Everything was perfect. Close to my activites. Good restaurants nearby.

Room was clean, and bed was VERY comfortable. Decor was very dated, and carpet had lived well past it's lifetime...Mirrors surrounding hot tub were detracting and jets wouldn't turn on..fine for one night, but no charm, or romantic ambiance, if that's what's important to you..good deal for the cost but in no way upscale or stylish. No restaurants near-is next to Battle Creek Central High School.

Loved staying here, close to many places, wonderful staff & very clean!!!!

My husband and I liked the room. He really liked how soft the bed was. Very convenient for the appliances. The spa could have been better. All jets didn't work and it wasn't as relaxing as I thought it would have been. Overall it was a good visit.

We were in town just overnight. The hotel was in fne shape; being a weekend, the surrounding school and college were off so it was very quiet; the location was perfect for navigating to Kellogg Arena.

10 minute walk to the arena. Clean rooms, great staff. The pool area looked nice although I didn't use it. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the thins walls.

I stayed overnight in this hotel (Inn) last weekend. When I checked in, the front office lady on duty was very nice giving me a very good first impression. Also, my room was in excellent condition. However, the front office lady that worked overnight was very rude and extremely reluctant to pick up the phone each time I called. Although they claim to have free WiFi, but I could never get connected. Although guests are to dial "0" for almost every need, no one ever picked up my call (except once and she was super rude), so I decided not to call for anything (after all I only have just one night!). Also, no "complimentary" breakfast was offered as promised. AND my room was very cold!

Really good! I was very pleased with everything. The pool was smaller than I expected, but was a nice size for kids.

At first I thought the room was ok for what I paid. However later I had noticed there was no shower curtian in the bathroom. The side lamp was constantly flickering and we were placed right outside an entrance and the light rigt outside that door was right by my window making it look like it was daylight in the room even when the shades were drawn.

I was looking for somewhere to crash on the way back home. Hotel was inexpensive. Room was nice, clean. Bed was very comfortable. All I could have asked for.

Third stay at this motel over 3 year period, I would say they improve every year. Will more than likely stay here next year. Overall good experience

HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY SUFFICIENT ON LOCATION OF SURRENDING RESTURANTS AND ATTRACTIONS

The hotel staff were wonderful - we arrived early and were allowed to check-in several hours before check-in time. Room was very clean and the hotel is in good condition. Although we did not use the pool, the pool and pool area were clean and neat. There was an outdoor patio with a barbeque grill, but there were no tables or chairs outside. I'm sure the staff would have come up with something for us to use if we had asked. The lower rating on the location is due to the fact that there is nothing to do in downtown Battle Creek on the weekend.

The husband and I thought we would go to Fire Keepers in Battle Creek so we thought a nice suite would be great.. We got there and the front clerk was upset about someone losing keys and then said mean stuff about housekeeping all while checking in.. I thought oh if I said anything like that at my HOTEL I would be fired.. So I let it slide..Then we went to the room and it was nice and smelled a little off. The husband noticed that there was a bag over the smoke detector.. I thought OH MY!! Then we heard the kids running up and down the hall.. So we thought we better get down to the pool before they all come down.. WOW they had kids all over with no ADULT in sight. The owner came out and wanted to know if we found the tile that fell off into the pool... The husband and I thought WOW again... It was a nightmare until about 11pm when all the kids finally got quiet.. In the morning I was amazed at breakfast.. I was WOWED!! That was a very nice breakfast even with all the kids going through. They kept up with making sure there was plenty of food. I would say that rooms are wonderful.. Just a hint that you might want to ask where all the kids are at and stay at other end of hotel.. OH and BED WAS AMAZING!!! So soft and comfortable not a brick...

Hotel was nice, room was nice, we had the king with a sofa, nice to have somewhere to sit other than on end of bed. breakfast could have been better, biscuits were either hard or soggy, power kept going off in breakfast room and couldnt get juice or cook a waffle. one big complaint we had was the towels! they only have enough towels for each room to have 2, and when they take them, you have to wait until they wash, dry fold, and then take back to all the rooms, major problem for our stay. also, they only have 1 washer and dryer for the entire hotel, Buy more towlels!!! the person who cleans the room is not the one who takes care of the towel situation either, so you have to talk to 2 different people for service in your room.

typical chain motel. I stay at a lot of motels, this one was about the same as the rest. Checkout was at noon wich was great, and free breakfast was served later than most. Room was clean as expected.

How can I put this in 1000 words or less..here goes.. Arrived at Baymont Inn on 94-told we were at wrong Baymont Inn-our reservation was at the one downtown. We were not aware there were 2. The one on 94 did have rooms, but apparenty when I called hotels.com( where we booked it thru) the downtown hotel was not willing to transfer our reservation. So, we got directions from the very gracious lady at the desk from Baymont Inn on 94 and drove to the hotel downtown. We were so surprised to see this hotel from the outside was a Baymont Inn. It looked like a motel right off Route 66 back in the day. We check in-(the guest clerk was wonderful by the way). We go start to ourroom and saw the stairs and asked where the elevator was-they didn't have one so we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs just to get to the 2nd floor. My husband and I both have bad knees-nothing available on 1st floor. We get to our room, sit down on the bed, and the whole mattress flips up on the other side. Then, by the phone there was a wadded up muffin holder. It was gross. So, we went to check out the 'airplane' bathroom, and the tub was dirty. So, I called downstairs and let the clerk know. She apologized and brought us up a new key card immediately for a new room. It was OK. Thank goodness we we were only there for 1 night. We expected much more from a Wyndham affiliated hotel. In my opinion, you should dump this location, it ruins the Baymont Inn name

Great hotel!! Good place to stay and good price.

This hotel was probrably the worst hotel that I have stayed in. When we arrived at 1am there was a party of young people right next door to us, and the smell of marijuana and cigars filled the hallway. There was screaming and yelling and "kids" in the hall until 4:30am. When my wife called the front desk she was hung up on. There was no tissue in our room, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, the wallpaper was torn, the coffee pot looked like it had never been cleaned. I am going to desperatley work on getting our money back.

Staff friendly & helpful. Nice Continental Breakfast offering. Hotel clean. Would definitely book at this location again.

My room needed three light builds so it was dark. Didnnt get my wake up call so don't count on them Night clerk was solo friendly, it almost made up for it.

I didnt like the fact that they are unwilling to give you a refund if you have to cancel. You have to pay in full and won't get any money back no matter what. Pool wasn't bad. My kids liked it but it was cold in there. They only had one of the three heaters on and you couldnt turn on the others.Room was very small only double beds. It was tiny square footage. Fairly clean room. some marks on the walls but ok. The place is understaffed though. Public areas are dirty and unmaintained. Pleasant and knowledgeable clerks at front desk.5/10 overall

I had a very pleasant stay at the Baymont Inn & Suites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I checked in I was given 2 warm chocolate chip cookies! In the morning the free breakfast was very nice and pretty extensive, especially for a free breakfast: bagels, muffins, yogurt, waffles, cereal, juices, etc. My only complaint was that my heater was very loud and caused me to wake up a few times during the night. Other than that, a very good stay.

Not a luxury hotel but overall a very good value for the money. I would gladly return.

Our stay was great. They were very busy because of a bowling tournament nearby and something going on at the Kellogg Center nearby, but the desk clerk was still very cheerful and friendly.

This hotel is very nice was just thier for a overnight stay. Front Desk Girl very very nice and helpful!. The only problem my husband and me had was the smoking of weed in the rooms!!! it kept going right thru our door!. Everything else was great.

I stayed in a king suite and everything was great. Staff was pleasant, room was clean.

Hotel was conveniently located and close to the expressways. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Not much selection.

the only complaint i have is that they never changed my sheets. they just threw the blanket over the bed and you could tell that's all they did. i finally told them to change my sheets. nice breakfast. it wasn't supreme but it was satisfying.

The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the breakfast was perfect! Front desk staff was very helpful and really wanted us to have everything we needed!

The Baymont was a great place for our family to stay. Other family members joined us in other rooms and we were able to go to our family reunion/thanksgiving celebration near by. The breakfast was adequate, and the employees were there to meet whatever needs we had.

my son and I had ejoning rooms with my mother we both have health issues. the carpet in my room was dirty and the whole room just old. my mothers room was not much better. we were only there over night and in the morning the toilet cloged and i had to use my mom's room. No care in the laundry--all the towels and wash cloths were like starch. we will never go back again. also my mother tried to use the pool water to cold. the person at the desk in the am around 6:30 was usless I asked for directions and had no idea to a main area in battel creek--the V.A. medical hospital. that was after she asked me was the breakfast counter needed. I don't think that's my job after paying ### for only over night. my point better help! check in the person didn't know how to read the reservation.
