أفضل موظفي مكتب استقبال! موقع ممتاز. شاي وقهوة مجانيين 24\7. كمبيوتر وكلمة سر واي فاي مجانيين. لا توجد تكاليف مخبأة. رغم ذلك لم نشارك في الإفطار لأنه بدا غالياً بالنسبة لمنظره. الغرفة بالخلف كانت هادئة ونظيفة. كان الفندق راحة مرحباً بها بعد الفندق الحقير في بروكسل! سأعود.

في منطقة بفنادق أفضل وأعلى مستوى هذا الفندق اختيار بلا رفاهيات. يمكنك النوم ولكن هذا تقريباً كل الأمر - الغرفة الفردية توفر مساحة صغيرة حول سرير صغير جداً.

إقامة لطيفة جداً، فندق عصري وأنيق. موظفين ودودين ومرحبين. قريب لكل شيء في مركز فيينا. محطة المترو قريبة. يبدو مشهوراً للمسافرين من دول كثيرة. سأقيم هناك مرة اخرى.

أنصح به. أقمت في 27 فندقاً في اوروبا خلال الأربع شهور السابقة وأنا أسافر وهذا أحد أكثرهم راحة.

very close to a subway, easy access to all parts of the city. minutes walk to museum quartier, great restaurants, and grocery store. free coffee and internet access. rooms were clean and modern, very comfortable. friendly and helpful staff. highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, right in the museum quarter - just a hop over the road. Main and smaller shops also within walking distance, in fact in the 4 nights we were there we only used public transport to get to and from the main station and the underground is about a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommend Glacis Beisl over the road for dinner. Only downside was you couldn't take drinks to your room and the machines were sometimes not working. Lovely hotel though, would stay again

Overall, we'd definitely stay here again. Great location. Only 15 min. walk to St. Stephens and downtown and very close to a metro stop that both the U2 and U3 run through. The hotel staff was excellent. We were travelling with our baby and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful, letting us do a late checkout so he could nap, giving him some yogurt from the back when he was hungry, etc. I think the room should be rated a 3 star rather than a 4, and the walls are a little thin, but overall a great stay. It may just be a problem with our room, but we had a lot of trouble getting the internet to work properly. It worked fine in the lobby, though.

Hotel was in a great location - next to museums and metro stop, as well as an easy walk to many sights. Right in Spittelberg, so away from main tourist fray - there are several small alleys with cozy restaurants and boutique shops. Hotel and room were fine, but nothing especially comfortable - fortunately, I had top floor with balcony so windows provided fresh air. Breakfast was expensive and never saw anyone eating there, didn't look particularly appetizing. Warning, they still use keys that are kept behind the main desk - no security validation to get your key back and only one girl works behind reception, no other security or service personnel. There is WiFi in rooms, but you have to get a new login every 18 hours and it's not a secure connection.

A good clean basic hotel. There is construction in the neighbourhood, but for rooms on the top floors, it did have any affect. The location is a major plus. Good helpful staff.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who want to be close to the museums in Vienna. To get to MUMOK and other museums from the hotel, you literally cross the street, go up some steps, down some steps, and you're there. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Museumsquartier and Volkstheater stops on U2 subway line. The room was nicely set up and well-kept. The staff was very friendly, and spoke English well (I only know a bit of German) - this made me more comfortable with my stay. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, and the neighborhood feels very safe. There are also a lot of art studios and shops where people sell their artistic wares. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it seemed nice. I did make use of their free coffee and coffee drinks, though.

I've been spent a weekend in this hotel. The position is absolutely great, in the heart of the museum neighborhood and 50 meters away from the underground line that takes you to Stephenplatz and, most conveniently, to the landstrasse/mitte station, where the train connections to the airport are. The room was large, with a nice large bathroom and a very confortable bed. however, that side of the hotel given on a road where a a tram passes and the windows are not good enough to prevent noise to wake one up at 7 am. they shoudl definitely cosnider double windows. More, I did ask for a flatiron having to iron a tuxedo shirt and the one they gave me left stains all over... with 5 hours to a ball at the imperial palace the hotel crew couldn't offer any more than a "oh, we are desolate, we can clean the iron". A professional place would had offered at the very least an express cleaning service. Finally, internet is provided for free, but somewhat slow in the room and the computer in the reception had so many limitations (no flah, no activex...) that checking in for my return flight took 25 minutes... oh, and no printer, I had to email the pdf to the reception that took another 2 hours to print it.

We had a reservation, we had a confirmation, but when we arriwed we did not get room, with reference to system errors... We do not recommend to anyone !!!!!!! This hotel is not correct !

Small boutique hotel in museum quarter of Vienna. Coming in off the street, you have to mount five steps with your luggage - no ramp. The room is tiny, no light, shower tiny. Clean but really basic. Our room was in the back on the alley and garbage pickup was at 6am. Room was hot - no cross ventilation. Location great for being safe and near the center of things. Hotel was nothing special.

Great location – walk to sights, museums, shopping, restaurants Viennart is in a great location in Spittelberg with its cobbled streets and restaurants, right by the very cool Museums Quartier, close to the Volkstheater U-bahn stop on the next block and to Trams 1, 2, and D on the Ringstrasse. It was easy to get to the hotel using the S7 train and the U3. Walking, we could be at the Hofburg complex in a few minutes and to most museums and sights in not much longer. We were in a renovated, modern-looking room that was large enough, and the beds were comfortable. There was a good size bathroom. There were soap dispensers on the tub wall (the tub one said it was good as wash and shampoo) and by the sink, but not much else. There was a little bag with “necessities” like a brush, emery board, etc., but no shampoo, moisturizer, etc. There was no iron in the room. There was a hair dryer. The room had no air conditioner, and the windows opened onto a street that was noisy from people and trams. It was pleasant enough in mid-September, and the noise didn’t really bother us. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The free Wi-Fi required a user name and password, and we got separate ones for each of our devices. The connection was spotty at times but mostly worked. There are great restaurants in the area like Witwe Bolte, Plutzer Bräu, 7 Stern Bräu. We did not use the hotel for breakfast, choosing to go to cafes instead. There was 24/7 water, seltzer, juice, and various styles of coffee, which was great. I would certainly stay here again, though probably not in July and August.

The overall stay at the hotel was 100% and its location was 100%. The room was also fine just a bit hot. They can maybe invest in fans or aircon. I will stay there again.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, the location was great, the rooms were very clean and nice. We travelled in late August and the lack of Air Conditioning in the rooms mean that we did not sleep well for the two nights that we stayed there. Staff provided us with a fan but it didn't help very much. I consider the lack of Air Conditioning to be a small complaint, since the price, location & service was great...but something that other prospective guests should know about. :-)

we arrived at the Hotel Viennart to be told that there had been a problem with the booking system and that there was no room for us. We were understandably very upset and quite angry, however the staff had arranged for a taxi (paid for by hotel) to take us to their sister hotel which overall was a lower star rating however we had been upgraded to a 4 star room which was beautiful! Would stay here again

Then this is the hotel for you! Good service. Great location. Great breakfast. Very convenient to the U-bahn, the neighborhood is great. Cool shops, great restaurants, sort of a Viennese SoHo in a way. Very cool. That said, it was warm when we were in Vienna and the rooms have no A/C. The streets are very noisy into all hours of the night. Every morning there were deliveries at 4 am and it was impossible to sleep.

I stayed here in the spring, perfect weather and the room was about 8 degrees hotter than outside. I would never stay in this hotel in the summer; that would be terrible. The bed in my room was the worst bed I have ever seen in a hotel in my entire life! Very uncomforable! The service at the front desk from one guy was really good, and he was very nice. Another lady was terrible, I would have fired her a long time ago, she wouldnt even stand up to show me where things were on a map! The location is perfect and safe. The breakfast is overpriced and not worth it. I would not stay here again, i would much rather find a hotel on the danube island and just take the subway into town! Downtown hotels are expensive...

Nice hotel in a good location for a great price. However, I would not stay here during the summer because there is no air conditioning and they do not offer fans. Our room looked out over a residential neighborhood that was fairly noisy, (people having house parties with windows open, babies crying, etc) so it was difficult to sleep with the window open at night, and the room was pretty stifling with the window closed. The location was great though, right by the museums and other great sights in Austria.

Great location in central Vienna near the "Volkstheater " metrostop and Museum Quarter. I was there in February and stayed 2 nights. The room might be warm in the summer as I did not see an air conditioning thermostat. The room was basic and clean. The bathroom had been refurbished and nicely tiled. there was a safe for valuables in the closet. I had room 401 overlooking the inner lobby skylight away from street. Very quiet except for noise in the stairwell when being used. The staff was helpful and efficient. Good Italian food around the corner at "I Ragazzi". Free WiFi in the room and lobby. I did not opt for the breakfast. This hotel is neither fancy or cozy, just good basic lodging. I was looking for a safe, clean, quiet room with a good location. I would stay there again.

Overall good experience. Good value for money as I got a cheap rate on Hotels.com. We arrived late evening and were informed we got a lucky upgrade to an apartment as they had run out of rooms. We didn't use the living room as we were hardly there. The decor is a little dated and functional but clean. The Reception staff were always pleasant. The bathroom was very clean and a good size. The beds were fine with nice bed linen, again very clean. It was very cold in Vienna when we were there (-11c) and the room was always nice an warm and cosy. I would recommend here especially as we got such a good rate. It is really well located and as tourists we could walk almost anywhere central. There are nice restaurants and bars in the nearby streets. Very convenient.

We stayed in a double room on the top floor of the hotel. The furniture in the room seemed like an afterthought, especially when it came to the 2nd room. The table and TV stand were old and cheap, and the carpet was stained. But when we arrived they were installing new carpet and the hallway and the hotel had a fresh coat of paint, our room may have been the last on the renovators agenda. Definitely lock your valuables in the safe. They use the typically European method of storing your room key behind the counter, and when the front desk clerk stepped away people would just help themselves to their keys. Otherwise I was comfortable in the hotel and it is in a great location for visiting Austria museums and shopping areas. The front desk staff was nice, but not much help when it came to finding nearby restaurants. I would stay there again if the rates stay low, all I need is a comfortable bed, good water pressure, and near by sightseeing.

I will definitelly go never again in this hotel in summer. The stay was rather a souna survival then normal accomodation - the heat in the room was killing.

Bra hotell med veldig god beliggenhet, kun et par minutter unna T-bane, gangavstand til sentrum.

Hôtel agréable, décoration moderne, bon petit déjeuner. En outre, il est vraiment bien situé à proximité du museum quartier.

Veldig sentalt hotell med mulighet til å gå nesten over alt. Store rom med litt hard seng. Vi spiste ikke frokost på hotellet,men i byen. Vi hadde hotellrom ut mot gaten, noe støy fra trikk/ biltrafikk. God service av personalet. Billig,sentralt og et bra hotell å bo på.

amazing city .... super hotel..... reception lady very helpful...

The receptionist at arrival was very friendly and the lobby was nice, but unfortunately not wheelchair accessable - way too many stairs (which is also not so nice when you have heavy bags). there were free drinks in the lobby. when we came to the room though we were very disappointed, because the lobby was rather fashionable but the rooms reminded me of austrian ski resort rooms - very old-fashioned and the bed was extremely hard. the bathroom was clean and looked new, but reminded me more of a bathroom from an apartment than of an actual hotel. other than that it was ok, but honestly i wouldn't come back, i'd rather find another hotel that is more modern.

This hotel is in the center of Vienna, so you can walk or use the metro easily. Rooms are clean, large enough, but air-conditionning is missing (especially during summer when temperature outside exceed 30-35°C!). If you can, ask a room on the rear of the hotel (blue rooms) because tramways noises are annoying on main street side (red rooms). the free Wifi access is ok and not too slow

Der Aufenthalt entsprach ganz unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten heraus, die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind doch recht laut. Leider vermißten wir eine Klimaanlage. An drei Tagen stieg das Thermometer über 30 Grad im Schatten, unser Zimmer heizte sich unangenehm auf. Ohne Klimaanalge würden wir das Hotel, das ansonsten zu empfehlen wäre, nicht mehr nehmen. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und der Service des Personals.

hade virklig glædet mig til at bo på et super hotel , men blev dybt skuffe. Vi var et stører selskab som var afsted vi hade booked 5 dobbelværelser i en uge, værelserne var gamle og nedslit. Så spurgte i recptionen om der ikke var noget galt, for det var ikke det jeg hade set på deres hjemmeside, men fik blot ad vide , at de værelser de viser på deres hjemmeside hedder delux og dem sku jeg ha booked, så spurgte jeg om kunne få et delux værelse. desværre var alt booked.De ku så ha opgradet mig sener , men det gjorde de ikke. Det hade værret et godt træk fra deres sider.

Mycket bra. Passade mitt ändamål perfekt.(kultur och att se stan) … storlek på rum och hotellets placering i stan. Alles! Tycker man hotellets frukost är dyr … är de bara att trilla ut på gatan för att snabbt hitta ett bra frukost ställe.

Bem, por gostar de hoteis digamos, mais moderninhos e tecnológicos, confesso que esperava um pouco mais do hotel nestes aspectos. A chegada na recepção corresponde ao desejado por mim, porém desde o elevador até o quarto, vai se tornando bem simples. Não que isso tire o mérito de sua boa localização (ao lado do MuseumQuartier, com estação ali mesmo) e o seu preço bem razoável comparado com outros daquela área na caríssima Viena. O quarto 301 era pequeno, aspecto de antigo, a cama de casal eram na verdade duas de solteiro juntas, o banheiro era BOM, com ducha de altura regulável, apesar do box ser pequeno. Possuia ainda 3 tomadas disponíveis, armário de bom tamanho, com cofre, frigobar, mesa de escritório com cadeira, telefone e iluminação de cabeceira, junto a dois criados-mudos. O staff da recepção é competente, com exceção da sempre ríspida Stephanie (as vezes falava com você sem nem te olhar, enquanto estava no computador). O fato de ter internet WI-FI grátis no quarto e bebidas (água, café e 'softdrinks') liberadas 24h são fatores destacáveis, porém achei o mapa fornecido por eles BEM confuso, pois mostra TUDO, até o que não precisamos. Outra coisa que senti falta foi de um ar-condicionado... apesar de que não passei calor pois dormi com a janela aberta. Mas quando fui perguntar, a recepcionista informou que não havia, o que me faz pensar duas vezes em ir numa época mais quente, porém acho isso estranho e acredito que ela pode ter se equivocado... vai que no meu quarto que não tinha, ou eles havia desligado e estariam usando só o aquecedor porque ainda estavamos no final do inverno... não sei... O café da manhã era cobrado a parte, se não me engano por 15 euros, daí optamos por comer ali por perto. Por fim, o Austrotel Viennart é um hotel muito bom pela localização e pelo preço razoável naquela área. Mas não é indicado pra quem busca sofisticação e muitos mimos de hoteis mais caro. Modernes Hotel, das trotzdem Charme hat und schon einstimmt auf die vielen Museen, die sich in fußläufiger Entfernung befinden. Auf nächster Nähe befinden sich das Kunsthistorische und das Naturhistorische, um die Ecke die Volksoper - was will man mehr! Einen Punkt Abzug beim Service gibt's, weil nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass die Getränke im Aufenthaltsraum umsonst 24 Std. bereit stehen. Der sollte eigentlich auch gleich wieder auf 5 Punkte hochgesetzt werden, denn das Frühstück war gigantisch - selbst der Sekt fürs Sektfrühstück war dabei... Das Hotel ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen und wenn ich wieder mal in Wien bin, ist das auch wieder meine Adresse!
