Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We got to the hotel at 8am and they got us coffee got the maid to make up our room and let us check in by 9am and then offered us breakfast which was very good. Extremely friendly

Any evaluation must necessarily be based on the relation between price and performance. Hotel is OK, and the nights at weekend prices were a real bargain. Got room away from street and had no noise at all.The hotel was of course equally good the night after the weekend at normal price, but with the location in a silent quarter outside the city center a bit expensive. Staff was very friendly - all of them. A tip for tourists: Tram line number 1 is certainly not from this century, but it runs from around the corner every few minutes and takes you downtown in less than 10 minutes.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, close to some great shopping strip and close to central milan...highly recommend this hotel plus the buffet breakfast was amazing

I picked this hotel because it was close to the Milan Central railway station. I enjoyed being walking distance to may of the historic sites. My room was quiet and clean. Good morning breakfast was served. Many food selections to choose from.

The hotel was very nice and clean and was located very good! walking distance to buenos aries street and just 15 minutes walk to down town. The only thing that made me very upset was that 1st night we didnt receive the room that we was suppose to have. received it after the 1st night. I would recommend this place and I would visit it again!

A wonderful Best Western with great and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet, with one exception - the walls seem very thin/no insulation, so when people close their room doors or talk in a neighboring room, you can hear every word. The neighborhood is quiet, but late at night there are a couple of nearby clubs that have a lot of people standing around outside. We never felt a safety issue, but it's something to be aware of if you're coming back late at night.

This hotel is located close to the centre of Milano. Just a few steps away from the Scala, Cathedral, main shopy streets, bars, clubs and good restaurants.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during the Grand Prix and it was very enjoyable. The location was great as it was really close to the metro stations and great service! Breakfast was included in our stay, so that was a bonus. The pillows could be slightl bigger in the room. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value!

The hotel looked nice and room was spacious by European standards with a huge bathroom and comfortable bed if you like hard beds, which I do. I asked for extra blankets which were so warm and cozy. Bathroom huge, quiet area but nothing to walk to. Breakfast great and free. Friendly staff but the clerk forgot our wake up call even though we told him many times we need to get up early to catch our flight home. Would have missed flight if didn't set alarm on our cell phone as back up. He also claimed he couldn't turn off the automatic light in the bedroom that goes off every to E you move near the closet or bAtbroom which would have woken us up if one person got up for any reason and the light then stats on for five minutes or so. So acted it cooled off, we unscrewed it! Bathrooms huge and great smelling gels in there. Clean and crisp hotel and quiet. Just bring an alarm clock and prepare to unscrew the light.

I am a National artist and stayed here due to a friend. this place is a complete rip off. Beds are horrible, rooms are smelly and worst of all is the customer service when you have a complaint. I make lots of money and understand you get what you pay for. however, i do not expect just because prices are down that customer appreciation would be down also. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This was an unexpectedly good hotel, spotless and central between the main rail station and the centre of town. Room was a little small but very quiet and the location was not that bad considereing there were a few massage parlours around. Would stay again quite happily.

I stayed 5 nights recently in May 2011 - a good spot that I'd choose again. Young, helpful staff, good breakfast, rooms equal to others in area and price range I've seen. One issue - no kleenex in rooms - there's only toilet paper, which is a pain to blow your nose with - . Bonus - the a/c worked better than any Italian hotel I've stayed in - nice. Wifi works better from some rooms than others, so be sure to ask for a room with good signal in it.

I could not believe how small the room was. The picture was misleading. Although the service and the condition of the hotel was commendable the room left a lot to be desire. I felt I was in a closet. The shower was so small that I could not move and had to only stay in one position. If you are only looking for a room to sleep, this is the place. If you need a room to work in at night, hang out after a long day, or pass the time for a while this is not a place to stay in. The room was overpriced for what it offered. However, being fair this hotel was very clean and has a killer breakfast with free WI-FI.

I stayed in many different hotel in Milano and I was happy with this one. the team is friendly, the bar is quite nice, there are some restaurant not so far and especially la Risacca one of the best fish restaurant of Milano is around the corner. Breakfast is nicely presented and sufficiently diversified to satisfy the majority. The internet is all over the hotel, but for skype better have a laptop than a smart phone because it will not sustain the speed. the biggest draw back is the size of the room. If for one or two nights and alone, no problem you will be surprised but will not feel the confinment , for more than two nights or if you travel with wife forget about it, no way to turn around the bed. I will definitely go back if alone and for short stay, but when i will be with my wife I will go somewhere else. I can say that i enjoyed my stay there. In case you go during the cold months of wintter remember to ask the reception to adjust the temperature in your room and make sure to not waste energy by opening the window or turning the A/C on to cool it down. This hotel is in walking distance from the main train station about 10 minutes and also from Duomo about 20 minutes, a very pleasant walk both ways.

10 minute walk from central station, very efficient and welcoming at reception.Bedrooms very clean if a little small. Great to have coffee-making facilities. Only downside were the hard pillows, not very cosy! The breakfast was very good- hot and cold choices and the coffee was tasty, especially as it was from a machine. Reasonable rates and lots of nice bars locally. Great 'happy hours' with lovely tapas-style food and lively atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had 2 nights plus a full day in Milan and wanted to be reasonably close to both the main railway station and city centre and this hotel suited our needs. Breakfast was included in the rate and the spread available was more than adequate.

The hotel is not that close to the train station or to the City Centre - its somewhere in between. the neighbourhood was not that great either. But the hotel itself, the staff and services were great. Probably good for business travelers or rendez-vous's, but not for tourists

The Hotel Felice Casati was a pleasant surprize for me. I usually stay at the other best western hotel "Cristoforo Colombo" which I love. but it was unavailable for my travel dates. I chose Hotel Felice Casati because it is across from my favorite restaurant "Casati 19" and i thought it would save me walking time in the evening. What a super combination! The hotel was even better then the Colombo for me. The staff was fantastic, totally friendly and helpful in every way. The room was extremely clean. The airconditioner worked. and the breakfast buffet was better then most Italian hotels. This hotel is great if you will be shopping all day on the Corso. Since Milan is a big city, you should consider what you will be doing while you are here. The Metro is around the corner from this hotel making it easy to get anywhere in the city. I would highly recomend this hotel, and will certainly be coming back on my next shopping trip to Milan!

Really pleasantly surprised with this hotel, a real find in central Milan, you can walk anywhere central. Rooms and modern and very clean, comfortable beds and excellent fresh buffet breakfast. Very good value for money indeed and way better than many other places I've stayed in a similar price range! Will definitely be going back....nice staff too!

Lovely hotel and location is great for the train station. Rooms a little on the small side for a 4 star hotel but everything else is as expected. Very good breakfast and service.

The price charged for 4 nights from Monday to Thursday in mid-October was way too expensive to justify for the level of service, cleanliness, comfort of the hotel. The free wireless internet only works in foyer but not room. Not quite a 4-star hotel in my opinion.

the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the station. Reasonably easy to find (near the main shopping avenue - Via Buenos Aires). The team working there are very polite, helpful and speak english. The room itself was clean, pleasent and nice. The only problem we had was the bathroom with 1 of the taps falling off. Breakfast was reasonable but they there should have been more vegatarian options and labelling off what meats were there. I felt that this part was a let down especially since the fruit juices were made with water and did not give the right taste. As said previously its proximity to the shopping centre was great and to the metro was fantastic. A 3 station ride to the cathederal was good. Overall i would reccommend the hotel

Hotel was First Class and a pleasure to stay at. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room was small but perfectly formed, as they say. Room cleaned and made up every day on request by leaving card on door, or not. Breakfast was again First Class. Could not fault anything about this Hotel. If i am back in Milan will not go anywhere else. Read some other reviews before booking, that's why we booked it. Perfect location, a walk to the end of the street and we were at the Metro which got us where we wanted to go.

The hotel is vey clean and spoucious. However, this is not very near to metro which you may need to walk around 10 mins from metro to hotel

If you're a light sleeper, this hotel is not for you.

Mooi net hotel, alleen jammer van het keiharde bed en de te kleine douchecabine. Verder een hele schoon en verzorgde kamer en goed ontbijt.

Jätte bra service och rent och fräsht rum och hotell. Bra läge. Två min från metro och shopping street. Super frukost! Ända negativa att det var väldigt hårda sängar.

Fiquei durante sete dias neste hotel. Os atendentes eram solícitos, salvo um ou outro. A localização do hotel é muito boa, próximo da Estação Central e da Estação Porta Veneza, então para se locomover para as cidades dos arredores é muito cômodo. Há bons restaurantes nas proximidades, um que vale a pena conhecer é o Pure e Semplice(não irá se arrepender) que fica na mesma rua do hotel, a umas duas quadras em direção a Corso Buenos Aires. Não visite o restaurante que fica em frente ao hotel (restaurante Casati). Fui lá duas vezes e nas duas vezes tentaram me passar a perna na conta, na primeira vez em dez euros na somatória da conta e na segunda vez eles ao mandarem a conta da refeição colocaram preços diferente daqueles que estavam no cardápio. Se a pessoa não sabe se comunicar em italiano não fala nada e fica por isso mesmo. Percebi que isso é tática deles. Portanto fica a dica caso não queria ser logrado. Quanto ao hotel o café da manhã do hotel é muito bom (servido a partir das7hs) , nada excepcional mas muito bom e no dia do meu retorno como ia sair do hotel às 05:30hs da manhã pedi para tomar café antes e deixaram na recepção 1 sacolinha de papel contendo 1 maçã, iogurte, bolos doces e bolachas. No quarto já tem a chaleira elétrica com café solúvel e chá. Já é uma ótima alternativa quando não se tem tempo e precisa comer alguma coisa. A única observação é que o isolamento acústico dos quartos não é muito bom então eu ouvia um bater de portas todas as manhãs, mas nada insuportável. Voltaria a este hotel, além de que pontos turísticos principais eu visitava a pé, saindo do hotel levava uns 30 minutos de caminhada até o Duomo.

fint hotel - god service - rart og venligt personale. Fin beliggenhed i gå afstand til down town endnu tættere til metro. Rigtig fin morgenmad. Kan kun anbefales til en storbyferie.

紹介写真と実際では印象が違いがっかり、周りも柄が良くない。駅まで徒歩10分だが、中心まで遠く不便。設備、維持、清潔度は良好、朝食も立派だが、部屋は狭い。料金は高過ぎ。他の四つ星、ベストウェスタンホテルより劣る。

Very nice hotel, large bedroom and bathroom (We had ordered a Standard room). Wood floors (No carpet). We took the shuttle bus from Malpensa to the central station. The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from the central station and 30 minutes walk to the Duomo. Our favourite restaurant was in Brera, Via Fiori Chiari 20. Via Fiori Chiari is a pedestrian street with many restaurants close to the Brera Museum (and not far from the Sforzesco Castle).

중앙역에서 멀지않고 다운타운과 가까운위치에 있어서 이동이편안함. 생각보다 방이 작고 화장실이 더작았다.

Beliggende i stille gade, og tæt på metro og sporvogn samt station, inden for 10-15 min gang. Gode spisesteder i nabolaget, og hyggelig park. Morgenmads restauranten fungerede fint, der var alt hvad man kan tænke sig, friskt og dejligt. Værelserne var ikke store, men pæne og rene. Personalet var smilende, venlige og imødekommende, og serviceminded.

I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL FOR 4 DAYS BETWEEN 16-20 JULY. I HAD A MEETING FOR 1 DAY ONLY AND WENT TO MILAN WITH MY WIFE TO SEE AROUND AND DO SHOPPING. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL. CHECK IN WAS GOOD, ROOM IS NOT THE BIGGEST ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN UT OK THIS IS A BIG CITY AND YOU ONLY NEED A BED AND BATHROOM. BREAKFAST WAS TASTY AND ENOUGH CHOICES. INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE HOTEL WAS FREE. NOT VERY HIGH SPEED BUT STILL OK. WIFI SIGN IS THE BEST IN 1ST FLOOR WHAT THE STAFF SAID. PARKING OUTSIDE THE HOTEL IS AVAILABLE ON THE STREET; PLS NOTE THAT YOU CANNOT PARK INSIDE THE YELLOW LINES. YOU CAN ONLY PARK IN BLUE LINES. SUNDAYS FREE PARKING. OTHER DAYS 8:00 TO 20:00 COSTS 1,20 € PER HOUR. SHOPPING DISTRICT CORSO BUENOS AIRES IS JUST 1-2 MINS WALK AWAY. DUOMO IS 15-20 MINS WALK AWAY. OR YOU CAN TAKE THE METRO FOR 3 STOPS. EASY. CENTRAL STATION IS ALSO JUST (5-6 MINS)A SHORT WALK NEARBY. THERE IS BUS IN EVERY 30 MINS GOING TO MALPENSA AT 7,50 € PER PERSON. I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR BOTH BUSINESS & PLEASURE TRAVELLERS.
