walking distance, though walking in DF is not always recommended.

So quite rooms that you can not hear street traffic on reform. The location was great but encounterd a bit of traffice due to insurgentes crossing reforma because both streets are major streets. location was perfect and the hotel has class. old but done well.

I was really happy with making the choice to stay at this hotel. I stayed at a lot of hotels in my travels, and I think this is the best one for the price that I have stayed at. The condition of the hotel and room was great. The location is perfect. I would really recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico City.

Though the staff was friendly and attending. The one thing we did not care for was being questioned every other day if I was a guest there ? or in what room number we were staying in. The front desk seemed to be forgetful as to who was staying there. Also, the breakfast buffet that was purchased with this package was not discounted at checkout-time, causing confusion when trying to settle your account in turn causing a fiasco when paying the final bill due. The supervisor at the front desk seemed to be quite forgetful. The room should of been quite larger for this "standard room" rate. The air-conditioning did not function properly.

The hotel location is gr8 and the hotel was very good value for money. THe rooms are quite small but it serves the purpose. THe staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

NO ES LO QUE APARECE EN LAS FOTOS ADEMAS NO HAY RELACION ALGUNA ENTRE PRECIO NI CALIDAD, TARDAN EN DAR RESPUESTAS APROBLEMATICAS, LA HABITACION EXTREMANDAMENTE PEQUEÑA Y MUY MALA VISTA DE LA CIUDAD, ENCONTRAMOS UNA GUARDA BUCAL DEBAJO DE LA CAMA, NO HACEN CASO LAS PERSONAS DE RECEPCION DEL HOTEL, BUENA UBICACION , EN GENERAL NO REGRESARIA

LA HABITACIÓN PARA DOS PERSONAS MUY PEQUEÑA SOLO UNA CAMA MATRIMONIAL BAÑO COMODO MUY LIMPIO. PASILLOS DEL HOTEL MUY OSCUROS. ASÍ COMO HABITACIONES INTERIORES.

Muy buen servicio y atención.

Las habitaciones del hotel, cuentan con todas las comodidades. Aunque la estructura es vieja, se ha remodelado y cuenta con todos los servicios actualizados. En conclusion excelente.

Hotel tres propres et tres calmes, chambres tres bien equipées avec ecran plan, station ipod, immense salle de bain. Le personnel est a l'écoute mais ne parle que espagnol et un tout petit peu anglais, mais sont tres serviables. L'hotel est en centre ville, non loin de la place des mariachis (que je vous conseille)

Localização perfeita, atendimento excepcional, aptos com muito conforto.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, closet mini, alfombras sucias y las vistas de las ventanas es mentira q dan a reforma, ni siquiera a a calle. Dan a unas azoteas y tendederos
