We were impressed with the whole experience, event though a very short stay, it was very clean and comfortable. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing and would visit the hotel again if in the area.

Was very pleased with Best Western for comfort and location during my travel long distance to another state.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There were more than enough lotions (shampoo, shower gel ect). The pool was of a good size and the area around it was very clean. Good variety at breakfast.

The room was spacious and nicely furnished, but could hear all water noises....any time anyone washed their hands, flushed, etc. We planned to re-use towels but the room cleaners re-folded them and we couldn't tell which was which, even though we had hung them neatly on the towel bars. Overall, it is a nice place and serves a great breakfast!

we were given a room above themotorcycle parking lot the next morning they started up at 6 am making noise and keeping us awake not a good morning for us i had hoped to get a good nites rest as we had along day ahead of us

Excellent value. Hotel was very comfortable and located close to highway.

Very nice, will return to Best Western

Very pleasant stay - the hotel is far enough off the highway to avoid the noise, but close enough to walk to local businesses

We booked 2 rooms at the same time but they put our rooms on opposite ends of the hotel and on different floors, could not change it with only 4-5 cars in the parking lot.

'Loved the pool and hot water spa plus ample continental breakfast complete with shelled hard cooked eggs and morning newspapers. Close to Lavaland, Crater Lake, and lots of natural wonders.

Beautifully decorated and impressive lobby. Nice indoor pool and hottub. Excellent hot breakfast included with stay. Couldn't ask for more at the price.

This was a great surprise right off the highway. We were in the area for the weekend and the price was right, so we booked it, not expecting much beyond a bed and a shower. It was very clean and comfortable. The reception area was inviting, the staff friendly, and the service outstanding. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked very tempting. My only (extremely small) nitpick was that the towels were old and frayed around the edges (but they were very clean and soft). We would certainly stay again if we ever find ourselves in La Pine.

This was the first time we visited this location. We found the beds to be wonderful and room very adequate. However, upon checking in, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Luckily the folks were not present when we opened the door or you may be faced with a law suit. The morning of the second day we noticed a smell coming from the refrigerator and found rotted food and bulging pop can not removed from a prior visitor. It appeared to have been there for several days. Next to the exterior door a signed is posted for "No Smoking within 10 ft. of the door" but the cigarette butt cannister was sitting within two feet and first two rooms were allowed smoking which made hall entrance smell of smoke.

My brother and I went over to La Pine to go hunting for a few day. The location was great to our hunting area. We usually stay in the woods but this year we were short on time so we just stayed in a hotel. It was great to have a shower and hot tub every night. I will stay there again.

Appears to be the nicest hotel in town. Clean and quiet!

I stayed at the Best Western Newberry Station and was very pleased with the hotel and the staff. After hiking up in Newberry Crater, the pool and the hot tub were a relaxing treat. Any one that goes to the high desert to hike or just explore its wonders, deserves to reward themselves with a stay at this Hotel.

The hotel is very new, so all things are clean and pretty right now. Room was large. Sad part was I could hear the people on each side and was right above the lobby and next to the stairs. Could hear talking from the lobby and loud feet on the stairs. Could hear the shower and fan for rooms. And each time the door next door opened or closed was very loud. Good thing we wanted to get up early. The veiw from our window was funny, about two feet from a wall and a little veiw, about a foot of the window, of the back parking lot. What was the point of a window? Pool was small, didn't look that small on the website. And had lots of kids in it. They could stay till 10 pm, then adults only. So no swiming for us. Breakfast was good and lots to chose from, that was the best part of the stay. So I would suggest driving the next 15 or 20 miles up to Bend Or. far more choice on everything. Wish I did.
