The staff couldn't be any nicer, the service also very nice, but the linen and pillows and towels are in need of being replaced. Quality of towels and pillows were terrible and stained. Very convenient to town itself, and parking is good.

Seems odd they'd skip the coffee maker & microwave but install a refrigerator. Very skimpy breakfast offering as well.

it suckd. the staff was unfriendly and the condition of the hotel was lower than expected. found several problems with the room. I would not recommend this hotel to others. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

Would definitely stay again. Hotel was very convenient, very clean, and just the right price.

WE WERE NOT VERY SATISFIED, THERE WERE NO LINENS ON THE HIDEABED I HAD TO GO GET THEM AT THE DESK AND MAKE THE BED MYSELF.

The hotel looked very nice when I looked over it on the internet, but one we got there it was a different story. First customer service was lame, he didn't even smile. The room was dirty, the sheets were yellow instead of white. Not a place I would recommend. =(

The room we stayed in was suppose to be big enough for 4 to sleep in (2 adults and 2 children). But we had one queen bed and there was a cushion on the window bench. It was a good thing that we had brought a cot with us for our teenage daughter to sleep on. When we requested more towels (because there was only 2 available in our room) we were told they were currently out. But it also get what you pay for! I do not plan on staying there again.

We had a difficult time finding the side street to get to the hotel. You need to invest in new pillows. Bed was OK but certainly nothing to brag about. I loved the layout of the room and the cleanliness.

When I checked in at 1 am I found the bathroom to be not cleaned: soiled toilet and sink. On following four nights the room was adequately cleaned.

Spa was broken from day one, never fixed, road leading to hotel was UN lit and had to find, drove past it several times. Room was clean but extreme ly small.

I was very upset with my stay. When they had not cleaned my floor on the 3rd day I asked for it to be cleaned and it was not done they did not leave me a floor mat or a 2nd towel or soap the last 3 nights. There was blood on my sheets and I asked for them to be changed, the night desk clerk changed them.

A good mid level reasonable place to stay. Good location just of Hwy. 41.

We had to kill a couple of spiders in the room, which was pretty tiny (booked a single queen). Was not able to use the treadmill because the front desk could not find the safety magnet. It will do in a pinch. It is pretty bare bones. The "continental breakfast" is not much at all. Probably would look for a different place the next time around.

Excellent accomodation for the price....great value for a price conscious consumer.

Great hotel for the price. Clean, staff very attentative, just off highway and rooms small but functional. Continental breakfast limited but good.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. It's definitely a budget type but the room was clean and it had a lot of TV channels.

Small room, but met all our needs

The room was small however it did serve my purpose of a quick one night stay. The accessibility/entrance to the hotel was a little confusing at first.

Compliementary breakfast okay, but used frozen waffles that required toasting. Room very small, but laid out well so for sleeping and a little TV watching or working on the computer it was okay. Nothing in the way of restaurants or shopping close by. Semij-functional iron and avoid using the small ironing board.

The room looked used and not clean, would not walk on floor with bare feet. It would not be a place I would take my family. If you are staying for business and like cheap, fine.

I really didn't like my room and the floor and wall were dirty.

The hotel was nice, it was cheap and had small rooms. We needed a cheap place to stay and it worked well for that. Happy with it overall. Pillow are a bit flat, but again it worked...

Very nice hotel and great value for the cost. Location and signage on nearby roads makes it a little difficult to find.

Very clean hotel. Front desk was very friendly and accomodating. Only drawback was not a lot of restaurants, gas stations or stores in the near vicinity of the hotel.

good value only complaint is tv in wierd location and not sure if rooms were to have fridge and microwave they didn't. Didn't really matter thou for this stay

TERRIBLE!! The rooms were dirty! Smelled really bad, and the people next to us were super loud until 3 a.m. I have stayed at Motel 6, Super 8, Red Roff Inn, and this is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had. We will not be returning.

Very Nice place to stay. Price is good.

Very dissapointed with our stay. This is my hometown and the outside looks very good. It was difficult to find the right side road to get to the place, there are no signs. The exterior looks very good but it takes 15 seconds before the moist, dank, foul ordor of the hallways. The walls everywhere were in need of scrubbing and if it hadn't been so late in the night I would have checked out and stayed some where else.

This place needs a lot of maintenance and updating. Unsure if the room had really been cleaned. It is also not a real suite and very small. Would not stay again.

Very similar to a Motel 6. Not much of a breakfast compared to other places

The hotel seems fine for the money. You can't expect much. But the killer with this one is that the family uses the hotel as their own personal residence, so you enter through a phalanx of smoking relatives, and the lounge area is filled with kids and family. The little boy was in the not-very-clean jacuzzi (which wasn't working) telling us what to do, as a example. We wanted a bed and WiFi, which were fine, but I'd never suggest anyone stay there...there are probably other cheap hotels that are run more professionally.

Great for anybody who wants a comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. Room was clean, airy, and very bright. No problem at all with the Internet WiFi. e Excellent overall. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. :-)

A very quiet hotel, though close to the interstate, not noisy. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The first night I arrived the cable and wireless didn't work but they were working on restoring the service. The room though quite small was fairly comfortable and clean. The hotel could stand some updating, replacement of worn drawers, bedding, newer mattress as the one in the room where I stayed wasn't quite level and not near firm enough for a traveler that had been driving for a long time. Overall the price was acceptable and staff very friendly

Clean enough for this type of hotel. Mattress was very uncomfortable...should be replaced.

It is an OK hotel

I recently spent 6 nights at the Fond du Lac Microtel. The manager and staff were all helpful and friendly. Rooms are a bit small but very well priced. The neighborhood is very safe. The continental breakfast is a bonus as are the 24/7 coffee and hot tea. Vending machines were well stocked. My husband is actually staying in a suite there for 3 months. He had to move ahead of our family for work and will remain at the Microtel until our house in Fond du Lac is built. He is very picky and has not found any negatives thus far.

Every thing was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The price is a good value. It was easy to get to from the freeway. I was traving alone and felt very safe. I am in the hotel field my-self and was very pleased...

If you're going to arrive late and just need a place to sleep and shower, this is it! You can't beat the price for the quality of the room! Not the easiest place to get at. Can be seen easily, but finding the entrance can be a challenge.
