Firstly location is fantastic! Located beside the Berlin Zoo and 2 minutes walking distance from U/S Bahn train stations and the main shopping centres. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant and kindly showed us cafe's and eateries known better by locals than tourists. Rooms were extremely clean and well presented with anything you would need or want ranging from coffee maker/kettle to high speed internet access via ethernet port. If I did have one gripe and this is the only one, it would be that wifi wasnt free as it was in our last hotel staying in Berlin. I will most definitely be recommending this hotel for a few of my friends that have voiced an interest in heading to this beautiful city in the future!

Stayed here over a weekend with a couple of friends. Reception staff and concierge very warm and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It is essentially a business hotel so not really somewhere you want to spend lots of time, but as a convenient place to sleep, it fit the bill perfectly and was very good value. Would return.

Myself and 2 daughters spent Easter Weekend here in Berlin. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for 3. Breakfast was excellent and the gym and swimming pool were nice to come back to after walking around Berlin. I would stay here again,

Excellent Hotel. Would recommend it. But the reception sometimes is out of welcoming.

Nice hotel where the all thinks are in top class. Also good breakfirst and comfortable pool area.

All met my expectation. Breakfast was great, though expensive at euro 24. The shower went hot then cold a bit, but the staff promised to fix this when I reported it on check out. Nice place, nice views. The area is convenient for bus tours, some local restaurants, the zoo... but mostly a business-type hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this upmarket hotel in Berlin. It is right opposite the Zoo (our room on the eighth floor has fabulous views). We opted for the superior room which was well worth it for the extra space and the mini bar was complimentary (although sadly we only found this out on check out!). The breakfast was amazing, an incredible choice and excellent service. We also had a lovely drink in the bar one evening. The location was really nice, not very central, but a lovely walk into the centre via Tiergarten, or a short trip on the U-Bahn. Berlin is a fabulous city.

Great hotel, location and facilities. Breakfast was fab had all you needed and could not believe serving from 6.30-12 did not need a lunch after filling up here. The Staff very friendly, and helpful. Spa /leisure faciliites very good. Location again excellent, walk to the main areas, and Christmas market 5 minutes walk away. Definitely recommend hotel and would return.

You can really feel the five star rating of this hotel, the staff are helpfull, the room is luxurious and best of all is the breakfast. The breakfast containes all you ever wished for, a big varaity of bread, youghurt, musli, fruit, diffrent sorts of meat etc. on top of all that a chef is always on the line making pancakes and fried eggs al'a minute. In the reception you can get a map of Berlin and they even help you with tickets to the subway and diffrent events around Berlin. The bar and restaurant offers great food and drinks, the bartenders are very good at making a big variety of coctails (even if it ain't on the menu). The towels where changed and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel is located 300 meters from Berlin Zoo and 700 meters from subwaystation and KaDeWe shoping mall, so it won't be any more central than that. This is probably my best hotel experience so far and i would strongly recomend staying at this hotel to anyone. Happy Swede =)

Excellent hotel, can't say enough good things about it. Extremely friendly reception staff. The room was light and modern; looked stunning (2nd floor courtyard room), dead quiet at night, bed extremely comfortable. The gym/pool area is one of the best I've seen in a hotel (cardio equipment even has iPod/Nike+ docks!). Short walk to KaDeWe, and to Zoo for transparent. Fantastic in every regard, very highly recommended.

Wonderlful hotel that is located next to the zoo and other interesting locations. The breakfast was very good but with 24 Euro a little to expensive. The complimentary tee and coffie in the room was very convenient. The hotel was only 2 blocks away from the KDW and other restaurants to have breakfast or lunch there. It was easy getting arroung berlin with a 2.30 Euro pass. The nearest S Bahn station was the Zoo which was about 10 minute walking distant away from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay for the 4 days we were there. Definiteley we would stay there again when in Berlin. At check in the personell was very nice and professional. One person in particular went out of his way to please us. us.

Amazing and great place to stay with wonderful staff :)

they claim they have the largest pool of Berlin hotels. the length is about 20m, not really big. But the water is so clean that I felt like swimming in spring water. The business centre includes 4 PC with internet that guest can use for free and get laser color PRINTOUT FOR FREE(!). Staffs are very helpful and nice. Best hotel breakfast I had so far. Flaw: need to walk through a 100+m tunnel plus to approach the pool, gym room, and spa.

A great place to stay in every way!

Really great staff and the room was nice. It's a little bit far out of the way for central Berlin though. That said the Public Transport network is dead easy.

Lovely clean hotel, with pretty light dispaly in the foyer. Convenient for us as we were sight seeing and could get to tour bus etc. Hotel in quiet road, so no noisy carousing! Room a litle small but modern and clean. I found duvet too hot but then we were there when temperature was in the high eighties! Some ordinary tea would have been good in the room. Overalll would recommend and go back- something we don't often do.

A great Hotel, excellent location and wonderful service! There was only one thing which bothered me, and I admit it is a very minor one: the art work on the walls of the corridors! Absolutely dreadful! I like modern art, but this is just rubbish in my opinion. Please invest in some quality. What you have at the moment drags down the overall impression of this Hotel, which is a pity!

My son and I travelled around Europe for three weeks. The Pullman was the least expensive hotel we stayed at AND the best value. The hotel is stylish, roomy, and the indoor pool is not to be missed! The breakfast buffet is scrumptious. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I wish they had Pullmans in the States!

Excellent hotel in the nice convenient center of Berlin. Very reasonable rates, excellent service with the hot food breakfast.

Very impressed by the service from the reception, they where very friendly, and service minded. I can also add, that the women in the reception where very attractive, which is never bad ...

This hotel had all the facilities that i was looking for and i was not disappointed. The staff really went out of their way to help in any way that they could. The spa facilities were excellent and we made full use of them. We stayed 4 days, which really was not enough as it was such a pleasure to be there. We will certainly be returning again.

We had a wonderful time...everyone was helpful and friendly and the pool was fabulous! Great price for a super deal. We enjoyed the surrunding area - KaDeWe, the Zoo and a boat ride on the river and canals. Breakfast would fill a person up for several meals - lots of variety and quite tasty.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, an excellent value and I highly recommend it to tourists or business travellers.

I really enjoyed this hotel. You can recommend it without doubt. The swiming pool was the best that I have seen in an hotel.

We stayed in the Pullman for 2 nights and everything went very well. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular when we rang down to the front desk to look for toothpaste, extra pillows etc - no problem for them at all and it all arrived very quickly. The room was smaller than expected but was comfortable and clean. Bathroom, again was smaller than we thought but fine. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and really delicious meats, cheeses, bread, pastries as well as cooked sausages, eggs etc.

Most comfortable and enjoyable stay during a conference. Great quality and highly recommended. Although the taxi drivers don't know it as The Pullman - but The Schwarzhof (black bear!)

Veldig høy standar på betjeningen og service. Meget bra frokost. Fine og rene rom. Men blir for veldig små om man er mer en to voksene personer på standar-rommene. Beliggenheten er rolig og sentral. Berlin er en veldig stor by så det er med fordel at hotellet ligger næme kollektiv muligheter.

Als fünfköpfige Familie konnten wir uns super erholen in diesem Hotel. Der Hotelpool ist sehr schön, wir haben täglich unsere vom Sightseeing strapazierten Körper darin auftanken lassen. Als die Sonne schien konnten wir sogar draussen sonnenbaden. Frühstücksbuffet excellent. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Direkt neben Zoo gelegen, Kudamm in 5 Min. zu Fuss. Nächste U und S-Bahn ca. 10 Min. Fussmarsch. Zwei Buslinien nahe Hotel.

Super oplevelse på et hotel der ikke mangler noget. God morgenmad, god bar, god restaurant - god service hele vejen rundt.

Voll zufrieden mit dem Hotel, der Qualität und Sauberkeit der Zimmer sowie der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Die Buslinie 200 hält praktisch direkt vorm Haus und fährt ca. alle 10 - 15 Minuten. Mit dieser sind es nur 2 Stationen zum (bzw. vom) Bahnhof Zoo und damit zum Kurfürstendamm und zum S+U-Bahn-Netz.

God atmosfære, exelent service, hurtigt internet og formidabel udsigt ud over Zoo da vi havde værelse på "den rigtige" side :-)

Et behagelig opphold i harmoniske omgivelser. Eneste bemerkning er at sengene var litt for harde.

Er nettopp kommet tilbake fra et strålende opphold på Pullmann Berlin Schweizerhof. Hotellet ligger svært sentralt i Berlin, like ved de flotte shoppingstrøkene, bla Kurfurstendamstrase, KaDeWe og mange flere. Hotellet er også i flott gåavstand til flere av de mest kjente sightseeing-severdighetene, Postdammer Platz, Brandenburger Tor osv. Veldig ineriørmessig flott hotell, flott frokostbuffet og veldig god service (vi var eks. misfornøyd med det første rommet for det ble litt trangt for oss siden vi var tre - og da fikk vi greit booket om). Rommene er fine, luftige og det er godt renhold - i det hele tatt - hit reiser vi kresne damene gjerne tilbake :-)

Fantastisk hotel, med god beliggenhed lige ved Berlins store indkøbsmuligheder og ZOO. Dejligt værelse med høj standard, selvom det var et "tilbudsværelse". Morgenbuffetten var enestående med kæmpe udvalg og super service. Et af de bedste hoteller vi har benyttet nogensinde.

Sehr freundlicher und guter Empfang; hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und sehr sauber, aber nicht sehr gross. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Kurfürstendamm gelegen; die U-Bahn ist schell erreichbar.

Mycket fint och välskött hotell. Superb frukostbuffé! Bra läge med buss 200 precis utanför (tar dig till Alexanderplatz på en kvart). Allt är perfekt med hotellet utom att de vill ha hutlöst betalt för att koppla upp sig på Internet och den i princip enda engelskspråkiga kanalen på TV:n är BBC.

Meget bra frokost

Ett fantastiskt bra hotell, med tillgänglighet och närhet till i princip allt, sevärdheter, restauranger, nattklubbar och shopping. Hotellet har en mycket bra " spa avdelning", med en underbar pool och ett bra utrustat gym. Hotellets egen restaurang höll mycket hög kvalitet på både mat och vin. Frukost buffén var helt himmelskt...

Man skal påregne at betale for parkering i hotellets P-hus (der ligger lige ved siden af) - dette er dog standard taksten for alle steder i Berlin. Der er IKKE gratis Wireless på hotellet, der er udelukkende et netstik på værelset, men dette er ikke særligt anvendeligt på en f.eks. iPhone eller iPad. Puderne er MEGET bløde, men dette opvejes i høj grad af det overdådige morgen bord. Morgenmaden er et MUST have!
