If you are a hippi or below 25 y, this hotel is perfect, else stay away.

The hotel has a excellent location and the personnel is extremely friendly!! I can recommend the hotel to everyone who is not looking for a luxury accomodation, but just to place to sleep... The hotels breakfast was really expensive 150kr/person= around 20€... You can get breakfast anywhere else for half of the price. Excluding this the hotel was good!!

I am so glad I chose this hotel. At first, the reviews scared me, but after staying there, I realized how convenient the hotel is, walking distance to the major train stations, town square, Nyhavn, Marble Church, Amalienborg Palace -You name it! The hotel staff is very helpful and will assist you with directions if you ask. The hotel room has a full bath and toilet, not a hostel. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed there twice (both paid before the first stay). The rooms were VERY simple and didn't have anything. Specifically i was missing some closets, a chair to sit at, decent air-condition/heating options, ironing options etc.. The First room i stayed at was literally freezing and without enough heating options. The second was very noisy. I know hotel rooms in DK in general are small and expensive, but even with those standards this was too much and i will never stay here again...

We just stayed at Hotel Fox for 4 nights and it was an exciting hotel with a different design. Expensive breakfast if it's not included, and it's a strange smell when you enter the hotel, a kind of old basement smell, but luckily the room didn't smell the same. The room we had did not have much light in it, it was quite dark, and the bed was VERY hard... Still we were satisfied with the hotel, and especially the location which is vey close to Strøget.

The hotel was in a great spot it really was friendly and quirky. We went over for new years with friends it was a great place to stay not far from the center plenty of bits to do around . We went on the sight seeing bus is a great way to see most of the city in the matter of about a hour The room We had the oriental room was a lovely room clean tidy with bath and tv Our mates also stayed had 3 other amazing deisigned rooms was great for the fun factor The staff were great they cleaned our room every day fresh towels and bed changed 2 while there for 5 days They help us find things to do maps to get there and made our stay very much compleat There is a great little cafe just up the road where we went for pancakes most days try them they are wow!! Audt vist is the zoo rd all but very well thought out and very cheap off peek the pola bears are a sight to. Admire

We visited this hotel to celebrate New years eve with a group of friends. Upon arrival the staff were helpful and friendly and showed us different room options we could choose from. The reception area also serves as a bar and is very open plan and modern. We had a large room on the fourth floor which was decorated well, albeit a little bit odd! The location of this hotel is perfect, we found our way around most of Copenhagen very well and as we were walking most of the time, it never felt like the hotel was a million miles away. On New Years Eve, our dinner reservations had fallen through due to miscommunication with the restaurant we had booked. The man on reception was more than helpful and called various restaurants to help us find somewhere who would cater for a group of 9. This was completely above and beyond and we were all very impressed with this level of service. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is a very relaxing hotel with a great vibe, and great hospitality!

The hotel beautifully situated in the centre of copenhagen, it is literally minutes from the shopping district and there are several lovely food places within walking distance of the hotel.

Clean, simple and friendly hotel in the centre of Copenhagen close to S-trains and metro and only a few hundred meters to the shopping pedestrian street 'Stroeget'. The rooms all have different themes and decoration and I stayed in the Japenese room - very funny and original concept

Great for short visits, longer stays would need at least a cupboard. Reception could provide more information. Breakfast very innovative

WiFi was intermittent and kept dropping out. The room was weird with a forest theme which 1. didn't work and 2. not really suitable to a person (mid sixties) of my age. 3. the bathroom flooded (twice) whilst having a shower. Staff at the reception were extremely nice. Overall I found it a little on the high side price wise for what was on offer.

Excellent location, close to railway centre , tour buses and tivoli park. Pleasant room and bathroom.

Great location, but extremely noisy and no air conditioning - so either put up with all the noise of the streets, or shut the windows and broil!! Breakfast was not worth the value.

Great staff, great location, very comfortable bed and bags of character.

We could walk to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go, which was nice. Room was small, but clean.

The hotel was nice but not at all what was advertised on their website. I chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as an art hotel and I was hoping for a unique experience. When we arrived however, we found that we were staying in an ordinary room that had since been renovated. Apart from this, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was very convenient.

great concept, very attentive and friendly staff, good location, good value, comfortable bed......but a bit worn and tattered, holes in furn, tiles missing,..etc,...shower poor due to poor water pressure(on 5th floor), very dim lighting in the room, not much space to lay anything down in either the room(we had an extra large deluxe double-the largest) or especialy the tiny bathroom. Good for a couple of days at a time only if you want to experience a very unique and diffeent boutique hotel!

While i can appreciate that artistic nature of the room i thought the rooms were overall very small and felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. This could be a standard "european" room but for the most part I wasn't impressed. Location was in walking distance to make key places and its close to the train station.

Hotel Fox is in an excellent location close to many restaurants, bars, cafes & the central shopping district of Copenhagen. Room was fairly basic (small room with single bed) but the bed was ultra comfortable and shower was blissful. A gem within Copenhagen. In a city thats so expensive this hotel is a real find.

Nice hotel but the noise level is much too high during parties. We were on the 3rd floor during a party in the lobby and the room shook with the music. Could not sleep until the party ended at 3am.. Make sure there isn't a party going on before you book.

In couple of words: The good: 1. It worth every penny you pay if you don't use the hotel site directly. 2. Walking distances from everywhere in Copenhagen. 3. Very close to CPH main attraction sites. 4. Friendly staff. 5. Free wireless internet. 6. Wild party at the lobby every Friday. 7. Very late check out on Sundays. The bad: 1. It's not what you see on the hotel website!!. in all the meaning of the words. 2. if you made your reservation on the hotel website then it is too expensive. 3. If you're over 40, you will not enjoy the party mentioned above :). 4. Not so clean rooms.

Copenhagen is a very expensive city with a cup of coffee costing $6. Hotel Fox is money well spent. It is relatively inexpensive and the rooms are adequate. We were able to walk everywhere with no problems and the hotel is only 2 short blocks from the stroget, Radhus and Tivoli. The room was clean and although noisy it wasn't a problem. The management was very helpful. I would recommend the hotel.

I was very excited to stay at Hotel Fox because of the unique artist inspired rooms, but found that the room we received was not in the best condition. We stayed in the Tokidoki room, which featured the artist's work on a white wall, with white furniture and bed linens...all of which were less than clean. This lessened our enthusiasm for the room, but didn't spoil our trip. While I can't speak for all the rooms in the hotel since they are all different, I can say that my husband and I were a tad bit disappointed.

This quirky Copenhagen hotel is in an excellent location just a few blocks from just about everything. I recommend this hotel highly, though a few things to note: Most of the rooms face the street, and some face a major intersection. If you visit in the summer, you'll want to keep the windows open, and it can be rather loud. Breakfast isn't included, which I didn't realize. All and all, an excellent place to spend a few days.

Located about 3 blocks from City Hall Plaza and Tivoli Gardens, you can't beat the location and price for this hotel. It was remodeled about 4 years ago and turned into a trendy, urban hip hotel. But it is a little tattered around the edges, not bad, but starting to show some wear. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. The medium and small size rooms are quite small by American standards but normal for a European hotel in this price range. The street noise at night can be pretty loud, especially if you are on one of the lower floors.

This hotel was certainly unique, but is in desperate need of a renovation. It has more of a hostel, rather than hotel, feel. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Although opening the windows certainly cooled off the room, the street noise from the busy intersection made it difficult to sleep. Overall my stay was pleasant, but I expected more for the money.

The location was very ideal to walking street and 20 minutes from airport and the front dest took all the time you needed to give great local information and to correct problems to give us a free cappaccino when we were leaving for the airport. The street below was a little loud a night and the drain in the bathroom drained too slow which resulted in water rising on floor; also the rug in the hall needs to be replaced. Despite these issues I would go back because of the staff helpfulness and cleanliness of the room and perfect location.

Boede på 4 sal og afløb fra bad var virkeligt dårligt da vi var 2 der sku i bad men måtte opgive da vandet flød op fra afløb hele tiden oig der lugtede af L...t på hele gangen ikke en god oplevelse

Ideel plassering mellom søene og rådhusplassen. Stille og greit område. Noe dårlig ventilasjon, men slik er de i alle eldre hus i Køben. Frokosten var ferdig smurte blingser, jeg kjøpete heller fra butikken over gata. Stilig innredning og god atmosfære, drar gjerne tilbake. Pluss for sykkelutleie, nye fine sykler.

Til prisen et dejligt hotel - en anderledes oplevelse, ikke mindst pga af spændende kunst som pryder alle vægge.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet og koselig betjening. Vil absolutt bruke hotellet igjen.

Det var nemt og enkelt at tjekke ind og ud, personalet var venlige og imødekommende. Værelset var fint, retroagtigt og rent og hyggeligt, badeværelset vsr især rigtig lækkert luksiøst. Jeg var glad for at måtte blive længe på værelset den dag jeg skulle tjekke ud, i stedet for at blive smidt ud fa morgenstunden, da jeg havde brug for at arbejde nogle timer Alt i alt tilfreds med alt og synes det er dejligt at nogen tør satse på en mere ukonventionel og mindre anonym indretning. Et værelse man ikke lige glemmer med det samme.

Dessverre hadde vi en dårlig opplevelse med Hotel Fox. Hotellet fremstår i virkeligheten som langt mer slitt enn bildene skulle tilsi, og vedlikeholdet på rommene er så som så. I tillegg hadde vi under vårt opphold problemer med at vannet på badet slo opp fra sluket når badekaret hadde vært benyttet. Dette ble vi lovet at skulle bli ordnet (neste dag!) - noe som kun skjedde når klokken var 15 dagen etter. Dette er ALT for dårlig!!

El hotel es muy bonito y, sobre todo, muy original, pero los acabados ya empiezan a ser viejos y no los cambian. Por ejemplo, en nuestra habitación había varias cosas rotas: una de las cortinas, el pomo de la puerta del baño, el toallero, la goma de la ducha, la caja de los klinex... Tampoco nos gustó que no te guarden las maletas en el hotel el día que te vas. Sí que puedes dejarlas en recepción, pero las dejas a la vista de todo el mundo y bajo tu responsabilidad. No suelen haber robos en esa ciudad, pero aún así, te quedas con la inseguridad de si estarán tus maletas cuando vayas a recogerlas.

Prima hotel met aardig personeel op een goede locatie in het centrum van Kopenhagen. Goede 3 dagen gehad.

Hotellet er placeret i midtbyen, så det er nemt at tage fra sted til andet. Dog var jeg skuffet over hvor ringe det første værelse var, da man ikke kunne forudbestille sit værelse. Værelset var ikke i perfekt stand, men så skiftede jeg værelse, til noget der var meget bedre. Hvis jeg var blevet på det første værelse, havde hele mit ophold været dårligt, men alt i alt et godt hotel, i centrum og hvis man er heldig et fint værelse.

Sehr zentral gelegen, Super! Auch sehr leicht mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen ( gute Anbindung zum Flughafen) Hotelpersonal sehr nett! Spricht hervorragend englisch und hat gute Tipps für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen. Zimmer 105 ("small room") sehr, sehr klein! Man konnte sich darin kaum bewegen! Nicht zu empfehlen! Andere Zimmer habe ich leider nicht gesehen.
