Good Location....near airport, free shuttle bus from airport to hotel..

Stay was comfortable and room clean and nice location. Staff was very helpful for what I needed which wasn't alot. -I walked everywhere and did not eat breakfast chose to go to the local boulangerie. If you rent a car think about storing it in a different location the garage is very tight and terrible turn to get out. Pull your mirrors in.

Does exactly what it needed. The surrounding neighbourhood is very quiet at evenings/weekends, but the city centre is a short walk across the river and there are some nice bars and cafes on the river bank. Rooms aren't brilliantly sound-proofed - lots of front doors coming off a small corridor, but it didn't cause too much trouble.

Nice bed, clean room, sufficient space for 2 person. Good service, friendly staff. Bathroom is ok although no complimentary haircomb nor cleaning kit. Breakfast was not included in the rate, which I prefer, but the price was outrageous anyway (15 EUR / pax !), so we never tried it (restaurants' are cheaper and better) Only "major" setback: except CNN and BBC, no english-speaking TV channels at all (nor spanish, nor italian), just french channels. And no "dual mode" option to listen to the series / movies' in the original language. No subtitles either. Therefore, for those visitors that cannot understand french: bring your own movies / TV shows.

Booked this at short notice and was happy with the rate (Breakfast was extra). Location was good, half way between the Train Station (beside the large shopping centre) and the main city centre. Polite and heplful reception at check-in. Access to the rooms were across a garden courtyard. Room size was fine for one. The bed was very comfortable and the room on the 4th floor overlooking the Garden was spotless. Breakfast was in the restaurant downstairs, was pricey for what you got, but was handy.

The reception staff were great and the underground parking was good. Room was OK but the breakfast was very poor. Staff unhelpful, not much left to eat and pastries what was left were awful, not what you expect in France. We would probably have been better off the other side of the river and walked there for our evening meal.

For a night this hotel is well located, a moderate walk from both the train station and the nearest metro. Staff was helpful concerning questions about Lyon, where to eat, and the room. Parking was a maze of complicated phone calls to open various doors and take the lift which deposits you in another building. The computer in the lobby is a joke, painfully slow, needs constant password changes, and when it quits working, staff gives up too quickly. Server down, oh well. . .not so good when one is trying to accomplish online airline check-in.

We were pleased with the Best Western Crequi. The room and bathroom were a good size, especially for European standards. The staff was helpful. Although this hotel was in Part Dieu and not in the middle of Lyon, it was easy to walk to the center and take the subway. We drove and the hotel has a garage (we called the day before to make a reservation for the parking). You have to pay for parking, but it was very convenient.

Located halfway between the train station and old town (all the sites and restaurnts). A good choice.

This hotel was at best at the bottom end of what you expect from a Best Western Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean but quite basic. Location is good and walking distance to the Rhone river and shops on the other side. Staff were helpful and polite

The description says the hotel has A/C which it does, but it doesn't work well. we ended up opening the windows which meant we heard street noise all night long

that's about the only good thing to say....

The hotel is clean, efficient and predictable and the front desk staff, except for one rather overbearing young woman, friendly and helpful. It is not that convenient to the train station; certainly walking there is convoluted. The trolley would have been an easy way if it had been running but we left quite early. The shopping mall that separates it from the train station is a bit of a dump. On the other hand, it is close to a lively main street, an excellent bouchon and Bocuse's spectacular Les Halles. One quirk: the outdoor sprint between front desk and elevators for the rooms is odd, particularly given Lyon's frequent rain. There are umbrellas there to shelter you, however

The hotel itself was adequate for our needs (a one night stop over on our way to Calais from Nice) however it was impossible to find. We had a Sat-Nav (address is incorrect on the system) the print out map from Hotels.Com and a small map of Lyon in our guidebook. It still took three hours of driving around Lyon and a very patient hotel receptionist to guide us in by phone. Incidentally, we did manage to find the four other stops on our trip without difficulty.

S'il n'avait pas plu, j'aurai pu recommander cet hôtel. Hélas, dès 5 heures du matin, nous avons eu un bruit d'écoulement des eaux dans le mur contre lequel était notre tête de lit .... il s'agissait de la descente de goutière !!! Et comme il a plu toute la matinée. Nous étions plutôt content de n'être restés qu'une nuit.

dans l ensemble assez satisfaisant...accueil tres chaleureux...par contre avons eu tres froid dans notre chambre (n° 52)...d autre part ayant oublie un "shorty", on me certifie ne pas l avoir retrouve ???????????

hotel trés bien placé. Les chambres pour 3 en RDC sont un peu petites.

Les quettes des lits extraordinaires vaut le détour,par contre le garage pour une voiture BMW 700 trop étroite

Un hôtel confortable et correctement situé.Il faut malheureusement signaler l'accueil désagréable, froid et austère, ou au contraire terriblement obséquieux , le personnel du petit déjeuner qui ignore le verbe sourire. C'est dommage.

Buena situación, a 15 min andando de Part Dieu y a 5 min del Ródano. Zona tranquila, lejos del bullicio. Trato agradable. La habitación privilege podría pasar por un 4 estrellas.

L'hôtel est très bien. Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour le week-end. Le seul hic c'est d'être obligé de donner les coordonnées de sa carte bancaire (même quant la chambre a été prépayée) au cas où "on viderai le mini bar dans la chambre sans le payer". Ils considèrent leurs client comme des voleurs. La majorité des clients sont honnête. Si ils ne savent pas faire la différence, il faut qu'ils changent de métier. Dans le commerce, il y a toujours un risque.... mais en aucun cas il faut faire porter la faute de certaines personnes indélicates à l'ensemble de la population ou alors enfermer tout le monde sous prétexte qu'il y a un voleur. J'ai trouver cette démarche injurieuse. @+

Trop cher pour ce que c est! Les chambres sont impeccables et la situation idéal mais cela reste un hotel pour gens pressés pas pour une clientèle touristique car il n a aucun charme et pas de baignoire, pas de piscine ni de bar.... Bref on a pas envie de se détendre! A éviter!

El Hotel se encontraba en obras, lo cual hacia un poco incomoda la estancia. El buffet estaba bien pero era poco variado.

Central yet calm location. Very clean and comfy rooms and excellent service crew. Definitely good value for money.

Die Zimmer sind klein und nicht im bestem Zustand. das gleiche gilt für das Badezimmer Personal an der Reception war freundlich, aber wenig kompetent

Decent hotel, but not up to best western standards! the staff in the reception, seems to hope that by ignoring the guests they will stay away. We don´t expect a lot from the reception in general, but at this hotel the reception has to open/close the garage entrance for you aswell as operate the elevator to/from the garage, and then it becomes a nuiscense that the reception couldn´t care less about guests! Decent room, clean and with very nice bathroom, and in a central location in an uncharming area. Would be a good budget hotel, but prices aren´t budget level!

One of four days the room wasn't cleaned properly. The bed was half made and no refill of plastic glasses. The location is ok but not perfect. Will not come back.

Die lage des hotels ist toll, doch das zimmer waer viel zu klein, das badezimmer voller schimmel. Algemein sehr unsauber! Mehr als eine nacht - ja nicht !!!

It's a good hotel, and above our expectation compare with the price. The bed is comfortable and have 3 more cushions. The environment is quiet, can sleep well. The toliet is v. good also. Disadv: from train station, you need to walk through the shopping mall and carparking area to the hotel, it's difficult to find when you first visit there. Besides, you required walking about 20-30mins to the old twon centre.

Bien, oeufs brouillés à ne pas sucrer

Trevlig personal och bra service. Dock bör man ta en taxi för att komma dit, då trottoar på vägen ej fanns. Rummen i ringare behov av renovering. Dock väldigt fräscha badrum.
